Ashlee was confused when she saw Daisy at the Family Planning Clinic and made sure that her friend wasn't sick or injured. Daisy fumbled for an excuse while Ashlee excitedly dished that Coop had asked her to go away with him for the weekend (and they'd probably share a bed). Daisy tried to offer her support and encouragement, but she was clearly distracted. After Ashlee left, Daisy booked an appointment to talk to a doctor about her pregnancy.

On Main Street, Ava confronted Doris for her devious mudslinging, wondering who would protect Coop in all this nonsense. She called Doris out on setting Jack Summers up and now — thanks to her — he was in jail. Doris refused to apologize for her actions and countered that Coop was only setting Ashlee up for heartbreak and must be stopped lest she get hurt. Ava offered to help Doris break up Ashlee and Coop, but in a way that wouldn't harm Coop. Doris agreed but threatened that if Ava failed, they'd have to do it her way. Meanwhile at Company, Coop was stressed that Doris was trying to blackmail Buzz's campaign by spreading rumors about Marina's involvement with Cyrus. He brought his pop up to speed about how Doris had ruined Jack's life, just for being close to Ashlee and demanded that Doris pay for her devious actions. Buzz reluctantly volunteered to talk to Doris. Later, Doris showed up for a cup of coffee and the rivals traded barbs. Buzz put the "Closed" sign up, locked the restaurant's doors and confronted Doris mano a mano. Finally, Doris admitted to sabotaging Jack; Ashlee had arrived and overheard everything. She was horrified to learn that Doris had been ruining her relationships and friendships throughout her entire life. Buzz departed to let the mother and daughter talk and the duo tearfully shared a much-needed heart-to-heart. Doris claimed she always had Ashlee's best interests in mind, but Ash felt betrayed and asked that her mom leave. Tensions rose when Coop arrived. Ashlee left in tears while Coop threatened Doris. He quickly ran out after Ash and the couple kissed, as Doris looked on in disgust.

At the police station, an increasingly frazzled Frank still felt responsible for Marina's disappearance and advised Mallet, who was cleaning out his desk on account of being suspended for the stolen drug money snafu, that he needed his help in Marina's case (and make sure that Frank wouldn't lose his cool and kill Cyrus in the process). He then caught Mallet up on the situation, saying that he wasn't sure where exactly Harley and Cyrus were, thanks to a failed cell phone signal. They resolved the best way to find Marina was to find Griggs, not Cyrus. Frank vowed to give his "team" (Cyrus and Harley) one hour to find his daughter or he was going to try finding her himself.

At the docks, Harley and Cyrus snuck past security and made their way onto Griggs' boat. They heard a noise and Harley pulled out her gun. Instead of finding Griggs, they stumbled upon one of his hired hands who was bound and gagged. He informed them that Marina had given him a note before Griggs took off with her. Cyrus was infuriated that they'd lost their only lead in finding Marina.

On Main Street, Ashlee confessed to Coop that she didn't think they should take a mini-vacation together, especially since Marina was still missing and his family was in so much turmoil. The duo flirted and Coop admitted he just wanted to forget about everything and spend the weekend with the most beautiful girl he knows. Later, Ava ribbed Coop about his romance with Ashlee, adding "Give it up. She can't be saved."

Back at their NYC hide out, Cyrus lost his cool after their big lead went bust. Harley tried to calm him down and started to phone Frank for an update when the other phone suddenly rang. It was Griggs. He assured Cyrus that Marina was okay and revealed that he knew the duo had already been to the docks, but didn't agree to let Cyrus hand over himself for Marina. "I just like to see you squirm," Griggs laughed. Harley encouraged an angry Cyrus (who had crushed a glass of water with his bare hands out of rage) to let her call Frank.

Back on Main Street, a tearful Daisy ran into Buzz who lent his support. She claimed she was sad about Marina and launched into a convoluted discussion about love and trust. Confused, Buzz promised to love his granddaughter, no matter what.

At the Beacon, Mallet and Frank dug through some files, hoping to find clues about Griggs. Without any word from Harley and time running out, Frank took action, blamed Cyrus for Marina's kidnapping, then created a "Wanted" poster with Foley's mug on it.

Where did Coop believe Marina was hiding out?
