Cassie called Harley to confess, and Harley got nervous and a little impatient when she couldn't spit out her news. "I slept with Cyrus," Cassie finally blurted out. "He was my one night stand." Harley remained silent and stared at her phone in disbelief. Cassie tried to explain why she did it, but Harley yelled at her saying she couldn't believe Cassie would tell her that while she was away from friends and family. "You are not my friend," Harley exclaimed. When Harley reconnected with Buzz, she said that she was through with Cyrus. She asked Buzz to keep Daisy away from Grady, and asked him to bring Zach to her. Later, Cassie ran into Daisy on Main Street, and Daisy apologized for helping Grady hide. When Cassie figured out Daisy was carrying clothes for Grady, she was infuriated that Daisy was still seeing him. "You are clearly Reva's granddaughter because you don't care about anyone but yourself," Cassie snapped.

Back at Harley's house, Zach and Jude came home and Cyrus asked why they weren't with Buzz. The boys said they asked to be dropped off because they missed home. While Cyrus and Grady continued to argue in front of the boys, Buzz showed up and asked the boys to go upstairs. Buzz said he'd talked to Harley and that she wanted Zach to go be with her. Cyrus offered to take Zach to her, but Buzz told Cyrus that Harley was through with him. Both men were confused, but Buzz said he had to honor her wishes and asked Cyrus to move out of the house. Later, Cyrus was shocked when Cassie told him she'd confessed to Harley. Cyrus accused Cassie of telling Harley just so she could hurt him. She admitted that she confessed to hurt him, because she wanted him to know what it felt like to lose someone. Before Cyrus walked away, he warned Cassie that Josh would also find out. When Cyrus returned to Harley's, Buzz told Cyrus he'd spoken to Harley again and he railed him for sleeping with Cassie."Do you have any idea the damage you've done to this family?" Buzz asked. Cyrus responded he had to see Harley so he could explain, "I can fix this," he said.

Jeffrey was thrilled to leave the hospital. When they returned to the Beacon, Jeffrey complained about Doris avoiding him and not giving him his job back. Reva told him he needed to rest, but Jeffery contended that he had to work. Jeffrey and Reva showed up at the station and Reva tried to figure out a way for him to get his job back. Jeffrey decided to go back to work without Doris' permission, and Reva made a phone call to schedule a press conference to announce his return. Jeffrey went back to the Beacon to do some work, and Cassie showed up to chat. She told him she needed to talk to someone, and confided in Jeffery that she had an affair. Cassie said she'd already confessed to Josh, but she didn't name who she slept with. Jeffrey said she needed tell Josh the whole truth before he found out from someone else.

Meanwhile, Daisy went to Harley's to see Grady and bring him the clothes. Daisy told Grady that Harley wanted her to go to Europe to be with her. Grady said he thought it was a good idea since he might have to go on the run. Daisy was sad and hurt that Grady was considering fleeing since she'd told everyone he'd changed. Daisy dashed off to Cross Creek, and Reva tried to comfort her, but remained stern in telling her she didn't need to be with Grady. Daisy said she knew there was something good in Grady and she wanted to help him. Reva put her foot down and told Daisy that Grady was absolutely off limits.

Cyrus found Grady to tell him he wouldn't be in town for his trial because he was going to go find Harley. He told Grady to stay away from Daisy, but Grady said she was the only person who cared about him. Cyrus ran off and miles away in Europe, Harley sat alone telling herself she'd be okay as tears streamed down her face.
