After catching the Foley brothers discussing Lizzie's kidnapping at Cyrus's place, Bill confronted them and warned that they'll pay for their crimes. Grady punched Bill and there was a scuffle. Cyrus said they should hold Bill hostage at the house to keep him quiet, but he was already out the door and gone. Grady panicked and suggested he and Cyrus leave town immediately. "It's over. He's going straight to the police." Cyrus had a cooler head, however, and said they still have one last chance to get off scot-free.

At the mansion, Lizzie tried to talk some sense into Buzz, who was clearly unraveling. She acknowledged Buzz's grief but said lashing out and seeking revenge isn't his style, reminding him that everyone goes through terrible things. Meanwhile at the jail, Phil berated Alan for not protecting Lizzie. "You can't come in here on a white horse, playing a hero!" Alan responded and told his son that he might just make things worse with Lizzie. "You need to take care of it the right way ... Your way."

In Bosnia, Mallet met with the orphanage director and explained his adoption situation with Marina. At first, she was very understanding and praised Mallet for doing his research. Then, she broke the news that he can't do anything without his wife present. Mallet tried to plead his case, saying she's back in the states grieving over a death in the family, but Mrs. Dovic was stern about protecting the children and refused to let Mallet see them unless Marina is there. Heartbroken, Mallet returned to the consulate and was on his way home when he unexpectedly ran into Dinah!

Beth visited Phillip. He apologized for pulling a gun at Coop's funeral and everything she's going through right now. They talked about James (he's still at boarding school) and Lizzie. Phil inquired about Cyrus's role in the kidnapping; Beth admitted she doesn't know who to believe regarding the case these days. Beth broke down and said that she doesn't know what to think about Phil's return, but that she knows he does love Lizzie. "Wouldn't it be nice if we could start over?" he asked. Then Beth gave him an invitation to their 25th high school reunion. "I guess they'd want their king and queen to be there," she grinned. They briefly reminisced about their past and shared a sweet moment.

Back at the mansion, Alan told Lizzie that Phil is probably going to be freed and assured her that he's on her side. When Alan mentioned getting a restraining order against Buzz, Lizzie revealed that Cooper came to the house; Spaulding was miffed. Lizzie urged Alan to leave Buzz alone. "I've got to take care of this," he said and departed. Cyrus phoned Lizzie but she said she's too busy to talk. He quickly asked her to use the company jet, saying it's for a big deal. She gave him permission without a second thought. Meanwhile, Bill tried to see Lizzie at the mansion; Grady followed him, unnoticed. As Cyrus chatted with Lizzie on the phone, Grady texted his brother: "It's done." Cyrus grinned, thanked Lizzie for the jet and hung up.

Marina unloaded Frank and Buzz's belongings. Buzz stressed about moving into Marina and Mallet's home, but she said its the least she can do. Then she told Buzz that Mallet's out of town and brought up their adoption situation. Buzz apologized for not being there like he should for her; she understood and said she didn't tell him about it because she didn't want to get everyone's hopes up. Buzz encouraged her to open up to him; she admitted she's worried about him. Buzz said he has something to take care of, "It's now or never," he added and left.

At the consulate, Dinah explained to Mallet that she's in Bosnia because she needs to make up for what she did to Shayne and hopes to find something that Lara sent to Shayne in the mail before she died, but he never received. Mallet used his police badge to get Dinah the parcel, a music box. She was thrilled and decided to mail it to Shayne. Then she asked Mallet why he's in Bosnia. He explained the adoption situation and was stunned when Dinah offered to pretend to be Mallet's wife so he could adopt a baby for Marina.

Alan went to the Cooper house looking for Buzz; Marina freaked out and called her grandpa to tell him to come home.... Grady put a bound and gagged Bill in the back of his truck; Cyrus said they can go forward with their plan and send Bill far, far away.... Lizzie finally went to see Phillip.... Alan and Buzz faced off in front of the mansion; Spaulding demanded that Cooper stop stalking him. "I know you hate me but I'm not responsible for what happened to Coop!" he spat. "Yes, you did," Buzz replied.
