At the quarry, Grady and Phillip faced off. Grady tried to keep his cool and explained his role in the kidnapping, adding that Alan hired him to frame Bill. Then Grady tried to strike a deal: He'll make sure Alan goes to prison if Phillip agrees to forget about the kidnapping. Phillip was stunned to learn that Dinah also had a hand in the crime. When Grady made a veiled threat on Lizzie's life, Phil angrily grabbed him by the collar and threwhim over the edge of the quarry, then quickly fled. Meanwhile at the Cooper house, Daisy continued her efforts to cheer up Buzz. She assured him that Grady is a good man and that Alan will go to prison after Foley pulls through and testifies about Tammy.

At the reunion, Frank stopped by to ask Beth about Lizzie and told her that they can't locate Bill. He left after making a snide comment about how much manpower it would take for the Springfield PD to keep an eye out on all the Spauldings. Beth got emotional as she confided in Mindy that she's worried about Lizzie. Rick showed up and goofed off in one of their old classrooms.

At the Coopers, Ashlee paid Daisy a visit and said she misses her friend. Daisy told Ash about her big date night with Grady. Ashlee drove Daisy to Grady's when he never arrived to pick her up for their big date and offered to wait with her until he returned. Daisy brushed off Ash's concern, put some tunes on her iPod and sat alone for Grady to return. He never showed.

Back at the reunion, a rattled Phil returned and ran to the restroom to wash his hands and face, still reeling from what he'd just done. He went back to the festivities and tried to act as if nothing had happened, but Beth could sense that something was up. Rick and Mindy laughed and horsed around. Phillip and Beth followed them to the auditorium for the dance. Phillip asked Beth to dance. Beth admitted she's always found strength in Phil's hands and safety in his arms. They shared a tearful moment and Phil pulled her into his arms. After, Mindy announced the re-crowning of the prom king and queen, Phillip and Beth. Then they danced again and pointed out their new beginnings.

Lizzie panicked when she realized that Grady is her kidnapper and that he put Bill in danger. Cyrus followed her to Bill's room where she searched for clues about Bill's whereabouts. Later, Lizzie went to Frank and told him she thinks Grady is guilty, then played him the message. She also revealed the text that Grady sent to her. Cyrus silently freaked out. When she returned home, Lizzie lost her cool on Cyrus after he tried to defend Grady, reminding her that he's blood. Then she slapped Cyrus when he alluded to the fact that he knew Grady had kidnapped her. "How can I possibly trust anything you say?" she asked. He implored her to let him help her, saying it's the only way he can assure her safety.

Back at the Coopers, Frank was worried about Daisy and was desperate to find her. He ran into Buzz and told him about Lizzie's claim regarding Grady. Buzz blasted Frank for believing Lizzie's story, adding that he thinks it's all part of Alan's plan to get out of what he deserves. Frank reminded his pop that Grady could be with Daisy and seriously put her in danger. Meanwhile, Lizzie demanded Cyrus take her to Bill. Just then, a big truck blocked their exit from the mansion. Bill walked out; Lizzie rushed to him and they happily kissed.
