Olivia rushed to get little Emma ready for her school play. Natalia arrived and tried to explain to Emma that she shouldn't worry about what happened at the wedding, saying that it just didn't work out for her and Frank. The women shared a very awkward moment when Nat said she'd be thrilled to come to Emma's play; Olivia didn't think it was a good idea and later asked Nat if she told Rafe about them. Nat hadn't. Meanwhile, Buzz tried to comfort a heartbroken Frank who couldn’t wrap his head around why Nat left him at the altar. He explained to Buzz that Olivia is the one who told him about Nat still not being over Gus.

At Cedars, Billy paid Rev a visit. She explained that Shayne's still dating Dinah and they've run off to "get to know each other." She was miffed that she couldn't leave the hospital to find out what's going on with everyone outside. Billy called Blake at Company and asked her to come "babysit" Reva for him so he can do something special for her. Billy brought a laptop over to Company and hooked up a web cam so Reva can see what's going on in the restaurant. Buzz and Billy joked around and mooned Reva through the web cam.

Meanwhile, Josh arrived at his hotel in Bosnia and tried to locate Roc. He grabbed a gun from his suitcase and departed but couldn't locate Roc or Edmund. Dinah and Shayne also arrived in Bosnia. Shayne took her to the place where he first met Lara, explaining how they fell in love. He felt weird sharing all of it with Dinah but she assured him that he needs to do it to help him move on. A little boy excitedly approached Shayne, who was elated to be reunited with his little buddy, Zamir. He told Dinah that Zamir's brother was injured in a mine that was disguised as a toy. He also told her that the kid latched on to him after his father died so they have a special bond. Dinah was touched by Shayne's life in Bosnia. They shared a sweet moment and confirmed their feelings for each other. Then they kissed.

At Emma's school, Liv wasn't pleased when Nat showed up. The women argued and Liv warned Nat that she's not being smart about things, saying she doesn't think Nat's prepared to take on the responsibility (and consequences) of what comes after saying, "I love you" like she has. Nat assured Liv that she's prepared to take the next step; Liv wasn't so sure and pointed out the issue of Nat's religion. She encouraged Nat to just walk away, adding that she doesn't know what she's getting herself into. "You think you know me better than me?" Nat spat. Liv admitted she wants a happy ending but isn't sure they can have that if they decide to be a couple. Nat grabbed Olivia's hand and said she does know what it means to tell someone that they love them. Meanwhile, Frank arrived at Emma's school and headed up to the room where Nat and Liv were chatting.

Back in Bosnia, Josh finally located Roc and lost his cool, demanding to know Edmund's whereabouts... A mysterious figure watched Dinah and Shayne kiss.
