Bill and Lizzie snuggled under a quilt after making love. They hoped this would lead to a baby and discussed whether they wanted a boy or girl. Lizzie just wanted a healthy baby; Bill suggested they have one of each. They pulled the quilt back over their heads and prepared to enjoy some more baby making.

Vanessa met up for coffee with Blake and told her daughter that she needs to get her life under control. Meanwhile, Billy told Father Ray that he wanted to wed Vanessa ... that day. Billy interrupted Lizzie and Bill and invited them to the wedding. Bill was thrilled, but then Billy revealed that Vanessa hasn't actually agreed to marry him yet. Still, Bill and Lizzie helped Billy choose some decorations. He then admitted that he hasn't even ASKED her to marry him yet. After, Billy went to the station, where he found Vanessa swamped with work.

Olivia and Josh went to Company for breakfast. He noted that she seemed to be in a happier mood than she'd been since Natalia left town. Liv shared that her daughter was coming home. Meanwhile, Reva locked herself out of her car and called Josh for help. He arrived and manage to unlock the doors for her. At the restaurant, Liv apologized to Blake for being rude to her, explaining that she was just upset over Natalia.

Billy revealed his "news" to Josh, who was also skeptical about the idea of a surprise wedding but agreed to serve as best man.... Bill visited Vanessa at work and insisted that she take a lunch break. She replied that she doesn't have time, but he persisted ... and even lied that he and Lizzie are having problems in the bedroom in an effort to get her to go out to lunch. It didn't work, though, and she still wouldn't take off of work.... Lizzie pointed out to Billy how important weddings are to women. Bill later returned to the studio and Vanessa said that her day had gotten even crazier. She was shocked when Billy arrived and told her about the wedding. She stated that she's not marrying him. He was upset, but she explained that she doesn't want to be surprised; she wants him to propose and for her to have a say in the wedding plans. Billy accepted this and instead invited her out for dinner the next evening.

A very pregnant Natalia arrived back in Springfield and went to the church, where she said hello to Father Ray. She told him that she's figured out what God wants her to do ‹ to be happy. Nat then called Blake and revealed that she's now home. Blake met up with her and shared a reunion with her friend. Nat stated that her home is Springfield and she wants to make her life there. She was eager to see Olivia.... Liv ran into Father Ray at the supermarket. She winced when he brought up Natalia's name and said that she's moving on. Later, Olivia happily reunited with Emma, while Nat searched for Liv. She knocked on Olivia's door, just as Liv took Emma to the park.

Reva came home and found that her sink was broken. She refused to allow herself to call Josh. Instead, she called Blake who gave her the number for her plumber. Reva became frustrated when she kept getting voicemail instead of an actual person. She finally gave in and asked Josh for help. Meanwhile, the plumber came and fixed the problem for her. As Reva signed the check, she spied the date and realized it was close to her wedding anniversary. After he left, Reva sadly regarded her photos of Jeffrey.

Nat drove by the park and saw Liv playing with Emma. She got out of the car and called to Liv. Nat told Olivia that she thought about her every minute she was away. "Why did you leave?" Liv asked. Natalia explained that she had to figure things out. She then walked out from behind the car, revealing her huge belly. "I'm pregnant," she told a shocked Olivia.
