Dorian interrupted Evangeline and asked what was up with the David Vickers murder case and what it would take to get the department to drop the charges. Evangeline reminded Dorian that David had taken someone's life and he wasn't going to get off with a slap on the wrist. Dorian visited David and said she was going to hire the best lawyers for him. David said she didn't have to. "I didn't do it," he said.

Todd met Viki for dinner at the Palace. Blair interrupted them. After some unpleasantries with Todd, Blair headed to Miles' table (who was nursing a hangover) and offered to buy him a drink. She ordered Miles a Kramer Melt, her cure for a hangover. Miles told Blair he had been drinking with Marty. Miles hoped that his life would turn around. Blair suggested he watch who he becomes friends with. Miles asked her why she didn't like Marty. Evangeline showed up at the Palace wearing the necklace Todd gave her, but told Todd she couldn't accept the gift.

John reminded Natalie that she's a big girl, so he wasn't going to comment on her spending time with Vincent. Then he said he thought David killed Spencer. After John and Natalie made love, Natalie told John that Bo knows about her tampering with the murder site and he's aware that John knew about it. John blew up at her. "I can't believe you did this again!" he yelled. They had a very nasty argument. Natalie suspected that Bo will fire her eventually. She added that Vincent also knows about this (sort of). "That scum," John exploded.

Asa told David he proved what he was made of and shook David's hand. Asa suggested David tell them he stopped Spencer from killing Blair. David explained that his mother was in love with Asa. "You broke her heart," he explained. Asa continued that David would be paid "when he gets out." Asa told Nigel that he had David kill Spencer to see if David "had what it takes to be a Buchanan."

Nash denied he was having an affair with Jessica. Antonio followed up with, "Do you want to have an affair with Jessica??" Nash danced around that question. "Having an affair with a married woman isn't exactly my idea of a good time," he told Antonio, and added that he can barely stand to be in the same room as Jessica. Before Nash left, he reiterated that there was nothing going between him and Jessica.

Meanwhile, Jessica insisted to Marty that she loves both Nash and Antonio. Marty suggested she write down the name of the man she really wants to be with. Jessica did that with some difficulty. Miles ran into Jessica as she left Marty's, and then Jess ran into Nash. Nash told Jessica he's pretty sure Antonio is "onto us." Miles told Marty that he's glad she was his first kiss.

Jessica paid Marty a visit, updating her on the Nash situation and reporting that Cristian knows how close they've become. She admitted she had to chose between Nash and Antonio before it was too late.

Natalie dreamt that things were good between her and John. Vincent woke her up with a knock on the door. Natalie shared that she had been kicked out of the forensic program. Vincent couldn't believe it. She didn't want to talk about John. "Don't get me to open up," she begged. Natalie and Vincent agreed that they'd misjudged each other. Vincent told Natalie that she's amazing. Natalie and Vincent hugged...and at that very moment, John walked in. Oh, dear. Vincent left and John asked what he missed.

Dorian's face lit up when John brought David to her cell. The police officer let her out and then David took her place in the cell. Dorian thought it was horrible and couldn't believe that he'd kill Spencer. Dorian asked David why he would confess to murdering Spencer. After receiving no answer, Dorian left. Asa paid David a visit, thanking David for killing Spencer. "It was worth every penny," Asa cracked.

Lindsay dropped in on Bo at the precinct and the two had a sweet conversation. Talia interrupted with news on the arson, but Lindsay hardly cared. She knew she had made inroads back into Bo's heart.

Nora insisted to Matthew that they couldn't live at Asa's forever. Asa said they could stay as long as they needed to. Nora wept with joy when Asa told her he had asked Renee to send over some clothes from some super-fancy shops. Nora got a call that David had been arrested for Spencer's murder. Lindsay dropped by with photo albums of Jen and Sam for Matthew and Nora. Nora was very grateful.

Antonio asked Nash how he and Jessica got stuck in the storage room. Nash claimed he didn't know why Jessica was there. Antonio hoped Nash was being truthful. Nash kept dodging Antonio's direct questions, which were asking for details about their time in the storage room. "Am I a suspect, Antonio?" Nash asked. Antonio then countered, "Are you having an affair with my wife?"

Antonio insisted on talking to Jessica, who was involved in an intense conversation with Nash. Jessica said she was freaking out about the fire and that she's frightened about everything. Nash just smirked behind their backs and said that Antonio was getting suspicious. Jessica said that Antonio could never find about what happened in that storage room. "Because next time there won't be a fire to stop us," she warned.

Todd asked Jessica to find out everything she could about Evangeline. "You are the reason that Cristian and Evangeline are breaking up," Jessica said. Todd denied that and added, "She doesn't exactly hate me." "You are wrong for her," Jessica said, and reminded him that he still loved Blair.

Cristian was concerned that Nash and Jessica had left the hospital together. Antonio thought that Jessica and Nash were spending too much time together and that something was up, but he didn't think anything was up romantically. Cristian began to question Antonio but couldn't continue once Talia came in. After she left, Antonio asked Cris if there was something he should know (about Nash and Jessica). Cris dodged the question. Antonio said he trusts Nash and Jessica implicitly.

Todd called Evangeline, who was at the Palace bar meeting Layla. Evangeline told Layla that Cristian and she had broken up. Cris had walked in on Evangeline and Todd saying goodbye. Vangie thought Todd was trying to seduce her. She admitted that she felt as if she was cheating on Cristian. Layla thought Evangeline always goes for complicated, and added that Todd makes John look like Forrest Gump in the complicated department. Elsewhere in the bar, Marty and Miles continued to get drunk. Marty told Miles they couldn't be friends. She clarified that she couldn't be his friend and his doctor at the same time. Miles fell off the bar stool. Mission accomplished — He was drunk. Marty brought Miles to his room and then helped him get to the sofa. Of course they fell on top of each other. Miles kissed Marty.

Nash sat at the bar and drank Scotch. Nash told Layla that he and Jessica are in love but added he was miserable.

Natalie told Bo that she had taken evidence from the crime scene to help John. Bo was not happy. "What were you thinking?!" Bo blurted out. Natalie explained that she would do anything for John. Bo became upset when Natalie added that she had thrown out the fibers, and he exploded when Natalie let it slip that John had known about this. "You and John are guilty of covering up a crime," he said. Natalie tried to explain herself. Bo took her out of the forensics program ASAP, but said she could keep her desk job. He added that if the crime goes unsolved, he'd have to arrest her and John.

John accused David of killing Spencer. David was surprised, to say the least, and he brought John up to speed on his life in paradise. David admitted to John that he killed his own brother and quickly added that there was no way he would be extradited back to the U.S. John showed David the photo on his cell phone of Dorian in jail. David said he knows how much Dorian hates being in jail; "The thread count alone will do her in," he quipped. David agreed to return to Llanview with John but insisting on finishing his piña colada first.

Jessica had a nightmare that Antonio and Nash forced her to choose between them. She woke up and Nash asked her to run away with him. Clint walked in and told Nash and Jess the guilt was written all over their faces. However, Clint meant they felt guilty about what happened to Antonio (not about what happened between the two of them. Phew.). In fact, Clint thought it was great that Antonio, Nash and Jessica had worked things out. Riiight. Antonio suggested that Nash stay in the loft to help Jessica out while he was still in the hospital. Jessica got very agitated and was insistent that this not happen. Antonio backed down. By the elevator, Nash asked Jessica why she hadn't gone for Antonio's suggestion. "We would have had time to hash things out," Nash said. Jessica and Nash argued and though Antonio couldn't hear what they were saying, it was clear to him that something was up.

Dorian met Miles Laurence. Miles asked Dorian why she was accused of murdering his brother Mitch. Would that be his first murder or his second, she asked? Dorian described Mitch with the following words: sociopath, sadistic, seductive. Miles became upset and wondered what would have happened if he hadn't been born ugly. Dorian thought that perhaps Miles was genetically predisposed to be evil. Miles went on the defensive. Dorian added that the real world was quite different than a sanitarium. Miles thought Dorian might be a kind person underneath her exterior. She pointed out that Miles lacked life experience. When Miles left, Clint came by. Dorian said her recent arrest (for the murder of Spencer) was just a temporary setback to her pursuit of him. "I have not committed a crime," she stated.

Miles headed to the Palace bar and ran into Marty. He told her that every day he was going to do something he had never done before. Today's task: to get drunk. Marty got tipsy as Miles got drunk.

John reviewed his relationship with Natalie (viewers were treated to a musical montage) as he flew off into the wide blue yonder. (During the look back, it was fascinating to note the range of red hair color Melissa Archer has modeled over the years.) The flight attendant announced they had landed "in paradise," and John headed to a resort and found who he was looking for — David Vickers.

Natalie barged into Marty's office. "Am I there when John spills his guts to you?" she asked. Her eyes filled with tears as she asked Marty why her relationship with John was falling apart. Marty reminded Natalie that talking to her about John would be unethical. Natalie suspected that something else was going on between Marty and John. Natalie gave Marty a dollar and hired her. "I want to know how it went from being me and John to me, John and you." Marty asked Natalie if she'd ever considered that Natalie herself might be the problem. She added that John and Natalie have zero communication skills and Natalie might be paranoid. Natalie stormed out.

Starr heard about Todd and Evangeline's kiss. She decided to check things out and proceeded to walk in on Todd and Evangeline about to kiss while Evangeline was in a bathrobe. (This didn't look good, on so many levels.) Todd reminded Starr that his relationship with Blair was over already. Evangeline came back fully dressed and told Todd, "We can't do this." Yet, she admitted she'd had a nice time with him. Todd told her he loved being with her.

John told Michael and Rex they were free to leave lockup. While they were detained, they'd figured out that neither one of them killed Spencer. Both were thrilled to be back in the arms of the women they loved.

Miles met Natalie, who was not thrilled to meet Mitch's brother. Miles explained that he had researched his brothers while he was in the institution. Miles said they were only connected by blood. He waited to see John, but John brushed him off. John told Natalie that he was leaving town. "It's not about us, it's just about work," he assured her. Natalie asked John to give some thought to how things were between the two of them.

Marcie reprimanded Cole for having been with Starr when she was babysitting Tommy. Cole promised to focus on his homework. (He hadn't done well on a recent quiz.) Cole explained to Marcie that it would be very difficult for him to stay away from Starr. Marcie promised she wouldn't rat out Starr and Cole, but they should be more discreet. Cole headed over to Dorian's to see Miss Manning. He gave Starr the update on how Marcie had found out about their babysitting date.

John dropped by Dorian's house to arrest her. "I suggest you get a coat," he said, as a panicked Dorian looked at Blair. Blair followed them to the station and said she couldn't post Dorian's bail because it hadn't been set yet. Miles introduced himself to Dorian. John boarded a plane with a photograph of Dorian on his cell phone.
