Spencer told Todd and Blair that Jack's tracheotomy went well. A suspicious Todd peppered the doctor with personal questions. Spencer offered that he might be in town for an extended stay. Blair got pissed at Todd and scolded him: "The man saved your son's life and you're giving him the third degree." Then Todd got a call from his reporters explaining how Daniel was arrested before being sworn in. He told Blair he's going to run with the story in his newspaper, and Blair pleaded with him to not humiliate Nora.

Spencer ran into Paige in the hall of the hospital and the two made vague references to a history together. Paige was far less happy to see Spencer than he was to see her. Later, Todd hinted to Paige that he picked up on there being a connection between she and Spencer.

Nora talked with Daniel in Bo's office. After a tense exchange of steely glances, Daniel delivered a string of whoppers in his defense: "I didn't kill Jen, I didn't kill Paul. I couldn't do that. I couldn’t' do that to anybody. I know you know that's true, deep inside. Believe in me, Nora. Believe in yourself. Believe the love we have for each other." Nora asked Daniel if he's been sleeping with Mark. Daniel dismissed the accusation, saying Mark is just an obsessed kid who wanted a job from him. But Nora finally seemed to wise up and called him on his lies. Danny continued to profess his love to his wife and tried to embrace her, but finally showing some emotion, Nora pulled a scissors on him and warned, "Don't you DARE try to touch me!" She flipped out and screamed at Daniel, demanding that he just say that he never really loved her. She told him there's no way to explain why Mark would make up an affair. Daniel then equated his being gay to his alcoholism, but Nora wouldn't have it. She went absolutely ballistic on him, and Daniel seemed legitimately scared as she screeched and waved the scissors in his face.

At the deserted swearing-in ceremony site, Riley, Lindsay and Rex argued over Daniel's arrest. Then Riley flipped out and trashed the place, tossing chairs and throwing flowerpots before collapsing in tears. Marcie tried to comfort him. Riley told her he felt betrayed by his father. "I hate him. I hate who, or what, he is. I don't even know what that is. I don't even know what I am any more." He cried that he let his father make him believe that Jen killed Paul Cramer and said he hates himself. The dude took it all really hard and seemed on the brink of a breakdown. (Can anyone say "relapse?")

Michael went to the police station to see John, but Natalie stopped him, saying he was busy. The two started up their flirty love/hate dance when Marcie came in and spied them acting very familiar with one another, but she didn't make a big deal out of it.

Evangeline learned the news about Daniel's arrest and rushed to the police station to talk to Nora. She dropped in on John and asked why the arrest had to be done publicly on television. "Maybe it could've been handled differently," John shrugged. Evangeline accused Bo of doing things the way he did because it was personal to him. She suggested that perhaps John could have stopped it, but then apologized saying she just feels bad about losing the custody case with Antonio. As she left, John gave her the keys to his place and told her, "Just in case you change your mind about being alone," while Natalie watched in the background. Once Vangie left, Natalie put her hand on John's shoulder and sympathized with all he's going through. Later, she hugged him as he stared wistfully out the window.

Marcie, Michael, Rex and Lindsay all went to the parking garage to take down the memorial to Jen. Riley stood unseen around the corner (OMG, he's already drinking!) While the foursome put the memorial items into a cardboard box marked "Jen," Riley returned to the ceremony site to finish his drink.

Later, after everyone went home and the police station was dark, Nora sat down in Bo's office and finally, for the first time since Jen died, had a good cry.

What kind of container did Riley drink from?

In the hospital, Jack's condition didn't improve. Blair freaked when Spencer (wearing civilian clothes) came in and tried to help, but he eventually convinced everyone that he's a doctor. After switching into some scrubs, he worked his magic and took care of little Jack by performing a tracheotomy. He also won over Blair in the process, but when Todd arrived, Manning was not pleased that Spence cut a hole in his son's throat. Jack, finally awake and feeling better, asked for some ice cream.

At Daniel's swearing-in ceremony, Nora finally learned that her hubby had been having an affair with Mark. "I'm sorry you had to find out this way," Mark told her, then pleaded with Dan to tell everyone that he hadn't killed Paul and Jen. As Daniel and Nora were barraged by reporters, Lindsay tried to grasp that Daniel was her daughter's killer. Rex offered her a consoling hug as she cried. Nora, meanwhile, did her best to keep her composure, but looked as if she were about to crack. The overzealous reporter who'd been covering the event for TV stopped Bo and asked about Bo and Daniel's rivalry, but Bo refused to discuss that. "Do you want to keep your job?" he snarled. In the meantime, Mark assured a shaken Riley that Daniel is innocent, but Riley wanted to beat up his dad's lover. Marcie and Rex prevented a fight from breaking out. Bo tried to comfort Nora, but she wouldn't hear it and insisted on seeing Daniel.

At the station, John read Daniel the riot act. "Riley's going to have nightmares about this for the rest of his life," he told Colson. "Your life is over." When Dan said that he wouldn't confess, John told him to, "Be a man. Confess what you did."

After the crowd cleared at the ceremony, Rex continued to comfort Lindsay, while Marcie admitted to Riley that she'd known about his dad being gay. Understandably, Riley flipped out. Nora, who was so humiliated she could barely look anyone in the eyes, was escorted to the station with Bo. "I want to talk to my husband," she managed to spit out.

David enjoyed the show as he watched Daniel getting arrested on TV. "Talk about reality television!" he crowed. "This is the best show in town! Did you know that Nora's husband is a gay double murderer? I haven't had this much fun watching television since Robert Blake left his gun in an Italian restaurant."

Meanwhile, as Dorian and Viki watched, Dor announced, "This is the stuff tabloid dreams are made of." The rivals then argued over Blair's plan to get revenge on Asa. Viki advised her not to butt into Blair's life, but Dorian insisted that she's right. "This is precisely why David walked out on you," Viki pointed out, informing Dorian that she'd helped David look for dates online. Viki was taken aback when Dorian revealed that she'd been the woman whom David had inadvertantly made the date with. Viki baited Dorian to get back together with David by telling Dorian that she was so charmed by David, she wants to go out with him. "You'd bore David to tears," Dorian sniffed.

Later, back in Kelly's home, Kel emerged from the shower clad only in a towel, and complained that David had used up all the hot water. When she mentioned that Dorian had made a date with the "King Of Hearts" online, Dave revealed that that was him. Kelly declared that he and Dorian are meant to be together and warned David that this was his shot at true love and he'd better not screw it up. David responded by going to Dorian and asking for his ring back. "We are now officially unengaged," Dorian said, trying to hold back tears. David shocked her by getting down on his knees and declaring his love for her and asking for her to take him back. "Yes, yes!" Dor yelled, smothering Dave with kisses.

A Palace Hotel employee was flummoxed at the sight of a tall, handsome stranger. "May I have you, uh, help you?" she stammered. Said stranger revealed that he's Dr. Spencer Truman — and managed to get upgraded to a suite in the process. Spence swaggered into the dining area and made a phone call where he told a colleague that he wants their chief of staff fired. He then flirted with a waitress and the employee who'd checked him in. "I manage to squeeze in a little bit of pleasure," he told her when she asked if he was there on business.

Bo interrupted Daniel's swearing-in ceremony to arrest Daniel for Jen's murder. Both Riley and Nora were aghast that Bo would do this, but Bo held firm, stating that Daniel is also suspected for murdering Paul.

Kevin and Kelly tuned in to the swearing-in ceremony to get a good laugh at watching "everyone suck up," as Kevin put it. They got an even better show when they learned that Daniel was under arrest for Jen and Paul's murders. "I guess it's finally over," Kelly said quietly, thinking of her late bro and all the trouble he caused. "I'm glad he's dead," Kelly realized. "What monster thinks like that?" Kevin assured her that her feelings are understandable.

Mark refused to believe that the the accusations against Daniel were true, while Marcie asked if Mark had known about Daniel's actions.

Michael wondered why Mark seemed so upset about the arrest.

Lindsay tried to come to grips with the fact that she was looking at her daughter's possible killer. "Did you kill her?" she shrieked. "Did you?". Bo then revealed the reason why Daniel killed Paul: because Paul had been blackmailing him. Nora accused Bo of constantly arresting people for murder without getting the facts straight; Bo told her that Daniel had been having an affair. When Nora demanded to know the name of the woman whom Daniel had been seeing, Bo informed her that Dan's lover isn't a woman. Mark confirmed that Daniel is gay when he told the crowd that he and Dan had been dating for months... Antonio tried to deal with losing custody of Jamie to RJ. "Six months!" he cried. "That's six months RJ has to poison her against me." Jessica did her best to be supportive. After Antonio calmed down, the duo made love; when they'd finished, she patiently listened to him explain why Jamie means so much to him. He told Jess that he needs her in his life, but she blanched, thinking of her Tess problem.

At the park, Blair mistook a woman for being Margaret and tried to strangle the life out of her; Starr helped stop her and explained that it was just their neighbor. Blair then found Jack unconscious and rushed him to the hospital, where Spencer happened to be. Spencer calmly explained to a freaked Starr exactly what the doctors were doing to help her brother. Spencer then tried to help Jack, but Blair didn't realize he's a doctor and warned him to stay away from her son..

RJ and Antonio anxiously awaited the verdict of the custody trial. Evangeline assured Antonio that RJ's chances of getting full custody of Jamie were slim. However, the judge awarded RJ custody for six months, explaining that she still couldn't decide who should get permanent custody and wanted things to be stable for the child. The judge also noted that Antonio doesn't seem to be in control of his emotions and needs to create a more hospitable environment for Jamie. Of course, Antonio took the high road and responded by slamming the table and swearing. Antonio accused RJ of bribing the judge, but RJ explained that all he had to do was show the judge who Antonio really is....

Dorian (donning a wide-brim straw hat and leopard print coat) and the Mannings enjoyed a picnic in the park. Blair thanked Dorian for being civil to Todd, but Dorian quickly ended that. "The day is young," Dor told her niece. "Why settle for mere snarkiness when what I really want to do is wring his neck." Dorian then told Blair that she shouldn't help Todd plot to kill Asa and throw her life away. "You need professional help," Dorian urged, but Blair insisted on revenge. After, Blair suggested to Todd that maybe they drop their plan. Dorian surprised all when she took time to play ball with Starr and Jack at the picnic. When Todd mentioned that Starr might go into forensic medicine, Dorian snapped, "That would be perfect for this family."....

Daniel enjoyed his moment in the sun as he prepared to be sworn in as Lt. Governor. Mark looked on, crestfallen, as Daniel put his arm around Nora and announced, "I couldn't have done anything without my beautiful wife."....

At the police station, Attorney General Drake changed his tune and realized that Bo, Rex and John knew what they were talking about when they said Daniel was trouble. Drake commended them for doing a "diligent job," and gave them the go-ahead to arrest Daniel. "We got him, Jen," Rex said to the heavens after the cops left the office....

Rex informed Lindsay that Daniel was more than "partially responsible" for Jen's death and urged her to come to the ceremony....

Just as Daniel was about to be officially sworn in, Bo arrived and offered Colson the chance to "do this privately." Nora pleaded with Bo to stop it, and accused him of being jealous, but Bo arrested Daniel for murdering Jen.

Daniel blanched when Mark revealed his plan to be there at Dan's swearing-in ceremony for Leutentant Governor; their phone conversation ended when Riley interrupted. Riley questioned his dad about his dad's secretive behavior, but Daniel evaded the question. Nora then caught her husband in a lie about where he'd been the night before. Daniel promised to be a better hubby to Nora — and she appeared to fall for it. Again. However, Nora later admitted to Evangeline that Bo's insinuations about Daniel were beginning to get to her. "I hate not knowing something," Nora complained....

RJ questioned Nora on her messed-up life. "Your ex-husband won't let you take your son home and your current husband is seeing another woman, maybe, and you think all of that will work out?" he asked....

Matthew wondered why he was staying at Viki's, but Bo explained that he couldn't really explain yet. "This is going to be really hard on some people," Bo warned....

Marcie, however, told him that he needs to end things with Colson....

Despite John telling her to butt out, Evangeline tried to get him to tell her why some of the Attorney General was in the police station....

Kevin advised Daniel about being the new Lt. Governor, telling Colson to bury his skeletons....
