Todd tried to threaten Starr's teacher into expelling Cole. Marty showed up and told him that that's not happening, and that her anger has nothing to do with her and Todd's past. She insisted that the steroids had made Cole act out and that he won't do it again. Marty was furious when Todd suggested she was a neglectful mother. Todd again apologized for raping her and said that it doesn't give Cole license to attack Starr. Meanwhile, Cole begged a shaken Starr for another chance. Starr agreed and gingerly invited him into her home. He tried to apologize for attacking her, but couldn't find the words. Starr wasn't thrilled with his explanation that it wasn't his fault. Starr admitted that she feels like she should be the one apologizing for what Todd did to Marty back in college. Todd soon came home and freaked out when he saw the teens talking. Starr reamed out her father for what he'd done to Marty. She was furious when he informed her that he's pulling her out of school.

Blair showed up at court and avoided Spencer's gaze. Evangeline prodded her about Blair and Spencer's relationship. Blair was suddenly overcome with dizziness and passed out.

At the courthouse, Marcy and Michael looked on and debated whether they should find Tommy's birth parents. Michael argued that Tommy is their son and it doesn't matter who the kid's biological parents are. Michael tended to Blair, but she didn't want him to call Todd. Blair feared that she had another brain tumor.

On their honeymoon, Antonio and Jessica sat down for dinner and tropical drinks. Nash, wearing his best MIAMI VICE gear (well, they were in the Caribbean) and a matching fedora, entered the restaurant. Oops, turns out that this was just Jessica's imagination and it was actually another guy donning '80s fashions. As the couple shared a sexy dance, Jess kept looking back at Fedora Guy.

Adriana and Rex hung out at Capricorn. Roxy arrived and offered to make "Rexy-Wexy" (ha!) a drink. Rex got ready to bail. Next, Roxy chatted with Nash, who was holding baby Brennan. Roxy chuckled about Brennan having Nash's last name as her first name. "What's going on in this town? First there's Hugh Hughes, then Brennan Brennan," she cracked, then joked about what her name could be. Nash bristled when she suggested Brennan's surname be changed from Buchanan to Vega since Jess and Antonio were married. Nash taught her how to properly drink wine. Roxy advised him to move on.

Rex wasn't sure what to do about Marcy and Michael's baby Tommy probably being Todd's son. Adriana thought he should tell Todd. Rex hoped he could convince Todd that the baby's better off with the McBains, but Adriana didn't think Todd would listen.

What did Roxy say her name should be?

Evangeline called David to the stand as Spencer's trial got underway. David testified that when they were kids, Spencer gave him a gun and sent him out to meet someone in the alley where Thomas McBain was shot. David then told what he saw when Thomas was shot, and Evangeline entered evidence proving that the bullet pulled from the dead body could not have belonged to David's gun. David next explained how his father gave a twin gun to Spencer, and Evangeline entered ballistics evidence that proved that the bullet came from Spencer's gun. During the cross-examination, Spencer's lawyer blasted David's integrity by bringing up a number of really sleazy (several of them criminal) things he's done over the years. After he was dismissed, Evangeline told David that his testimony didn't go as poorly as they thought and mentioned how Spencer's lawyer proved himself less than thorough by missing several of the skeletons in David's huge closet.

Marty told Cole the story of her rape. Marty told her son that she doesn't think Todd has it in him to rape anyone again, even though she does think he still hurts people. Cole was angry that Todd was a free man. Marty said she can't forgive Todd but that she's stopped carrying the anger with her. Cole explained to Marty what happened that night at the party. He said he lost his temper and called Starr a tease when she pushed him away after they kissed. "I couldn't even control myself," he said. He admitted to Marty that he'd been taking steroids since the summer because he wanted to be better at football and make her proud of him. He promised to fix things, though.

Blair told Todd he should talk to Starr about what happened with Marty. He said he doesn't know how. Blair demanded that he leave if he doesn't have the courage, but Starr ran downstairs and stopped him. Evangeline called Blair and told her she is due in court. Blair left and Todd was alone with Starr. Starr assured Todd Cole didn't rape her, even though he was completely out of control. Todd said he needed to go somewhere but that he'd be back to talk about things with her. He made her promise she'd wait at the penthouse for him. Starr said she would. After Todd left, Cole came by the penthouse to talk to Starr.

Todd went to ask Principal Wexler to expel Cole. She said she isn't ready to make that kind of decision. Todd threatened to plaster her all over his newspaper, but Marty walked up behind him and warned him to do no such thing. "You go after Cole, I go after you," she said.

Michael and Marcie talked to Rex about how they feel about Tommy's birth parents while Rex held his godson on his lap. Michael and Marcie said that they would never give Tommy back because they are the best parents for him. After Michael and Marcie left with Tommy, Adriana asked Rex why he didn't tell them what he'd learned. Rex said no matter what he decides he doesn't know how he'll live with himself. Marcie walked back in and told Rex that she is glad that he is in Tommy's life. She gave him a hug.

Natalie begged Bo to believe her about John being alive, but he remained skeptical. He said she needs some "help," meaning a shrink. He brought up the grave-digging incident to bolster his case. Vincent dropped in and explained the eye color discrepancy. Paige overheard Bo questioning whether Hugh was actually in the hospital and asked what was going on. Bo took Paige off to the side and told her Natalie is just trying to conjure up John. Bo went back and told Vincent and Natalie that the conversation has to stay just between the three of them. "I swear I'll get to the bottom of this," he told Natalie as he walked away. When alone, Natalie said to herself that she can't just wait around.

Rex told Adriana that he tracked Todd's son back to Tommy, Michael and Marcie's adoptive son. Adriana told Rex it's too big a deal to keep secret, and Rex said he would tell everyone, but he has to figure out how. Michael and Marcie showed up with Tommy and mentioned how they get antsy when they're away from Tommy for more than two minutes. Michael asked Rex if he's made any progress finding Tommy's birthparents. Rex said no.

Clint and Kelly told Dorian that Kelly, Kevin and Zane are moving to London together. Dorian was not pleased to hear about it, saying first she lost Adriana, and now Kelly. Kelly and Clint both explained how the young, complicated family just needs a fresh start, and Dorian wished Kelly luck in London.

Blair accused Marty of planting Cole at Starr's school to exact revenge against Todd. Marty said she did no such thing. Cole said he had no idea about his mother's history and how it relates to Todd. A cop took Cole away to test him for drugs. Marty told Todd, Blair and Starr that her son has no idea about the rape. She said she and Cole lived in California until her husband (Patrick) died a year ago Christmas. She said she came back to Llanview to get her and Cole away from the memories. "My son is a good boy," she said. "He's honest and kind." The cop came back with Cole and said he tested positive for steroids. She said that there are assault charges pending depending on what Starr wants to do. Marty took Cole home. He and Marty apologized to Starr before they left.

Back at the penthouse, Todd admitted to Starr that he raped Marty. She ran upstairs to be alone. Todd asked Blair, "What have I done?"

Marty chewed Cole out for using steroids. She then asked what happened with Starr, and Cole said he was a jerk but never hurt her. Marty admitted that Todd raped her. Cole realized that it was the rape referred to in Britney's humiliations of Starr.

Nora and Evangeline coached David before his testimony against Spencer. David assured them he would be a great witness.
