An angry Spike threatened to kill Noah and Fancy, and asked which one of them they want to die first. When Spike was distracted by the sound of police sirens in the distance Noah and Fancy made a run for it. Spike shot at them as they fled the scene. Fancy tripped on the docks as they played cat and mouse with Spike, only to run into him again. The three of them again tried to reason out who should die first. Noah managed to knock the gun out of Spike's hand and the two struggled on the docks. Spike wrested the gun back and shot at them. Noah knocked Fancy off the dock out of harm's way. Noah knocked the gun out of Spike's hand a third time. Spike produced a knife, and the two faced off. The two men heard Fancy's screams and realized she was drowning in a boat of fish. Noah was forced to let Spike go in order to save Fancy from getting processed by the Crane fish cannery.

Theresa continued her insistence that Rebecca framed her and purposely fell down the stairs. Privately Ivy congratulated Rebecca on the success of her latest scheme, and remembered the time she (Ivy) set up Theresa for her own tumble down the stairs. Rebecca and Ivy managed to convince everyone that Theresa is a loose cannon. Theresa exploded on Martin for taking everyone's side against her, and when Katherine instinctively reached to embrace Martin, she ordered him out of their lives and out of town. Theresa blamed her father's absence in her childhood for her "issues," but Ethan insisted she was responsible for her own actions and nobody else. Gwen arrived on the scene and jumped on the Theresa-bashing bandwagon. With everyone allied against her, Theresa asked for another chance. Ethan declared he was spent where Theresa was concerned and had no more favors to offer her. He accused her of being the little boy who cried wolf, and ordered her out of the house. Pilar took her out of the house and tried to reason with her, but Theresa declared war on Gwen and Rebecca.

Sheridan ordered Beth to give Marty back to her. Beth refused and floored her car's engine. As Beth was about to strike Sheridan with her car, Luis pushed her to safety. Luis chased after the car, but Beth got away. Sheridan was furious with Luis for not at least attempting to shoot out the tires as she sped away. Beth hit a police roadblock at the Crane Estate gate, but Sam ordered his men to hold their fire for fear of shooting Marty. Beth crashed the gate and continued her escape. When Sheridan wanted to continue pursuing Beth personally, Luis picked her up and carried Sheridan back to the Crane mansion for her safety. Sam got a call from his officers that Beth managed to elude them and is now MIA. Sheridan exploded with fury and blamed Luis for her escape. Sheridan flashed back to all the moments where Luis doubted her or dropped the ball, and flashed back to Beth's stinging comments about her and Luis. When Luis insisted that he cared about Marty's safe return just as much as she did, Sheridan snapped and slapped Luis across the face, calling him a liar.

In the Crane garage, Sheridan confronted Beth and indicted her for all of her evil deeds against Sheridan. At first Beth denied the accusations, but eventually snapped and became even crazier (if that's possible!) and told Sheridan she deserved all of that, "and even more." Beth accused "rich bitch" Sheridan of stealing Luis away from her. Beth tried to play mind games on Sheridan and convince her that Luis really loves Beth. As Sheridan was distracted by Beth's stinging words Beth pulled a bunch of stuff that was suspended above them in the garage down onto Sheridan, knocking her unconscious. As Beth hopped in the car and prepared to flee, she was stopped by Sheridan, who stood in front of her and ordered Beth out of the car. After Sheridan declared that Beth would have to take her baby away from her "over her own dead body," Beth obliged by putting the car in drive and heading straight toward Sheridan.

At the Crane Mansion, everyone helped Rebecca "recover" from her fall down the staircase. Rebecca's set-up worked, as everyone, including Theresa's own parents, believed Rebecca's version of the events. When Ivy went to call the police, Rebecca refused, and decided to play her "accident" for brownie points instead, saying that there had been too much hostility between her and Theresa already. Everyone turned on Theresa and excoriated her pushing Rebecca down the staircase. Rebecca played on everyone's fears and suggested that Theresa can't be trusted to be alone with Jane. Rebecca threatened Theresa: agree to never come to the Crane Mansion again and have supervised visitations with Jane, or else she'd have Theresa arrested. Pilar encouraged Theresa to accept Rebecca's conditions, but Theresa refused, and insisted she was framed by Rebecca. Theresa was upset when Ethan didn't believe her, and Ethan agreed with Rebecca that Theresa should not be allowed alone with Jane anymore. Privately, Ivy congratulated Theresa for her frame up job, and had a flashback to when she framed Theresa for the same deed when she was in the wheelchair.

An enraged Spike walked through the charred remains of his club, and vowed to kill the person responsible for burning it down. Noah continued to carry Fancy home after she broke her shoe and injured her foot on the docks. The two got into an argument and when he refused to put her down she screamed that an "arsonist" was kidnapping her. Spike overheard her screams. Spike approached them. When Fancy blabbed that Noah was Sam Bennett's son, Spike put two and two together and accused Noah of torching his club. A scuffle ensued, and when Noah got the upper hand Spike pulled his gun and threatened to shoot if Noah didn't back off. Spike accused Fancy of setting him up by distracting him while Noah torched the club. Spike asked them which one wanted to die first.

On the docks, Noah and Fancy dissed each other over their backgrounds, and insulted each other. Noah accused Fancy of being materialistic and out of touch and snobbish, while she accused him of being jealous over her family's wealth and privilege. Noah told her she was "Bad luck, bad news and bad karma," and each vowed never to see other again. As she turned to leave, Fancy tripped and broke her shoe and injured her ankle. She rebuffed Noah's attempts to help, but he insisted on carrying her home.

In Las Vegas, techs were pouring over video footage from the surveillance cameras, hoping to find a good shot of Noah and Fancy's faces so they can be positively IDd for the goons seeking vengeance against them. After some computer enhancements of the image they were able to get a clear shot of Noah but not Fancy. The goon in charge ordered a hit on both Noah and Fancy.

At the Crane mansion, Rebecca accused Ethan of trying to see Theresa behind Gwen's back while everyone was out looking for Beth and Marty. Rebecca then called Theresa an opportunistic slut and vowed she wouldn't let Theresa turn Baby Jane into another slut. Theresa put Rebecca on notice that she fully expected Ethan would return to her and Gwen would be left out in the cold, and hinted that she had the evidence to prove that she and Gwen were behind Ethan's paternity tabloid scandal. But Rebecca called her bluff, and insisted she lacked the means to obtain any such proof. As Rebecca continued her argument with Theresa upstairs in the Crane mansion, Rebecca overheard Martin, Katherine and Pilar enter the house downstairs, and set up Theresa by screaming "No" before she threw herself down the Crane staircase. Katherine, Martin and Pilar looked on in horror as Rebecca tumbled down the steps to their feet, and mistakenly believed Theresa was to blame.

On foot, Beth carried Marty through the woods with Luis, Sheridan, Sam and half of Harmony in hot pursuit. Alistair cheered on Beth from the bushes while Beth made a mad dash to the helicopter waiting to rescue her and Marty. During the chase Sheridan tripped and sprained her ankle, putting Luis farther behind. Luis continued his pursuit while everyone stopped to tend to Sheridan. Martin, Luis and Sam finally caught up to and apprehended who they thought was Beth — but she turned out to be Alistair's assistant dressed up with a doll to be a decoy. In dire frustration, Sheridan assaulted the assistant, demanding answers. Beth, meanwhile, made her way through the Crane grounds and into the Crane mansion where she ran into Alistair, who assured her everything is still going according to plan — including the bust-up of Luis and Sheridan. Alistair took Beth to the Crane garage, gave her money, keys to a car, and directions to play where she can lay low until it's safe. As Beth strapped Marty into the car seat, Sheridan entered the garage and declared, "Give me back my son, you bitch!"
