At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Pilar complained about Katherine's visit. Outside, Alistair roughed up Katherine and demanded sex from her. He threatened to shoot Martin dead if Martin came outside to interfere. At Katherine's urging, Alistair decided to take Katherine home for sex instead. Theresa made her way back to her home and reunited with her parents and Little Ethan. She then left for the Crane Mansion to check on Jane. Rebecca, Gwen and Ethan returned home to the Crane Mansion and checked on Jane. Ethan then left to go help others in the recovery effort.

Fancy grieved at the thought that Noah fell to his death in the crevice. But Noah emerged, and reached up and pulled the leg of the goon, tripping him onto the ground before he could shoot Fancy. The goon got his gun and shot at Noah, who fell backwards and plunged into the depths of the crevice. With more lives than Jason Vorhees, Noah survived, climbed up out of the crevice, and had fight #3147 with the goon, finally punching him out and knocking HIM into the crevice. Fancy squealed that he saved her life AGAIN.

At Maureen's house, Sheridan tended to her and Mark. Sheridan tripped and knocked herself unconscious. After coming to Sheridan tended to Maureen and Mark once again, then sat down for a nap. She dreamed of reuniting with Marty — and then Luis. A furious Kay demanded answers from Tabitha about the earthquake, and asked her if she was the one who destroyed the town. Tabitha admitted her "contribution" to the day's events. Kay then left and ran into Fox once more.

At the Blue Note, a dismayed Liz watched a dismayed TC watching Julian and Eve kiss and embrace. Outside, Whitney came to after being knocked unconscious by falling debris, and a passerby came to her aid. The passerby suggested she seek medical attention, but Whitney continued her search for Miles and Chad. She finally reached them at Crane Industries. Chad called TC to let him and Eve know that Whitney is with him. TC and Liz left the Blue Note to get Whitney, leaving Liz and Julian behind at the club. Liz propositioned Julian the minute TC and Liz left. On their way to find Whitney, TC asked Eve to not marry Julian, and to come back to him instead.

At the weather monitoring station, a tsunami was tracked, heading straight for Harmony. One of the workers wanted to issue a public warning, but his supervisor refused. The supervisor admitted that he has to wait for Alistair's permission. The supervisor called Alistair to inform him what was going on, which spared Katherine from having sex with him. Meanwhile aftershocks from the quake put everyone in a new round of dangerous circumstances.

Tabitha reveled in the emotional despair that the earthquake was visiting on everyone in Harmony. Mrs. Wallace finally came to and promised to make good on her threat to out Tabitha and Endora as witches. Endora summoned another flying vase to knock Mrs. Wallace unconscious yet again. Martin and Pilar dug out from the rubble, only for a hysterical Katherine to barge in to check on Martin. Pilar exploded and reminded them of Martin's commitment to rebuilding his marriage to Pilar, and ordered Katherine out of their home. Outside, Katherine ran into Alistair, who was incensed that she broke her promise never to see Martin again. Alistair declared he was going to tell Sheridan that she killed her aunt Rachel in retaliation for breaking their agreement. Katherine begged Alistair not to. Alistair offered to keep their agreement if Katherine would have sex with him on Martin and Katherine's front lawn.

Sam stepped in unofficially to coordinate the rescue efforts in town, but Alistair and the mayor showed up to put the kibosh on his efforts. Alistair taunted Sam about his daughters and their troubles. Ivy had to restrain Sam from attacking Alistair, then berated Alistair herself before he and the mayor left. Sam and Ivy heard a voice crying for help in the rubble nearby. Ivy prayed for God to help Sam, who successfully rescued the elderly lady trapped in the rubble. Jessica freaked out over the idea that she killed her John. Spike consoled her, and asked for Jessica's help to wrap up the John's body so they could dispose of it.

Kay fell through a hole in the floor of the Bennett house. Fox grabbed her hand before she completely fell through. Kay struggled to pull herself up but lost her grip and fell into the basement below, and got knocked unconscious. Fox climbed down to rescue Kay, who came to on her own. Sheridan begged Maureen to seek medical attention for her injuries but she refused and insisted she, Mark and Sheridan were better off staying inside. When Maureen went to feed Mark she passed out. Sheridan tended to Maureen and Mark. She tried to find contact info for friends or family inside Maureen's purse, but couldn't find a driver's license or any identifying information.

The surviving Vegas goon held Noah and Fancy at gunpoint. Noah and Fancy attempted to pay him off, but the goon insisted that if he doesn't kill them his bosses will have him killed. The goon asked them which one wanted to be executed first. Noah and Fancy informed the goon that Fancy is Alistair Crane's granddaughter, and they offered to make the goon rich if he spares them. But the goon said that Alistair's money won't do him any good if he's dead. Noah managed to distract the goon and tackled him onto the ground. The two of them fought for the gun, as Fancy looked on in horror. The goon broke away from Noah, regained control of his gun and shot Noah. Fancy called the goon a bastard for apparently killing Noah, and the goon trained his gun on Fancy and prepared to shoot her next. Noah came to and surprised the goon. The two fought some more, until the goon kicked Noah into the crack in the earth created by the quake.

An earthquake struck throughout Harmony:

At the Blue Note, Eve tried to treat Theresa, who had been accidentally shot by Alistair. Rebecca and Gwen admonished everyone for risking their lives to treat Theresa in the middle of the quake. When the first quake stopped, Eve determined that the bullet just grazed Theresa. Gwen and Rebecca were sickened by Ethan's concern for Theresa's condition. When Ethan objected to Alistair taking Theresa home, Alistair questioned Ethan's motives. Theresa then insisted that she accompany Gwen and Ethan to check on Jane. Gwen refused and demanded that Ethan tell Theresa No, as well. TC admired the work Eve did at the Blue Note tending to the injured, and in a rare tender moment, he congratulated Eve on her engagement to Julian. Alistair surveyed the damage outside and counted the millions he'd make as Crane Industries rebuilt the town.

Realizing the scope of the quake's damage, Whitney decided she must seek out Miles, who was with Chad at Crane Industries HQ, which withstood the quake. On her way to find them, Whitney was knocked unconscious by falling debris in the street.

At Tabitha's, Mrs. Wallace wouldn't shut her trap, so Tabitha and Endora cast a spell for a vase to smash into Mrs. Wallace's head and knock her out. When Mrs. Wallace came to Tabitha had another vase smash her back into unconsciousness. Tabitha and Endora wondered where Kay might be...At the Bennetts, part of the roof struck Kay and knocked her unconscious. Fox desperately removed the debris and tried to revive her with CPR. When she came to, Kay slapped Fox for being fresh with her. As Kay walked through her house she fell through a hole in the floor.

At Maureen's house, Sheridan, Maureen and Mark stood under the doorway for protection. When the roof caved in Maureen was struck unconscious. With no phone service, Sheridan was at a loss as to how to help Maureen. Maureen finally came to on her own, but was pinned under the debris.

Outside, Fancy tripped and fell into a large crack in the earth and held on for dear life as Noah tried to rescue her. Noah began to lose his footing and Fancy pulled him farther over the edge. Noah managed to pull Fancy out of the crack. But then one of the Vegas goons regained consciousness from the car wreck and took them both hostage at gunpoint.

At the John's house, the quake caused the John to stumble into the pair of scissors Jessica had grabbed to defend herself. The stabbed John staggered onto the bed and passed out when Spike arrived onto the scene. Jessica insisted that they stop and help him before they leave. Spike "helped" the John by finishing him off so he could use the John's death as leverage against Jessica. When Spike informed Jessica that "she" killed the John, Jessica freaked out at the prospect that she was now a murderer.

On the wharf, Spike taunted Sam and Ivy because Jessica took off with a John in his car. Jessica cringed as the John told her they were only a few minutes away from his house. Sam lost sight of their car, and pulled over to call the police station. He asked an officer still loyal to him to run the license plate to help him find Jessica. Ivy insisted that they take a break at the Blue Note while they wait for the office to call Sam back.

Jessica arrived at the John's house and tried to stall the John as put the moves on her. As the John took her to bed, a nervous Jessica spied a pair of scissors on the counter nearby. When Jessica tried to break things off the John became enraged. Jessica offered to get his money refunded from Spike, but the John insisted all wanted was to have sex with her, and he began to force himself on Jessica.

At the park, Sheridan embraced a boy who ran up to her and called him Marty. A woman approached, called the boy Mark, and identified him as her son. Sheridan refused to give Mark back to his mother. The woman grabbed Mark back and Sheridan snapped out of her delusion. Sheridan apologized to the woman named Maureen. Maureen was sympathetic to Sheridan when she learned that Sheridan's son had been kidnapped. Maureen invited Sheridan to come back and visit them at home, but dodged Sheridan's questions when she asked about Maureen's background.

At the Blue Note, Rebecca crashed Julian and Eve's engagement conversation, and lamented that Eve's engagement ring is bigger than hers. Rebecca asserted herself as the legal Mrs. Julian Crane and told Julian until they were divorced he had no right to propose to Eve. Rebecca dragged Liz, TC and Whitney into the scene. Ethan and Gwen confronted Alistair who was nibbling on Theresa's neck. Gwen accused Theresa of cozying up to Alistair to get Jane back. Ethan demanded to know if Alistair was forcing himself on Theresa. Theresa declared it was her idea to go out with Alistair, which stunned and sickened Ethan and Gwen. Ethan warned that anyone who has ever gotten involved with Alistair has been destroyed. As Ethan tried to block Alistair from leaving with Theresa, Alistair pulled a gun on Ethan.

Outside the club, Noah gave chase in his car as the Vegas goons sped away with Fancy. The goons roughed up Fancy and threatened to kill her. They demanded to know what she did with their boss' money. Noah remained in hot pursuit. As Noah closed in, the thugs sped up and lost control of their car. Noah rescued Fancy from the wreckage.

At Tabitha's, Fox watched Kay play with her child and reflected on "his" son, Miles. A disgruntled Mrs. Wallace arrived, put the moves on Fox, and when she got Tabitha privately, demanded that she conjure up a new pair of hunks for her. When Tabitha refused, Mrs. Wallace picked up the phone and threatened to out her as a witch to the police and the press. Tabitha and Endora both attempted to cast spells to stop her, and their beams crossed, which triggered an earthquake. The earthquake caused Alistair's gun to go off, hitting Theresa by accident.

At Tabitha's house, Tabitha watched as sparks flew between Fox and Kay. Fox noted that he had never visited Tabitha at home before, and lamented being shipped off to boarding school at a young age. Tabitha tried to keep Endora's magical mischief under wraps as Fox stayed and spent time with Kay and her baby.

From his car, Sam and Ivy looked on in horror as they watched Jessica prostituting herself up and down the streets of Harmony. Sam winced as he watched Jessica hike up her skirt to stop a passing car. Spike prodded her to kick it up a notch when two men approached in a convertible. When the men asked Spike if they could rent Jessica so they could take turns having sex with her, Sam intervened and told the men to leave before he called the police. But a defiant Jessica hopped in the car with the men and took off.

Alistair and Theresa got to know each other better during their limo ride to the Blue Note for their big date. At the Blue Note, Eve and Julian ran into Fancy and Noah and Mrs. Wallace, who surprised them with her new extreme makeover. Mrs. Wallace continued to try to play matchmaker between a feuding Noah and Fancy. Alistair and Theresa shocked Liz when they arrived together and asked for a private table. Mrs. Wallace wore out her Chippendale dates, who said they would turn back into rats at the stroke of midnight. Disappointed that she wouldn't be able to take the two hunks to bed, an angry Mrs. Wallace felt cheated by Tabitha, and vowed that she'd make Tabitha pay for the abrupt ending to her night on the town. The Las Vegas thugs broke into the Bennett home, and looked for clues to Noah and Fancy's whereabouts. They found a matchbook for the Blue Note and made a beeline to the club. There, Julian recounted how he had their favorite table from the Boston Blue Note recreated in the Harmony one, in the hopes that one day he and Eve would be sitting there together again. Julian then proposed to Eve with a huge engagement ring. Ethan and Gwen enjoyed themselves on the dance floor, and as they were leaving they were shocked to discover Alistair nibbling on Theresa's neck at their table. Outside the club, a departing Fancy was abducted by the Vegas goons. Noah witnessed the kidnapping and gave chase.

Sheridan and Katherine had an extended heart-to-heart in the park. Afterward, a young boy ran up to Sheridan, and she called him Marty.
