Fox learned that Valerie did Chad's work for him. In her cannery gear, Kay stormed into Fox's office rambling. She assumed Fox was about to break up with her. Fox shut her up with a kiss, then told her to go to the washroom for her surprise. Fox's jaw dripped when Kay came out in a skirt suit. Fox offered her a job as his executive assistant. An annoyed Ivy eavesdropped.

Elsewhere are Crane Industries, Chad thanked Val for all of her hard work. The two chatted about Whitney. Val told Chad she's still available for him — romantically. She told him it's time for him to move on.

At the convent, Whit prayed for God to take care of Chad and Miles. Mother Superior handed Whitney an envelope. Whitney opened it and said she can't do whatever it is the letter said.

Theresa told an enraged Pilar to calm down. "I can't just stand here and do nothing," the mad mom said. Theresa asked her to help bring down Rebecca and Gwen. "You can't just shrug off rape, Theresa," Pilar blasted. Theresa convinced her mother to help her find the infamous evidence against Gwen and Becca. After making a mess of Gwen's room, Theresa was determined to search everywhere to find proof.

Eve's trial began. When Eve caught a glance at Liz holding a plane ticket, she recalled her sister's offer. Simone and TC walked in, followed by Attorney Grace Nancier, explaining why she was late. Ethan tried to calm Eve when she panicked to see Grace prosecuting the case. Grace tried to prove Eve's guilt. She then called Whitney to the stand. Whit walked in and testified against her will. Chad walked into the courtroom with Miles. Grace had Whitney admit she had an incestuous relationship with her half brother that produced a child. Whitney ran out of the room.

Gwen called from the courthouse and a maid informed her that Theresa and Pilar were searching her room. Becca grew nervous when her daughter told her what was going on at the mansion. Gwen asked her mother if she really did get rid of the evidence. Rebecca finally told her daughter that it's still in the house.

At church, Katherine interrupted while Pilar and Martin talked to Father Lonigan about renewing their vows. Kat announced that she was there to light a candle for Eve, since her trial was about to begin. Katherine asked to speak with Pilar privately, then told her that Alistair raped Theresa. Meanwhile, the priest asked Mart if he ever exchanged vows with Kat; he recalled doing so. Pilar bolted out of the church to pull Theresa out of the mansion. In the confessional, Martin admitted he isn't comfortable renewing his vows with Pilar; Katherine overheard.

Liz arrived at Eve's door and told her she would tell the court she did not see Eve put poison in her punch under one condition: Eve has to leave Harmony forever and never see TC, Whitney or Simone again.

Alistair tried to rattle Julian and Ethan before Eve's trial. Jules realized Al probably rigged the verdict, and attacked his pop.

Gwen and Rebecca ate breakfast and discussed being annoyed with Theresa living in the mansion. When Gwen mumbled about there not being proof that they sent the e-mail to the tabloids, Theresa walked in and thanked her rival for saying it out loud. Ethan walked in and Theresa informed him that his wife just admitted her crime, however, Gwen covered. Julian walked in and exchanged words with his wife. Next, Alistair joined the breakfast bunch. Theresa flinched when he touched her face. Alistair and Julian fought again about Eve. Al gave Theresa back her diamond necklace and said a maid found it in the kitchen. Gwen realized Ethan spent time with her enemy the previous night. Ethan claimed he and Theresa were just talking, but he recalled kissing his ex-fiancée. Alistair made Theresa leave the room with him. Gwen headed upstairs, and Ethan asked Becca to stay behind. In the hallway, Alistair encouraged Theresa to search for the evidence against Gwen and Rebecca and gave her full access of the manse. Moments after getting to her bedroom, a crying Theresa was greeted by her mother, who told her to get away from Alistair. Theresa claimed Al didn't force himself on her, but when her mother hugged her, Pilar became aware of the bruises covering Theresa's body. Pilar said she was going to kill Alistair.

In the courtroom, Gwen comforted a nervous Ethan, while Eve told him she has faith in him.

At the Bennett house, Noah told Fancy she left Sheridan's cottage because he heard her tell Alistair she couldn't slum it with someone beneath her. Fancy claimed she only said that to please her grandfather. Ivy and Sam chatted about Fancy and Noah, and Kay and Fox's relationships. Meanwhile, Fancy tried to explain to Noah that she has been trying to protect him. She then informed him that she has to stay in Harmony or else Al will cut her funds off. Noah offered to show her how to survive on her own, but Fancy turned him down. Noah then showed her the door. Jessica ran through the kitchen and into Sam's arms. She asked if she could stay at home for the night, then told her dad to choose between his daughter and his first love. Ivy comforted Sam after Jess ran off.

While sipping a Martimmy, Tabitha was amused with herself for casting a spell on Kay that turned her into an old lady. Upstairs, Fox was freaked out by the ugly, wrinkled Kay. Kay danced for Fox, unaware that the was seeing her as this old lady. Finally, she was back to her beautiful self. Tabitha busted Endora for reversing her spell. Kay and Fox continued kissing. "No more nookie," Tabitha pleaded to the duo through her bowl. Endora stopped her mom from casting any more spells on the lovers by tying her to a chair. After making love, Kay and Fox decided not to talk about his ex-girlfriends anymore. Fox told Kay he has a surprise for her.

At the bed and breakfast, a bat-holding Sheridan told Chris to tell her father that she won't be a victim again. He claimed he's not working for Alistair; that he's in the Witness Protection Program. Chris told her they could both end up dead if she rats him out. Sheridan made Chris prove what he was saying about being linked to the mob. He pulled up various news articles on the Internet, but she was still unconvinced. Sheridan asked Chris why he left Maureen. He said he did it for his family, then asked Sher to keep his secret so he can continuing being a father to James. When she agreed, Chris asked Sheridan to look after his son if anything happens to him. Sheridan said she would fight for James, if need be.

Sheridan was aghast when Chris unscrewed the doorknob to her door and forced his way into her room to talk to her. Sheridan grabbed a baseball bat and threatened to bash his brains in if he didn't leave. Chris insisted he means her no harm, so Sheridan demanded the real story from him. Chris insisted that Sheridan promise up front not to reveal what he tells her, or else they could both end up dead. Chris revealed he was the unwitting investor to a group of powerful mobsters. He testified against them and in return he was placed in the witness protection program. Chris begged Sheridan to keep his secret to protect his life and his son's life. Sheridan was angered by his story, and insisted that everything he said was BS and that Chris must really be one of her father's minions.

Tabitha was steamed to see Kay and Fox's courtship continue to blossom. Kay snuck Fox upstairs to make love with him behind Tabitha's back, or so they thought. As they began to make out on the bed Fox began to feel something drip on his back from the ceiling — thanks to Tabitha's machinations. Endora cast a spell to stop the leak, but then Kay and Fox's bed broke thanks to Tabitha's spell. Tabitha reprimanded Endora that where was to be no love or romance in the house, and cast another spell that made Kay look like a frightening old lady to Fox.

Theresa begged Ethan to make love to her. Ethan insisted he can't be with her because he's committed to his wife. Theresa said she understood Ethan's sense of noble responsibility but insisted that in his heart he only wants to be with Theresa. Theresa said the truth is revealed every time they kiss, and she began to put the moves on him. After slowly seducing him, Theresa pulls Ethan into a long, slow, passionate kiss. Theresa and Ethan made out on the bed. Ethan pulled himself out of their embrace and got angry for becoming weak. Theresa enticed him to resume, but Ethan held firm. He declared that he wants her but that it must stop.

An angry Alistair searches Fancy's quarters looking for her date. When Alistair can't find him he demands that Fancy reveal her beau. Fancy insisted that the noise Alistair heard came from her balcony doors blowing open from the wind. Alistair didn't believe her and threatened to make everyone's life miserable if he discovers she is lying to him. Alistair flipped out and forbade Fancy from going to Paris or even leaving the county. He demanded that Fancy stay around to keep him company. Ivy offered Noah and ear and a shoulder where Fancy is concerned but Noah politely declined, and insisted that Fancy isn't his type. Fancy snuck away from her grandfather and visited Noah to find out why he left her abruptly earlier.
