During Sam's visit with a jailed Noah, they discussed their plan to get out of Alistair's wrath. Sam offered to sell his boat in order to bail out Noah, who urged him not to. Noah assured Sam that Fancy is worth all this trouble. After Sam left, Noah recalled his romantic time with Fancy. Noah was joined by a murder-minded cell mate, whom Alistair sent over. Fancy posted Noah's bail.

Ivy yelled at Fancy for continuing to see Noah despite Alistair's demand for her to stop. Al walked in and Fancy told him she may be in love with Noah. He rattled on in a prejudiced rant. Fancy begged her gramps not to punish the Bennetts. The hot-tempered Alistair told Fancy she will suffer the consequences of loving Noah. Ivy and Alistair debated about love. Alistair laid a kiss on Ivy, who was disgusted. "I will have you when the time is right," he said.

In the courtroom, Ethan called Eve to the stand. She spoke about her love for Liz, and claimed she would've killed her sister's father if she knew he was abusing her. The crying doc then explained that Liz tried to wreck her life for years. She said she didn't try to kill Alistair and, in fact, saved his life twice. Eve also said she didn't attempt to kill Julian, nor Liz. Grace pegged Eve as a liar during her cross-examination. Rebecca entered and sat next to Liz, who filled her in on the goings-on in the courtroom. Eve was confident she would be found guilty.

Sheridan was thrilled when Chris asked her to be James' Godmother. Sam arrived and admitted he was confused when Chris asked him to be James' Godfather but then he agreed. Chris and James headed out. Sam questioned Sheridan about her feelings for Luis. Sam exited and Chris returned to ask Sheridan on a date.

Dressed as June Cleaver, Tabitha cast a spell against the residents of Harmony.

Rebecca realized that if she helps Julian clear Eve of attempted murder charges, he will give her anything she wants. Becca fantasized about being covered in jewels and Jules bringing her a donkey. Once she snapped out of it and Jules demanded she tell him what she knows about Liz's poisoning, Rebecca screamed, claiming her husband was trying to kill her. Becks told Gwen what Julian offered her. Gwen told her mom not to tell Julian she is the one who poisoned Liz's drink. Julian ran into Ethan in the hallway; Jules told Ethan he will do whatever it takes to clear Eve of the murder charges.

Whitney, Simone and Chad were determined not to say a final good-bye to a jailed Eve. Eve recalled talking to Simone about her relationship with Rae. The doc assured Whitney that she would've told her that Chad was her brother if she had known earlier. She tried to talk her daughter out of joining the convent in order to be a mother to Miles. Julian arrived. The kids gave Eve a good-bye kiss and headed out. Julian assured Eve he won't give up on getting her free.

Theresa continued yelling at Martin for kidnapping her from the Crane mansion. Later, on the wharf, Martin ran into Katherine. Kat blamed herself for Mart's family troubles. When she wanted to leave, he told her to stay. Meanwhile at home, Theresa and Pilar argued about Alistair. Theresa ran out. Pilar spotted Mart and Kat in an embrace.

Jessica was booked for prostitution. She asked to make her one phone call. Jess tried to assure a cop that Spike loves her. He told her he would let her free if she named her pimp but she wouldn't. Spike arrived to bail out Jessica and insulted Jess. Outside, Simone ran into Jess and Spike. Spike pushed Simone to the ground as she screamed for her friend not to leave with him.

While Noah and Fancy continued rolling around on the beach, Alistair rigged Noah's car. Just as the sirens neared, Al walked away from the car. Two armed police officers arrived and told Noah and Fancy to get on their feet. The cops took the duo to Noah's car and showed them the cocaine and gun they found in his auto. Noah said the illegal goods were not his but they arrested him anyway.

Gwen and Ethan shared a romantic dance on the patio and talked about things getting better with Theresa gone. Theresa returned home to the mansion and spied the duo. She then interrupted their happy moment.

Julian shook Rebecca awake and accused her of poisoning Liz while attempting to poison Eve. Julian elaborated on his theory of how and why Rebecca was the guilty party, but Rebecca maintained her innocence and challenged Julian to prove her guilt. Julian countered by offering Rebecca anything she wanted if she could prevent Eve from going to prison.

Chad, Whitney and Simone ran into each other at the police station when Eve summoned them to her jail cell. Eve broke the news to them about her failed attempt to flee with Julian and insisted she didn't want her children to see their mother behind bars mdash; so she declared (from behind bars) that this would be the last time they would ever see her.

Spike reprimanded Jessica for not turning enough tricks and threatened to expose Jessica for killing her john if she didn't produce more business. A frustrated Spike shoved her and she fell into the path of an oncoming car. The driver stopped in the nick of time and got out to check on Jessica. He asked if she had been pushed but Jessica lied and said she tripped. When the driver got back into his car, Spike forced Jessica to proposition him. The guy accepted. When Jessica took his money, he identified himself as a cop and arrested her for prostitution — and Spike fled the scene.

An exasperated Gwen nagged Ethan to get tough with Theresa. Ethan still couldn't accept the fact that Theresa would stick her hands into a fire to merely retrieve embarrassing info on Rebecca. At the Crane Mansion, Martin and Pilar paid a surprise visit to Theresa to stage their mini "intervention." They ordered Theresa to come home with them but Theresa refused. Martin and Pilar tried to talk some sense into Theresa but it fell on deaf ears. Pilar warned her that every moment she spends with Alistair pulls her closer to the devil and farther away from God, and accused Theresa's plans to break-up Ethan and Gwen’s marriage a sin. When Theresa told them to leave, Martin picked up Theresa and he and Pilar took her home against her will. Theresa was incensed and told Martin to stop acting like her father since he hadn't been around while she was growing up. When she tried to leave the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Martin forcibly blocked her exit.

On the beach, an enraged Alistair watched as Fancy made love to Noah. Alistair pulled his pistol and loaded it and took aim at Noah.

In adjoining jail cells, Julian apologized to Eve for bungling her escape. Julian vowed revenge upon the person who tipped off the police. Julian felt guilty that Eve would now be denied bail because he made her an international flight risk. He suspected that his father was the one who tipped off the police. He and Eve kissed between the jail cell bars. Rebecca was incensed when she received Julian's paltry divorce settlement offer in the mail from his attorney.

Theresa freaked out when Ivy and Gwen taunted her with the prospect that Ethan may not allow her to see Jane any more because of her unbalanced behavior. Theresa left with her tail between her legs and phoned Alistair. She told him she was prepared to accept his offer and do everything he wants in exchange for getting Ethan and her daughter back once and for all. Ethan sought Pilar and Martin's help to stage a de facto "intervention" with Theresa to prevent her from hurting herself father. Pilar worried that they may already be too late. Ethan returned to the Crane mansion, where Julian, who was released on bail, informed Ethan of his attempt to run away with Eve. Ethan concluded that Eve's attempt to flee will definitely cause the jurors to find her guilty. As they hashed out Eve's case, Julian realized that perhaps Eve, not Liz, was the intended victim of the poisoning, and suspected Rebecca as the culprit. Julian surprised a sleeping Rebecca in bed.

Chad and Fox toasted their brotherhood and renewed friendship, while Valerie snuck into Fox's office after Kay left to sabotage Kay's work. Kay, and then Valerie, joined Fox and Chad in Chad's office for a celebratory drink to welcome Kay to the company. Later, when they were alone together, Valerie informed Chad about Fox's secret business deal with the Chinese government, and told him about the sabotage she committed on his behalf. Fox was dismayed to discover that his memo never reached Crane Industries' Asian offices. He tried to cover his unhappiness with Kay, who insisted that she sent the e-mails properly. Kay suspected that someone sabotaged her work.

From a window in the Blue Note's storeroom door, Alistair watched in disgust as he saw Fancy and Noah get cozy. Alistair held out hope for Fancy as he watched them, but became angry when he saw them kiss. Alistair resolved to give Fancy one more chance — if she didn't give herself to Noah. Liz unlocked the storeroom and was dismayed to see Noah and Fancy kissing and cuddling. Liz demanded that Noah return to work at the bar ASAP but Noah apologized and said he had to first step out to take care of something. Fancy scurried out with him, as a disappointed and bewildered Liz looked on. From outside, Alistair watched them and vowed to make them both pay if Fancy betrays him. Noah and Fancy ran off to the beach where they had their first date. After building a fire on the beach Noah asked Fancy to dance. Alistair spied on them and became incensed as he saw Fancy and Noah begin to make out on the beach. When the two began to make love, Alistair became enraged and vowed to destroy his granddaughter and Noah.

Noah and Fancy continued their banter in the Blue Note storeroom, where Noah had gone to check on a mouse Liza had spotted. Noah accused Fancy of coming into the storeroom to ambush and seduce him, while Fancy accused Noah of pretending to come into the storeroom to chase a mouse just so he could be with her. But when the mouse ran across her foot, Fancy leapt into Noah's arms. Noah and Fancy then found themselves locked in the store room. Alistair arrived at the Blue Note looking for Fancy.

Gwen and Rebecca pressured Ethan to consider Theresa an unfit mother given her recent behavior and her dalliances with Alistair. But Ethan refused to believe that Theresa would being any harm to her own daughter, and said he wouldn't be a party to any effort to separate Jane and Theresa. Gwen pointed out that Theresa's behavior is getting worse and more unpredictable, and stressed that her new connection to Alistair only makes her more dangerous. Ethan left and paid a surprise visit to Pilar and Martin, and asked their help in staging a de facto "intervention" to prevent Theresa from doing more self-destructive things and to help him "save her from herself."

Theresa confronted Alistair about their deal, and offered to do whatever it took in exchange for a promise that he help her get Ethan and her daughter back for good. Julian agreed, but stressed that she would have to make good on her promise to do WHATEVER he wanted. He asked Theresa if they had a deal. As Theresa nervously pondered her answer, Alistair received a call. Theresa got a temporary reprieve as Alistair had to step out to tend to some personal business.

At Crane Industries, Chad admired how nurturing Valerie was being towards Miles in the office. Valerie warned Chad that he needed to be on his toes to remain competitive with Fox. Valerie offered to help by spying on Fox to give Chad the upper hand. Chad welcomed Valerie's offer of help. Over in Fox's office, Fox and Kay flirted and kissed during Kay's first day on the job as his new executive assistant. Fox took Kay into confidence about his big secret Chinese project. Chad and Valerie paid Fox and Kay a visit in Fox's office, and Chad surprised Fox by asking him to be Miles' godfather. A stunned Fox accepted and the two brothers hugged while Valerie and Kay looked on.

Julian and Eve prepared to make their getaway in Julian's private jet, but the police arrived on the tarmac and ordered them to deplane. Julian ordered the pilot to take off, but the pilot said he the police blocked the runway and he didn't have enough room to safely taxi. The pilot opened the plane door, the police entered and arrested Eve and Julian.
