Rebecca informed Julian that as part of their agreement to have Rebecca prevent Eve from going to prison, Julian had consented %mdash; in writing %mdash; to stay married to Rebecca forever. Julian threatened to simply break their agreement. In turn, Rebecca threatened to recant her testimony and send Eve to prison after all. Whitney recapped Theresa's troubles to Eve.
Over Martin and Katherine's objections, Theresa continued with her wedding to Alistair. Father Lonigan arrived to officiate, but when Father Lonigan learned that Alistair would be marrying Theresa and not renewing his vows to Katherine, he refused to officiate the ceremony. Father Lonigan declared that any marriage between Alistair and Theresa would be blasphemous. Alistair threatened the blind priest, who refused to be intimidated. Alistair dismissed Father Lonigan in disgust, and called the courthouse to summon one of the judges on his payroll to come officiate the wedding. While everyone was waiting for the wedding to resume various subplots unfolded at the Seascape: Noah and Fancy stole some private moments together, where they kissed and danced. Fancy was upset at Noah's intention to out themselves as a couple at the wedding. Sam and Martin shared a drink and bonded over their problems %mdash; and their shared dislike of Alistair. Ethan pulled Theresa aside and tried to talk some sense into her. He declared that Alistair doesn't have the power to make Ethan choose which woman he will be with. Theresa insisted that Ethan has left her no choice, and that she won't stop until the two of them, Little Ethan and Jane all become a family. Ivy pulled Kay aside and demanded that she break up with Fox because she wasn't good enough for her son. Kay reminded Ivy that she knows that Ivy hired David Hastings to come to town and break up Sam and Grace's marriage, and told Ivy they were locked in an impasse. Observing this argument, Valerie later conspired with Ivy. The two formed a secret pact to bring down Kay. Once the judge arrived, Alistair declared the ceremony would resume, but everyone objected and said they would not stick around for it. Alistair reminded everyone that he has gifts for those who stay, as well as news that everyone will want to hear.
Spike reprimanded Jessica for not having the smarts to figure out that her last john was an undercover cop. He threatened to leave her if she got arrested again, and insisted that she must now work overtime on the streets to pay him back for her bail money. Jessica reluctantly accepted the proposition of a new john. When she got back to his sleazy motel room, Jessica stalled him by going to the bathroom, where she took drugs. Jessica then stumbled out of the bathroom and nearly passed out. The john became angry and insisted he was going to get what he paid for. The john forced himself on her and she passed out completely. Enraged, the john slapped her around and said she'd better give him what he wanted, or else. Later on at the wharf, Simone got a frantic call on her cell from Jessica, who asked her to come help her because she just came to and her john was dead.

Jessica met up with Simone on a dark, seedy street (the graffiti indicated said street's seediness), where Jess was busy "working." Simone couldn't believe that Jessica really wanted to be doing this job, but Jess explained that she didn't like living at home. Soon, Spike met up with them and forbid Simone to take Jessica home. "Is this the thanks I get for bailing you out of jail?" he wondered. Jess pleaded to go home to get some rest, so Spike gave her some drugs. "He just wants to get you high so he can control you," Simone pointed out. "Bitch!" Spike yelled, then pulled a knife on her. "Listen girlfriend," he began, "You're not taking Jessica anywhere." When Spike threatened Simone, Jessica agreed to go back to work. Spike warned Simone she'd better stay away. Simone tried one last time to get Jessica to come with her, but Jess insisted that she'd be fine. "Don't you even think about it," Spike said to Simone as she left, leaning forward and raising his hands like a crane (the bird, not the family) and shouting "Bah! Gotcha!" (Yeah, real scary, dude — the Karate Kid did that move waaayyy before you).
Alistair invited everyone to gather for his and Theresa's wedding. As Gothic organ music blared, Theresa, decked out in a lacy concoction was "presented" to the crowd. Everyone in the room murmured about how T can't really be doing this. "I'd like to present my blushing bride," Big Al sneered (Really, what doesn't the guy say that comes out as a sneer?). "No! I forbid it!" Pilar yelled. (Um, Pilar, honey, we get what you're feeling, but really — has Theresa, who is a grown woman, ever listened to you before?) "She seems very distressed," Al observed (duh). "I am outraged!" Pilar elaborated. "Ladies and gentlemen ... my mother-in-law," Alistair went on, inviting the guests to dine. Pilar took her daughter aside and begged her to reconsider, but Theresa stood firm. "I know what I'm doing," Theresa insisted. Pilar was aghast that Theresa would marry someone just to steal Ethan from Gwen ... and then slapped her! "I was hoping you'd come to your senses and call this wedding off," Mama explained. "I. Can't. Do. That." T spelled out for her. "He will destroy you bit by bit. He will abuse you and use you in ways I can't even bear to mention. And help you get Ethan back? No, he will never help you," cried Pilar, as she very eloquently stated her case. "Nothing you can say is going to change my mind," Theresa answered. Martin then joined in in telling his daughter what not to do. Katherine reminded them that she's technically still wed to Al.
Sheridan was angry with herself for sending Luis off to find Marty, because she believed Luis could actually stop T and A's marriage from happening. "Theresa's about to make the biggest mistake of her life," Sheridan lamented to Christopher. She tried to call Luis, but couldn't get through. After she stepped away, Chris made a call on her cell phone and asked someone for a favor.
Gwen also thought Ethan should talk to Theresa, but he was puzzled as to why Gwen, who freaks out whenever he's near Miss Lopez-Fitzgerald, would want this. Gwen believed that Theresa was doing this to get Ethan back. "She's gone far enough already," Gwen stated. "I can't believe I'm going to say this, but do whatever you have to to stop her."
Noah and Fancy also discussed Alistair, with Noah calling him a "one-man misery machine." Fancy didn't think she and Noah should see each other anymore and bid him farewell. "We have something together, something special," Noah argued. "I'm not gonna let your grandfather split us up."
Eve and Julian were yet another pair who were among the many guests questioning Theresa's sanity. Julian hoped Eve would choose to have a life with him, but said that ultimately, he wants her to be happy — even if it is with TC. Later, TC joined Eve to add in his opinion about the impending wedding. The parents worried that their daughters aren't happy.
Rebecca implored Martin and Katherine to stop Theresa, because she didn't want T to be able to get custody of Jane.... Later, Becca assured Gwen that everything would be okay, stating that she's "set for life."
A habit-wearing Whitney and Chad discussed — you guessed it! — Alistair and Theresa. Whit went on about how Theresa will do whatever it takes to get what she wants, in this case being Jane. Whit believed that she's doing the right thing by joining a convent, because love destroys lives. "Loving you has made me happier than I've ever been," Chad stated. "I can't love you," Whitney told him.
Kay wondered if things would've been different if Fox could've been with Whitney. He noted that they were both with other people at one time, but that she's the only woman for him right now.
Tabitha attempted to steal some stuff from the party, but Endora — via thought bubbles! — told her mother that doing that is wrong. Tabby looked forward to Theresa and Alistair tying the knot because it would "turn Harmony on its ear."
Al and Julian shared a moment alone, where Alistair told Julian he knows about Jules's "predicament" with Rebecca. Al warned him that he was heading into dangerous territory.

Noah and Fancy agreed they want to continue seeing each other, and not to let Alistair break them up. Noah suggested celebrating over dinner. Fancy received a text message (supposedly from Sheridan) inviting her to the Seascape.
Sheridan and Chris went to see a movie. After the flick, they agreed not to talk about Luis. She then received a text message from "Fancy," telling her to meet her at the Seascape.
At the convent, Whitney failed at talking Theresa out of marrying Alistair. Whit, still against what Theresa was about to do, told her she would attend leave with her, in hopes of changing her friend's mind.
Eve, Julian and Ethan were elated that the judge called a mistrial, while Grace Nancier told Liz she will help her. Liz told TC she had never seen that vial before she pulled it out of her purse in the courtroom. Privately, Gwen asked Rebecca why she helped Eve's case, but Becks kept quiet. TC congratulated Eve, and expressed his excitement to start their life together again. He asked who she wants to be with; Eve said she needed time to decide. Eve thanked Rebecca, who admitted her actions were not for the doc. Becca flashed the signed documents in front of Jules. Ethan announced that the judge let him read the verdict, which was guilty. They were all relieved by the result of the trial. Jules invited everyone to celebrate at the Seascape. Ethan said he was going there anyway to meet a prospective client. Privately, Julian asked Becks what he signed, but she didn't tell him. They all headed to the restaurant.
Fox, Kay, Chad and Valerie vented about Alistair and wondered why he wanted them all to go to the Seascape.
Pilar and Martin arrived at the Seascape and ran into Katherine. Pilar and Kat exchanged words. Kat explained that Sheridan invited her to dinner. Martin and Pilar shared a dance.
At a table, Ivy and Sam wondered why Kay invited them to have dinner with her and Fox. Sam wondered if they were going to announce their engagement; Ivy wasn't thrilled by the thought.
Alistair was excited about his upcoming surprise, while Tabitha was thrilled about what Crane had in store. A dolled up Tabs and Endora headed to the restaurant.
Sheridan and Chris arrived at the Seascape. Kat told her daughter she was thrilled by her invitation, but Sheridan explained she didn't invite her; she's there because Fancy asked her to meet her there. Pilar and Kat asked Sheridan if she has given up on Luis and moved on to Chris. Sher explained she and Chris are just friends. Martin told Chris that Sheridan and Luis were very much in love.
A very suspicious Fox and gang arrived. Kay spotted Tabs and Endora and asked why she was there. The witch told Kay she conjured up a babysitter for Maria, then informed her roommate that something exciting was going to happen at the restaurant. Sam and Ivy greeted Kay and Fox at the bar. When they realized Kay didn't invite them, everyone became suspicious.
Fancy and Noah were next to show up. Fancy thanked Sheridan for the invitation. Kat put two and two together and realized Alistair had them all gather there. Gwen assumed Al's stunt had to do with Theresa. Fox and Chad were surprised to see Whitney walk through the door.
TC asked Julian why they were all there. Jules said he had no idea what his father was up to. Just as Eve and Jules were about to head out, Alistair announced that it was going to be an evening they will all remember. Sam snapped and told Crane to get on with it. Alistair uttered the word wedding, and the room filled with whispers. Introducing his soon-to-be bride, Alistair pulled a curtain, and there stood Theresa in a wedding dress.

At the park, Noah thanked Fancy for bailing him out of jail. Fancy admitted she's scared of Alistair and what he will do to them if they continue dating. They both said they couldn't put the other in the path of Al's wrath. Upset, thinking the road leads them to break up, they went back and forth about the things they don't like about each other. Then, they pointed out the things they do like about each other and kissed. Fancy and Noah said their good-byes.
Alistair learned that his granddaughter was once again disobeying him by talking to Noah.
At Crane Industries, Kay told Fox to get another assistant, then quit. She explained that he needs someone to help him run the business. Kay told Fox that someone sabotaged the e-mails she tried to send to China. He assured her that the person is out to get him, not her. In Chad's office, Valerie told her boss that his determination proves he is a Crane. She said her sabotage will get Chad to the top. Chad and Val walked in on a kissing Fox and Kay to say that Alistair wants to see them all. Fox, Kay, Chad and Valerie entered Alistair's office. He began rattling off about Fox and Kay's life mistakes. Kay called him a liar. He then cut down Chad and made racist comments about Valerie. Before they walked out, he demanded they go to the Seascape.
Sheridan caught Chris hiding something and accused him of working for Alistair. In order to prevent her from being suspicious of him anymore, Chris pulled up an article on his laptop. "Luis is dead," Sheridan uttered. But Chris made her read past the headline, and pointed out that Luis is not dead. Sheridan told Chris that she and Luis couldn't agree on what love means. She snapped when Chris began giving her advice about Luis, then apologized. Sheridan agreed to go to the movies with him.
In the courtroom, Rebecca took the stand. The judge asked why she waited until the end of the trial to speak up; she claimed she just remembered something that would be helpful to the case. Becca claimed she saw a vial of deadly poison, which triggered her memory. Becks claimed she saw Liz poison the cup of punch, which was intended for Eve. Liz had an outburst, claiming Rebecca was lying. Grace said Becks was lying to keep Eve out of jail, but Rebecca pointed out that she would actually prefer Eve to be locked up. Rebecca told the court to look in Liz's purse for the vial. Liz pulled out her wallet, cell phone and the vial. Tabitha worked hard to make the final juror say Eve is guilty. The spell worked; the woman blurted out that she wanted Eve to get the death penalty. When the jury attempted to go to the courtroom, Tabitha put a stop to them. However, Endora reversed the spell and sent the jury into the courtroom. The crazed jury took their seats. Rebecca informed them that Liz framed Eve. The judge declared a mistrial.

While Eve stressed out about the jury's decision, Rebecca told Julian she may have a way to save the doc from a guilty verdict. Liz and TC argued about Eve's guilt. The jury wrote down their votes; only one juror was undecided. Meanwhile, Tabitha put together a spell to stop Becca from helping Eve, and to sway the jury. TC and Eve chatted while Rebecca privately told Jules what she wanted in order to save Eve. Becks told her husband to sign a document without reading it. Eleven of the 12 jurors voted guilty. Tabitha was in a hurry to cast another spell. Rebecca demanded Judge Eaton return to the court room. The angry judge walked in and demanded Becca explain what her outburst was about. "I have something to confess," she said.
Home from jail, Noah told Sam how Fancy bailed him out, then ran off. Sam told his son that if he really loves the Crane heiress, he must fight for her. Noah told his pop that it's hard to believe in true love, considering the bad examples in Harmony. When Sam got a call from someone wanting to buy his boat, Noah called Fancy and left her a message about meeting in the park. Sam found a framed article about meeting Grace, and talked to himself about lost love.
Fancy weeped to Sheridan, who encouraged her niece to fight for Noah. Fancy pointed out that Sheridan gave up on her love for Luis. Fancy quickly apologized to her aunt, then tried to talk herself into believing she could forget Noah by leaving the country. Sheridan told her not to listen to Alistair. "Whatever I decide, someone loses," Fancy pointed out before she left. Alone, Sheridan recalled what Fancy said about giving up. She called Chris and accepted his date. Fancy met up with Noah to talk.
