Fancy and Noah continued exchanging compliments during their romantic meal in the Blue Note storage room. Noah asked Fancy to dance before his break was over.

Despite the pressure, Eve refused to press charges against her sister. Liz feared Eve had something worse in store. The district attorney informed Liz she's still going to jail for the attempted murder of Dr. Russell. The cop cuffed Liz, who blasted Julian for not helping. Eve warned the D.A. he didn't have a stong enough case against her sister. Liz was set free but she was hardly grateful. "I don't need any favors from you," seethed Liz at Eve. Julian wanted to call the D.A. back but Eve refused. "I'm not through with you yet," Liz muttered to herself.

Kay threatened to expose Tab and Endora as witches if the spell killed Fox. Tabitha checked on the hunk and announced that he's not dead, just asleep from the spell. Kay asked the witch what she owes. Tab explained that the dark forces would demand something from Kay and warned, "You're not going to like it." The she-devil then announced that Kay would have to sacrifice her love for Fox. "Oh, my god," Kay gasped. "What have I done?"

In front of Pilar, Ethan and Rebecca, a livid Gwen tried to strangle Mrs. Alistair Crane. Theresa urged Ethan to finally tell Gwen how he really feels. Gwen announced that she wants a divorce. Ethan tried to explain to Gwen why Theresa was in his arms when she walked in. Pilar tried to back up Ethan's claim. Ethan broke the news to his wife that Luis is dead. Gwen calmed down and apologized to Pilar. Rebecca stepped in to talk trash about Theresa until Ethan stopped her.

In the Crane library, Alistar pulled out a gun and handed it to Martin. "Right here," goaded Al, pointing to his heart. Alistair told Martin he didn't have the guts to kill him. Martin pulled the trigger and a shot rang out. Al slumped over in his chair. Ethan, Pilar, Theresa, Gwen and Rebecca rushed in and assumed Alistair was dead. Becks realized that would make Theresa a powerful widow. A very-much alive Alistar then stood up and revealed that Martin fired a blank. Al then ordered everyone to leave and started pawing his sickened wife. Theresa broke away from her overheated hubby. "You're sick!" she gagged. When he left the room, she fondled a letter opener. "Since I know you'll never give me a divorce, I guess there's only one way out," Theresa hissed.

Chris told the men with guns that he would do whatever they wanted as long as they didn't hurt Sheridan or James. Sheridan said if they kill Chris, they have to kill her, too. (Is she crazy!?) The men explained they were FBI agents. Sheridan, Chris, James and the agents arrived at the airport. Sheridan and Chris said their good-byes - again! "Things could have been so different between us if we had the time," he said. Sheridan told James not to forget her. She tore a picture of her and Luis and handed the boy her photo. Sheridan was then presented with a casket but requested that she see Luis's body. The lid was lifted and Sheridan gasped.

While Kay seduced Fox, Tabitha began casting her spell on Crane. Tab needed Fox to be asleep in order for the spell to work, so she caused him to pass out. When she heard Tabitha cackling, Kay realized the witch put her beau to sleep. Ignoring Tabitha's warning that the spell came with a high price, Kay insisted she cast it anyway. Tabby combined the ingredients into her steaming bowl, then told Kay her life won't be the same after that. Kay was in awe as images of red men lifted Fox off the bed and spun him around and around. The red men then tickled Tab and went through Kay, which sapped their energy. Tabitha told Kay that's the only way the spell would work. The women were thrown against the wall and Fox was back on the bed when the fog and men went away. Kay realized Fox was cold to the touch and thought he was dead.

Fancy and Noah chatted at the Blue Note while he bartended. Fancy asked him why he chose her out of all the women in Harmony. They kissed. He brought her to the storage room, where he had a romantic dinner displayed. She was extremely flattered by his gesture.

Eve and Julian were greeted by the district attorney and a cop at the club. Liz stormed up and slapped Eve. "This is all your fault," Liz said. The attorney asked Eve to sign the complaint on Liz so that he can arrest her. "Go ahead, Eve. Sign my life away. It's what you've wanted from day one," uttered Liz. The doc refused to press charges against her sister.

Gwen barged into Rebecca's room and vented about Theresa. Alistair popped up from under Becca's sheets. Ew. Gwen asked Al to let Theresa leave the house so she could live in peace. Alistair got out of bed, told Gwennie he's not interested in what she wants. Al gave Becks one last kiss, then attempted to kiss Gwen, who shoved him off. When Alistair left the room, Gwen harassed her mom about sleeping with the devil. Rebecca told Gwen that Theresa was probably with Ethan in their room. They stormed off to see if she was right.

Ethan, Pilar and Martin arrived at Theresa's bedroom. "Your brother Luis is dead," Pilar said. Theresa broke down in Ethan's arms. A weeping Theresa blamed herself for her brother's death. Martin said Alistair was behind Antonio and Luis's demise. Martin said he will make Alistair pay. Theresa continued to blame herself. Ethan comforted her, and told her to rest. Gwen and Rebecca walked in. Martin barged into Alistair's library and told him he's going to kill him.

The FBI agent informed Sheridan and Chris that Luis's body will be arriving in Harmony soon. Sheridan, thinking he was going to say that Luis wasn't dead after all, was devastated. Chris comforted her as the news finally set in. The agent told Chris he needs to get out of town, and Sheridan agreed. The agent told them that Sheridan is not allowed to know where Chris and James are going. Two men in suits holding guns walked in the room.

Pilar cried to Martin about her "cursed" family. She realized she has to track down Miguel and Paloma to tell them that Luis is dead. Martin stopped Kat from leaving. They discussed why they didn't kill Alistair years ago. Pilar walked in on them hugging. Pilar continued to cry about her family. Martin comforted his wife.

Theresa admitted to Ethan that she made a huge mistake by marrying Alistair. Gwen walked in and yelled at Theresa for trying to steal her husband. Ethan explained that Theresa couldn't follow through with her plan to leave because Alistair wouldn't let her leave with Little Ethan. Theresa claimed Ethan wants to be with her; Gwen attacked Theresa. Ethan peeled his wife off of Theresa, and told them both to go to their rooms. "When I'm in your arms, I know that everything is going to be okay. Tell her that the only reason you're married to her is out of guilt," Theresa yelled. Ethan told an irate Gwen it wasn't true. "I will be her husband forever," he said. Ethan assured Theresa that he will still help her escape, but he won't leave his wife for her. He then snapped and told Gwen that he was very disappointed in her. In her room, Theresa said she will sacrifice anything to get Ethan and her kids.

The FBI agent told Chris he must leave Harmony immediately. The agent asked Chris if he thinks he could've had a future with Sheridan if he stayed. Chris said she's in love with Luis. Sheridan walked in and embraced Chris. She told him she had to see him again. Chris tried to assure Sheridan that she can't blame herself for Luis's death. Sheridan encouraged Chris to leave before he is in any more danger. The agent got a call about Luis's body.

Kay accidentally spilled a drink on Fox's work papers. He expressed his concern about financially being on his own, and the importance of keeping his job. Fox told Kay that he dreams of having a wife, and that he thought he'd be the head of Crane Industries. Kay encouraged him to go after his dreams. In the kitchen, Tabitha zapped Endora up to her bed. Kay walked in and asked Tabs to cast a spell on Fox to guarantee he is a success. Tabby told her it would come with a price. Kay threatened to expose the witch if she didn't do what she asked. Tabitha agreed, but was worried about what will happen to Kay. Kay interrupted Fox's work to lure him to bed.

Everyone was surprised o her the crack of thunder on a clear night.

Sam asked Jessica how her earring got in the dead john's hotel room. Simone, continuously speaking for Jess, jumped in and asked Sam how he was sure it was his daughter's jewelry. A livid Sam kept asking how the earring was in the room. Paloma stepped in with a fib to cover for Jessica, claiming another prostitute stole Jess's earring. Noah and Ivy were relieved to hear that Jess is innocent, however, Sam still had questions. He wanted to know the other hooker's name. Again, Simone and Paloma spoke up, claiming Jess didn't know the girl. Sam suggested separating the girls to question them. Noah spoke up, and told his dad to stop acting like a cop and just believe the girls.

In the Crane kitchen, Theresa tried to assure Ethan (wearing an unbuttoned shirt) that she wasn't playing him for a fool. Ethan's voice raised when he told her he heard her make love to her new hubby. Theresa slapped Ethan. "Damn you for doubting me," she said. Ethan told her she is the opportunist everyone told him she is, pointing out that she begged him to get her away from Alistair, yet she had sex with him. Crying, she explained that Al forced her to have sex and she had to say what he wanted, thanks to her prenuptial agreement. Again, Ethan told her he will help her escape, but she pointed out that if she leaves, Alistair will make sure she never sees Little Ethan again. Theresa revealed that Al knows she was planning on leaving him, and the prenup declares that he has full custody of Little Ethan. Ethan offered to help her leave, but she refused due to Al's threats. Theresa accused Ethan of wanting her to be gone so that he doesn't have to tell Gwen that he was wrong and Theresa will continue to be around. Ethan told her that's not the reason he wants her to leave, and agreed that running away might not be the best thing for Little Ethan. After she pointed out how stupid marrying Alistair was, as well as signing the pre-nup, Ethan asked her why she didn't come to him for help. She broke down.

At Pilar's house, the FBI agent confirmed that the dead body is, in fact, Luis. While Pilar cried on Martin's shoulder, Sheridan was in disbelief that her ex-lover died. She listed all the things Luis will never do with and/or for her again. "We survived so much. Car wrecks, boat explosion... now for him to die so tragically. It doesn't make any sense." Pilar broke down. "How could we lose two sons, Martin," she asked. Martin immediately blamed Alistair and vowed to make him pay. Chris told Sheridan that he and James must leave Harmony. She told him he can't go, but eventually understood he needed to and shared an emotional good-bye.
