Noah snapped at Fancy for invading his first day on the job as Esme's chauffeur; Fancy told him she had no idea he was working, and turned it back on him, thinking he set their meeting up. The duo bickered until she stormed into the store to join her friend's shopping spree. Though Esme was ready to purchase several clothing items, Fancy wasn't in the mood to buy anything. Esme asked Noah to come into the shop. She then ask him to try on men's pajamas that she wants to buy her friend. Fancy continued to hide the fact that she knows Noah, let alone has made love with him. Esme heavily flirted with Noah. Noah loaded up Esme's purchases into the limo. Esme asked Noah to go to her suite with her. Fancy's jealousy began to boil.

Tabitha told Kay to keep her guard up when it comes to Valerie. Fox came in and told Kay he needs to talk to her. Kay said she ran the virus scan and thinks someone set her up. But he was simply apologizing to her to jumping on her and being insensitive. Fox decided to take the rest of the day off. They decided to read a fairy tale to Endora, who zapped the couple into the book — and they turned into a cartoon! Tabs told Endora she chose the wrong story if she wanted a happy ending. Tabitha, Endora, Sam, Ivy and Father Lonigan joined them in the tale. While Princess Kay and Prince Foxworth exchanged vows, a shadow loomed over them. An evil dragon (Ivy) set fire on the altar. Fox told his bride not to go into the forest, but she had to in order to run from the dragon. He ran after her. Endora gave Fox a horse so he could save Kay. Kay realized the dragon was Ivy. The creature grabbed Kay, despite Endora's efforts to stop Ivy.

Ivy looked through a photo album of Ethan's pictures. Ivy blamed Theresa for Ethan's condition, but Sam said it was an accident. Ethan's parents got emotional over possibly losing their son. Sam took advantage of their second chance at true love and proposed to Ivy, who said "of course!"

In Eve's office, Gwen asked the doc to give her the truth about Ethan's test results. Theresa hid in the closet, anxiously waiting to hear what Eve had to say. Russell said they need to take another test, even though she previously said the current test results would be conclusive. Gwen demanded to know what was going on. Eve asked Ethan's wife if he has a living will. Gwen assumed that meant he wasn't getting better. Eve covered by saying she didn't want to give Gwen false hope, and that the results are only conclusive to a point. Mrs. Winthrop still wanted to know what they said. Gwen grabbed the paperwork from Eve and realized it would take a miracle for Ethan to recover; he has no brain activity. Eve, trying to be an optimist, pointed out that the test might have completely different results today, as opposed to last night. Theresa exited the closet. Gwen yelled at her and told her to leave. Theresa reiterated that the poisoning was all an accident.

Woo hoo! It's a new day in Harmony.

At the Bennett house, Noah and Sam chatted in the kitchen about how they are going to pay the bills. Noah said he was considering a career in law, but is thinking about taking up the job offer at Crane Industries for now. Noah got a call about a job. Though he wasn't impressed, he took it anyway.

At Crane Industries, Val complimented Fox on work he did, then suggested a better way to do it. Fox realized Chad is lucky to have her by his side. They chatted about Kay; Val suggested splitting her time as an assistant between Chad and Fox. Kay walked in and heard Valerie trying to take her job, and helping Fox with something. She barged in, gave Fox a big kiss and handed him the completed project her gave her. Fox and Val asked Kay to get them coffee. In the hallway, Kay ran into Tabitha and Endora. Tabs informed Kay that Val was after Fox, not just her job. Tabby told Kay that Endora wanted to visit her. Kay asked Endora to do anything to help her, then walked back into Fox's office. Fox was excited to see Endora, who caused Valto spill coffee of herself and trip. Kay chuckled, while Val couldn't understand what made her fall. Kay thanked Endora.

Tabitha watched Kay and Fox through her magic bowl. Endora made her stroller and clothes appear, giving her mother the hint that she wanted to get out of the house.

At the hospital, Gwen chatted on her cell with Rebecca while Theresa was passed out on a comatose Ethan in his room. Eve greeted Gwen outside of Ethan's room and informed her his test results should be ready soon. Theresa woke up, heard the women talking nearby and prepared to hide if they walked in. However, Eve brought Gwen to her office to sign papers.

Theresa said good-bye to Ethan and walked out. She ran into a habit-wearing Whitney talking to another sister about doing charity work at the hospital. "What is going on with you this time, Theresa," Whit asked her janitor-disguised friend. Theresa informed Whitney that Ethan may be brain-dead because she accidentally poisoned him. Whitney told Theresa to pray. Eve walked up and was excited to see her daughter. She noticed Theresa's garb, but didn't want to know what she was up to. Whit informed her mom that she had a date for her final vows. A nurse handed Dr. Russell Ethan's results. Theresa begged the doc to tell her what the test proved. When Eve said she couldn't reveal anything to her, Theresa mentioned that the doc is who gave her the pills in the first place. Dr. R explained to a disapproving Whitney that she gave them to Theresa to knock out Alistair. Eve walked away.

A nurse told Gwen to head to Eve's office for the results. Theresa changed into her own clothes and hid in the doc's office closet when Eve and Gwen walked in.

Fancy dreamed of waking up next to Noah. Shortly after waking up, she received a call from Esme, who just arrived from Paris. Esme quickly caught on to the fact that Fancy has a new man in Harmony. Fancy denied having a love interest. The old friends met up and Esme went on and on about how Fancy has changed. Fancy flashed back to hearing Noah on the phone say there are big, fat zeroes in Harmony. Esme was excited for Fancy to meet her new driver, who she planned on spending "quality time with." Once they arrived at their destination, Fancy and Noah encountered each other.

Sheridan and Chris had a heart-to-heart at the train station. She said she felt as if moving on with Chris would be a betrayal to Luis. Back at the B&B, Chris, James and Sheridan were in a look-we-can-be-a-cute-happy-family montage. Sheridan was thrilled by the thought of Chris and James staying in town. She picked up a photo of Luis and hoped Luis would understand. "I'm so sorry. I miss you so much," she said before kissing the picture. In another room, Chris read to a sleeping James.

Kay was freaked out by the noise in the office closet, but Ivy locked the door so she couldn't see what was inside. Fox and Kay left for the Blue Note. There, Kay babbled about not understanding how the virus got out. Fox sent Kay to get a table so he could cool off. She ran into Sam, who asked her what was bothering her. She brushed it off. Kay realized Ivy was late to meet her father. Sam filled Kay in on Jessica's happenings earlier in the night. When Sam walked away to get Ivy a drink, Kay asked her if she had anything to do with the Singapore Project going awry; Ivy denied it. Once Sam returned, Kay told him about the chaos at work and worried that she ruined her relationship with Fox. Ivy and Fox chatted; she tried to convince him to tell Kay to go back to college. He politely pulled Kay away from Sam to apologize for being a jerk. He suggested handling his own important business stuff from now on, and she could just do the simple stuff like color coordinating his files. Fox headed back to Ivy, who was thrilled that her play was working. Sam comforted his daughter. While Ivy was alone at the bar, Valerie nonchalantly exchanged a few words with her.

Theresa hid under Ethan's hospital bed while Gwen and Rebecca were in the room. Gwen and her mother vented about Theresa, unaware that she was listening. They recapped several of Theresa's "stupid" moves. Gwen felt the bed move when Theresa accidentally kicked it from underneath. A nurse came in and assured Gwen it was normal for Ethan to move. Gwen said good-night to her husband, while Theresa listened. Once Gwen left, Theresa told Ethan it was their destiny to be together. She got up on the bed and fell asleep next to him.

Spike fought Noah and tried to stab him with a knife. A drugged Jessica kept mumbling about blood, knives and killing her johns, while Simone and Paloma tried to keep her quiet. Sam arrived in time to save Noah from Spike. Sam told Spike to leave. Sam then noticed a bruise on Jessica's face and asked where it came from; Simone and Paloma claimed Spike hit her. Spike reappeared and attacked Noah again. Sam threatened Spike (who claimed his arm was broken) and made him leave. "It was me. I did it," Jessica said. The girls covered for her when Sam started asking questions. Sam told Simone and Paloma to take Jess home; he was going to the Blue Note to meet Ivy. Noah left with his dad.

After making love to Fox, Kay worried about Ivy's threat to keep them apart.

At Crane Industries, Val broke into Fox's computer. Ivy encouraged her to ruin his Singapore Project and frame Kay for destroying his work. Val sent a virus through the system.

A robed Fancy walked into the Crane library, where Alistair was listening to opera and sipping a cocktail. She told her gramps about her feeling that Noah is in danger. Fancy assured Al that she's no longer with Noah, but asked if he could pull up his surveillance monitors so she could make sure Bennett is okay. Alistair made a call and informed his granddaughter that Noah is fine. Al was informed him of the virus. He immediately called Fox and yelled at him. Alistair told him to fix it or he'll be fired. Fox hung up and told Kay to get dressed. Fancy made a call and asked the person on the other end to join her at the Blue Note. There, while Noah bartended, Fancy danced with her male companion. Noah and a waitress flirted. Noah saw Fancy on the dance floor and dropped a beer. Fancy left with her "date."

Fox and Kay arrived at the office. Fox freaked out and blamed Kay. A hiding Ivy and Val celebrated their victory. Kay tried to assure Fox that she didn't do anything wrong, then fixed the problem. Kay heard a noise coming from the closet.

On the phone, Alistair told Spike to get Noah out of Fancy's life forever. "Kill or be killed," Al ordered Spike.

At the Bennett house, Paloma and Simone discussed the murders while Jessica was sleeping.

In Ethan's hospital room, Theresa cried over her comatose crush. Gwen searched for the cleaning lady (who is really Theresa). Rebecca encouraged her daughter to get something to eat in the cafeteria. Theresa told Ethan that she tried to poison Alistair and that she was sorry he is suffering from her actions. She attempted to get Ethan to wake up. In the lobby, Rebecca spiked her coffee. The Mystery Woman spied on Becks and Gwen until a nurse told her visiting hours were over. Theresa panicked when she overheard Gwen and Rebecca talking outside of Ethan's door.

At the train station, the mobster held Sheridan at gunpoint. Chris managed to shoot the thug to death, while Sheridan dropped to the floor. "It's alright. The bad man has gone to heaven," Sheridan said to James. The FBI agent informed Sheridan that Chris is now free from the Witness Protection Program, then headed out. A thrilled Sheridan gave Chris a kiss. She assumed Chris and James were going to stay in Harmony with her, but Chris told her to forget that he ever said he loved her. "It was a lie? You don't love me," she asked.

Noah walked up as Paloma and Simone tried to help Jessica, who was mumbling about killing another john. Jess's friends worried that she would spill her secret to her brother. Spike showed up and Noah pushed him against a garbage bin. The men got in a brawl. Spike took out a knife.

Fox and Kay left the Seascape. Fox set up a romantic evening for a flattered Kay. During a toast, Fox thanked her for everything she's done for him. He said he wished he had a better relationship with his mother and suggested dinner with the three of them. The duo then talked about Fox winning the Singapore Project competition against Chad. The couple made love by a fire.

Ivy called Valerie and set up a meeting. They met up at Crane Industries, where Ivy told Val she wants Fox and Kay's relationship to end. Val couldn't understand why Ivy wanted to hurt her own son. "What's in it for me," Val asked. Ivy explained that Chad is in love with Whitney and she has no chance, and encouraged her to go after Fox. Ivy then suggested ruining some of Fox's work. Val hacked into Fox's computer.

At the hospital, Ethan remained in a coma. At the Crane mansion, Theresa looked in on Little Jane to say good-night. A maid noticed a bruise on Theresa's wrist and asked her if she was okay. Theresa called Ethan's hospital room; Gwen answered and warned her enemy to never step foot in the hospital again. Theresa arrived at the hospital and disguised herself as a cleaning lady in order to get into Ethan's room. She sneaked in just after Becks and Gwen left the room. After realizing her run-in with the lady janitor was odd, Gwen headed back to see her husband.

While driving to the train station, Sheridan called Chris to warn him that the mob was closing in on him. Over the phone, she heard gunfire. A guard walked into the station lobby and saw James, Chris and the FBI agent, who appeared to be dead. He picked up Chris's cell phone and told Sheridan they died. When the guard approached them, the FBI agent told the guard to yell for help and pretend they were all dead. Chris got on the phone and told Sheridan they were okay. The guard ran into the hit man, unaware that he was the bad guy, and told him that the agent asked him to pretend they were dead. The thug pulled out his gun again and headed toward Chris. He aimed a gun at the men, while Sheridan searched the station for Chris and James. She knocked the gunman over and landed in Chris's arms. Sheridan, Chris, James and the agent hid in a room. The bad guy called the agent and said he was going to kill Chris. The man stormed in and held Sheridan at gunpoint.
