Paloma told Martin and Pilar that she willingly helped Roberto smuggle drugs from Mexico to Harmony. She insisted they won't understand her reason until they meet the recipient of the drugs. At the Crane mansion, the mystery woman stalked Alistair with a knife.

When Alistair told Little Ethan about the history of the Cranes, Theresa barged in and grabbed her son. She took L.E. to the hospital to visit Ethan. On Thanksgiving, Gwen spent the last day before Ethan's life-support will be pulled with him in his hospital room. At the insane asylum, Edna ran into Norma. They plotted their escape from the building and discussed how they would seek revenge on Tabitha. At Tabitha's house, Kay told the guests not to utter the word "Thanksgiving" in front of Endora. However, Endora was well aware of the holiday and zapped some Thanksgiving surprises for everyone.

Tabitha told Kay to talk Fox out of having Thanksgiving dinner at their place. When Fox questioned Kay and Tabs about why they don't want to tell their daughters about Thanksgiving, they covered by saying they don't want the girls to know they are killing a turkey. Kay made Fox promise not to say "turkey" in front of Endora. When pilgrim-dressed kids at the door asked for money and mentioned Thanksgiving, Tabs zapped them away. She told Fox they were just kids playing a prank. After a phone call from the caterers, Fox informed Kay that they have to make the turkey themselves. Kay convinced him that their dinner can do without the bird. Endora saw a commercial on TV for the Thanksgiving Day Parade, and started thinking about what she was going to do for the holiday.

At an insane asylum, Edna tried to convince the doctor that she's not crazy. Once the orderlies let go of Mrs. W, she calmly told the doc to lock up the witches in Harmony. Of course, he thought she was nuts. Edna recalled last year's Christmas at Tabitha's when a Santa-disguised Norma tried to kill her. The more Edna babbled about her life (the orangutan, the clown baby-nappers, Alistair Crane, etc.), the crazier the nurse and doc thought she was. She was thrown in a room with Norma.

While trapped in a closet, Fancy yelled for Esme to let her out. Esme kissed a sleeping Noah. After a housekeeping woman freed Fancy from the closet, Fancy barged in on Esme and Noah. Noah was shocked to see he was in bed with Esme, who told him about the joke Fancy played on her. Fancy explained that she and Noah knew each other before Esme came to town. Esme brought out a shotgun from her luggage and shot at Fancy. "Whatever happened to a nice, civilized cat fight," Noah spouted. Esme kept shooting while Fancy and Noah ran for cover on the ledge of the hotel.

In Ethan's hospital room, Theresa continued to argue with Gwen. An angry Gwen yelled at her enemy about having to follow through with Ethan's living will. Theresa countered by saying that if Ethan had married her, she would do everything she could to keep him alive. Gwen pointed out that if it weren't for Theresa, Ethan wouldn't be in a coma. "I need to find the strength to obey his wishes," Gwen screamed. Gwen demanded Theresa leave. Eve and Whitney took Theresa out of the room. Dr. Russell reprimanded Theresa, explaining that Gwen is not "killing" Ethan; she's doing what he wanted. Whit and her upset friend headed to the chapel. Gwen went home to see Jane. She talked to the baby about Ethan. Theresa returned to Ethan's bedside, where she promised him she would kill Gwen before Gwen kills him.

Over Tabitha's objections, Kay relented and allowed Fox to plan a Thanksgiving celebration at Tabitha's house — much to Tabitha's dismay, as she and Kay recalled the riotous Thanksgiving they endured last year thanks to Endora's mischief. Angry as a hornet, Esme made a beeline back to Harmony to seek revenge on Fancy for her prank, while Noah and Fancy made love in her hotel room. Fancy answered a knock at the door thinking it was the maid, only to be suprised by an irate Esme. Esme locked Fancy in another hotel room and slipped into bed with a sleeping Noah pretending to be Fancy.

At the hospital, Eve reviewed Ethan's latest test results in the hospital and they weren't good: No change in his prognosis. Meanwhile, Gwen caught Theresa inside Ethan's ICU room and tackled her to the floor, calling her a stupid bitch and threatening to kill her while she pulled Theresa's hair. Eve arrived and broke up their fight. "Sister" Whitney kept Theresa outside the room and tried in vain to talk sense into her best friend, while Eve proceeded to discuss Ethan's test results with Gwen. Theresa burst back into the room and demanded to know the results. Gwen gave her permission for Eve to tell Theresa the news: Ethan is in an irreversible coma. Gwen balked as Theresa seemed unable to comprehend the dimensions and gravity of Ethan's prognosis. Theresa argued with Gwen and Eve over the semantics of Ethan's living will, insisting that Ethan's condition did not qualify as one that would require that the plug get pulled.

Pilar expressed her depression to Martin over everything that has happened in their lives, and said the only reason she's celebrating Thanksgiving this year is for Paloma's sake. Martin reassured Pilar that they still have many things to be thankful for. Pilar asked Martin if Katherine was still in his heart, because she'd rather lose Martin again now than reinvest in their relationship and suffer further future heartbreak. Martin reaffirmed his commitment to Pilar and their marriage, although in his mind he flashed back to a conversation with Katherine in which he told Katherine he refused to ever renounce his relationship with Katherine.

Roberto and Paloma waited nervously in the nightclub to drop off the smuggled drugs — unaware that the police were preparing outside to raid the club. When the police raided, Roberto instructed Paloma to nonchalantly drop the drugs into the trash. She did, but the police observed her doing it and arrested her and Roberto. Paloma called Martin from the police station and informed him of her arrest. Martin and Pilar left for the police station, where Paloma shocked Martin and Pilar by confessing.

When she returned to the B&B with Chris, Sheridan was thrilled to see James safe in Paloma and Roberto's arms. With Chris out of the room, Paloma told Sheridan that Luis shared with her that he would want her to move on if he were to die. Paloma gave her approval for Sheridan to move on with Chris. Roberto and Paloma headed out. Chris told Sheridan that he wants to take care of her "like a man takes care of a woman he loves."

On the wharf, the mystery woman recalled giving Kay advice. She held on to the picture of Alistair with his eyes poked out.

Fancy and Noah talked about their future together while still soaking in the bubble bath. Fancy and Noah made love. Meanwhile, Esme found out that the Lord's mother is not dead after all. She realized Fancy was behind the phone call.

Alistair told Theresa that he will not help her save Ethan's life. The mystery woman spied on Crane through the window. Alistair felt her presence, but didn't see her. Theresa tried to slap her husband, but he blocked her arm. Theresa realized Al already knows the results of Ethan's test. Crane made a call to get Theresa in to see Ethan. The mystery woman held a knife to the window, which Alistair saw. He called a guard to check the grounds. The guard returned and said he found nobody on the grounds. Alistair looked out his window, then turned away just before the woman appeared again.

Eve ran into Julian, who was watching Ethan through his hospital room's window. Jules recalled Liz telling him that she can't have children because of him. Julian and Eve exchanged "I love yous" and then she headed off.

At Ethan's bedside, Gwen told her comatose husband that she would've killed Theresa years ago had she known that she would cause him to be near death. She realized she may not be able to grant his living will. Eve walked in and told Gwen she doesn't know what she would do in her shoes. Eve talked Gwen into leaving the room to get something to eat. Theresa got into Ethan's room through a back door and talked to him. The guard at the front door told Gwen that there was no sign of Theresa. She caught her enemy kissing Ethan and threw Theresa against the wall.

Liz continued to blame Julian and Eve for ruining her life. While looking at a picture in the newspaper of the duo, a drunk Liz saw them moving and talking about their happy life. Julian arrived to ask Liz about their past, and if that's why she hates Eve. Liz described the night Julian raped her. She explained that after her father molesting her, and her experience with Jules, she couldn't bear the thought of having sex in order to have children. Julian recalled the incident, but still didn't understand why Liz hates her sister so much. Liz informed him that he was her first sex partner besides her father. Jules offered to get her help; she turned down money. "I want you," Liz said as she pulled Julian into a kiss.

Roberto and Paloma searched for their contact at a club so they could drop off drugs. The police prepared to raid the place.
