Kay confessed to making the phones unavailable for Valerie to contact Fox. An irate Fox scrambled to fix the Singapore Project with Val. From the Bennett kitchen, Ivy was happy to see Valerie at Tabitha's house. Kay apologized to Fox, who explained he worked so hard on the project in order to provide for her and Maria. Kay suggested that Valerie orchestrated the whole mess, but Fox blamed it on himself. Fox and Val headed to the office. Kay cried to Tabitha.

Chris told Sheridan he will not rush her into anything she's not ready for. Chris and Sheridan shared stories about their childhood. She said she wants to have a big family. Chris and James watched a movie in Sheridan's bedroom until they fell asleep. Sheridan crawled into bed with them.

At the Crane cabin, Theresa worried that Ethan was going to die. Noah returned with groceries. Outside, Fancy was worked up, assuming Noah was cheating on her. Noah rushed into Ethan's room; a fast-talking Theresa explained that his machines went off momentarily. Noah and Theresa did CPR to save Ethan's life. They rejoiced when Ethan's heart started beating again. Fancy entered the cabin and spied Noah hugging Theresa, but didn't realize who the woman was. Noah saw Fancy, who yelled at him. He claimed the lady was his ice fishing coach. Fancy didn't believe him and demanded to know the name and details of his affair. He vowed to explain everything when he can. Just before she walked out the door, she heard a beep and asked Noah what it was. Noah ran back into Ethan's room, followed by Fancy, who was ready to turn them in.

Sam cam home and told Ivy about his run-in with Jessica and Spike.

Eve returned to her office and slapped Liz. "You are a vengeful, hateful bitch and I'm not going to feel guilty about this anymore," Eve ranted. The doc freed herself of being the one to blame for Liz's problems. Liz attacked Julian, but Eve pulled her sister off of him. Eve and Jules once again offered to get Liz help, and pointed out she always declines. The Mystery Woman spied from outside of Eve's office. "Evian" tried to encourage Liz to find true love and leave them alone. Liz privately vowed to hurt Eve and Julian.

Tabitha played with a toy train while telling Endora that Kay will lose Fox. In her bedroom, Kay continued making love to Fox while Valerie attempted to call his cell phone (which Kay turned off).

Norma and Edna called Tabitha from the insane asylum to tell her they were on their way to see her. The crazy ladies took a male patient's shirt off. Norma showed Edna the escape map tattoo on the man's chest. Endora suggested she and Tabitha head out of town before the women arrive for revenge. Tabitha's doorbell rang; the witch thought it was Norma and Mrs. W, but it was actually Val. Fox heard his assistant yelling for him. Tab opened the door and Valerie stormed upstairs to tell Fox she needs him to help with the Singapore Project. She informed him that she was trying to call him, but she couldn't get through. Fox assumed he was the one who accidentally left the phone off the hook and then he realized his cell was on silent. Fox was irate that the deal was ruined. Kay said it was her fault.

At the Crane cabin, Theresa gave Ethan a sponge bath. She was excited about their future together when he wakes up. She talked about making love under the stars. Just then, Ethan's hand touched her face and he pulled her in for a kiss while telling her they don't need stars in order to make love. He explained that he heard everything that was going on. "I love you for helping me," he said. Ethan then told Theresa that he wants to be with her, not Gwen. They began to make love. The lights flickered and Theresa realized she had been dreaming; Ethan was still in a coma. The power went out. Theresa panicked when Ethan's machines briefly turned off. Moments after they turned back on, the monitor beeped.

While driving back to the cabin, Noah was worried about getting busted for his crime and disappointing Fancy by not telling her the truth. He heard a report on the radio announcing that Theresa kidnapped Ethan. Noah hoped Fancy would understand why he helped Theresa. While following him, Fancy tried to call Noah, but her cell didn't have service. Still worried that Noah is cheating on her, Fancy recalled the love letter she found in his wallet during the tsunami. Noah stopped at a convenience store, which piqued Fancy's curiosity. In the store, Fancy hid behind a magazine titled NBC Soaps (The cover read: DAYS's Shocker! Who's Leaving? PASSIONS: Who is she?) She heard Noah say he was buying food for a woman. Fancy followed Noah out. Back in her car, she heard the radio announcement about Theresa kidnapping Ethan and reiterated how mad she is at the man who helped with taking her half brother.

After Fancy saw Noah's car at the hospital and learned he wasn't there, she assumed he was cheating on her.

Noah left Theresa with Ethan in the cabin so he could take care of his car in Harmony. While Noah drove the ambulance back to Harmony, a tire blew out. A county cop stopped to help Noah. The officer asked him for paperwork on the bus and I.D. Noah's smooth talking sent the cop away.

At the hospital, Gwen, Ivy and Rebecca tried to figure out where Theresa took Ethan.

Over the phone, Ivy demanded Valerie break up Fox and Kay. The Mystery Woman eavesdropped on Val's end of the conversation. Val answered a call on Fox's work line.

Kay cooked dinner for Fox, Tabitha and Endora. Endora used her magic to clean up the dinner mess so that Kay could get back to enjoying her evening with Fox. Kay answered the land line and heard Val on the other end. Kay hung up and left the phone off the hook, then turned off Fox's cell phone. He walked into the bedroom and began to make love to Kay. Valerie attempted to reach Fox via phone.

Sheridan, James and Chris shared a family dinner at the B&B. When Chris took James into another room, Fancy walked in and cried to Sheridan about Noah cheating on her. Sheridan gave Noah the benefit of the doubt and encouraged Fancy to find out the truth. Fancy left. Sheridan served Chris and James a homemade cake. Sheridan and Chris were happy to be a family.

At the park, Jessica screamed for Sam and Spike to stop fighting. Jess thought her father killed Spike until the bloody thug woke up. Again, Sam apologized for not making it to Jessica's therapy appointment, and begged her not to go off with Spike. Spike spotted the newspaper headline about Ethan being kidnapped. Jessica then thought that her dad was out looking for his missing son, not her. Jess and Sam debated about whether or not Spike loves her. She walked off with Spike.

Noah got back to his car and looked at a picture of Fancy, worried that she won't forgive him. He drove off. Fancy walked out of the hospital and saw Noah driving away. She set off to follow him.

In the park, a drugged Jessica cried to Sam about never being considered first in his life. Spike walked up and told Sam to get away from Jess. Sam apologized to his daughter for not being at her therapy session. Jessica told him that she ran away because she couldn't find love at home, and declared that Spike truly loves her. Spike harassed Sam, then told Jessica to cut her dad out of her life. The thug said the reason Sam cares more about Ethan is because he's Ivy's son. Sam and Spike threw punches.

Eve walked into her office and caught Liz and Julian having sex on the floor. Jules told her it's not what it looks like. As he put his pants back on, Liz told her sister that Julian was lying and that he really did want her. Julian and Liz informed Eve that Jules forced himself on Liz years ago in Boston. "Because of that night, I could never bring myself to have children," explained Liz. Julian tried to assure Eve that he's changed and that night meant nothing to him. Jules feared Eve, who was just standing there, didn't love him anymore. The doc received a beep on her pager and ran out. Liz was thrilled that her sister was suffering.

Kay interrupted Fox at work so they could make it to the hospital in time to say their good-byes to Ethan. Fox snapped and told her he couldn't leave. He followed her out the door when she stormed out. She pointed out that he yelled at her and only works with Valerie on the Singapore Project, which was supposed to be something they did together. Fox asked his girlfriend to wait a few more minutes.

With the police on their tail, Theresa told Noah to drive faster. He was on the phone with Fancy, who questioned where the sirens were coming from. Guilt-ridden about lying to Fancy, Noah nearly ended the kidnapping stunt. At the hospital, Ivy, Gwen and Rebecca were informed that the ambulance had been caught. Gwen prepared to pull the plug on Ethan once she saw him again, and reiterated how selfish Theresa has been through the whole ordeal. "I did everything that I could to save you," Theresa said to Ethan when she thought they were busted. Just then, the police car drove right by. Noah told Theresa that he put the navigation system from their bus into another ambulance. Noah answered a call from Fancy and told her he was helping Theresa kidnap Ethan, but the phone cut out so she didn't hear him. Fancy begged him to get to the hospital, while Theresa pleaded for him not to turn her in.

The cop told Gwen, Beck, Ivy and Fancy that the wrong ambulance was busted. Fancy continued to wonder what man was helping Theresa. She called Kay, who informed her that Fox was still working. Fancy filled Kay in on the kidnapping. Kay stormed into Fox's office and told him he needs to search for his brother. Fox rudely told Kay that he has work to do. Once he felt he did enough work, he called Ivy. Kay decided to head out to look for Ethan. But before she could walk out of the door, Fox showed up with flowers and an apology. Fox explained that he is responsible for a lot of families who work for Crane Industries, and he had to do his work. Kay accepted his apology. The duo decided to head home since they couldn't be of help at the hospital. Val interrupted the kissing duo, but Fox blew her off.

In Ethan's empty hospital room, Fancy vented to Gwen about feeling like Noah is lying. Fancy felt as if Noah has another woman in his life.

At the Crane cabin, Noah and Theresa brought in several medical supplies. Noah told Theresa he has to return to Harmony. "Oh my God, you're going to turn me in," she panicked.

Jessica's therapist told her that it's important for her dad to attend their meetings. Jess was disappointed that Sam wasn't there. Spike walked into the lobby. He tried to turn Jess against her father. They left the doctor's office. Spike acted concerned and asked Jessica what she discussed in her session. She talked about her mother leaving. Spike comforted her, then got her coffee, which he secretly laced. Jessica realized he drugged her drink, then came on to him. He altered her outfit to reveal more. After Spike walked away, Sam found his skimpily dressed daughter. "You're never here for me, Daddy. Never," she blasted.

As they kissed, Chris told Sheridan that he's there for her and loves her. She gave him the: "It's not you, it's me" speech, explaining she can't move on from Luis that quickly.

In Eve's office, Liz threatened Julian: make love to her — or else she'll kill Eve. Julian apologized for forcing himself on her years ago. In turn, she explains how it affected her. Liz then held a letter opener to his throat. Jules pushed her off and prepared to call the police, but Liz said, if he did, she will eventually kill Eve. With letter opener in hand, Liz began undressing Julian. "Tonight, you'll make love to me if you want to save Eve's life," she uttered. Eve forced Julian to strip down and lay on the floor.

At the hospital, Gwen was confident she did the right thing. Disguised as paramedics, Theresa and Noah wheeled Ethan and his bed out the back door. Outside of his room, Rebecca, Pilar, Fancy, Gwen, Eve, Ivy, Sam and Father Lonigan gathered for Ethan's last rites. They were shocked to see that Ethan wasn't in his room. Sheridan arrived to learn that Ethan is missing. Eve explained that they must have taken him to get his respirator checked out. Though Theresa's name was thrown around as the kidnapper, Pilar doesn't think her daughter could be responsible. Privately, a frantic Eve demanded a nurse find Ethan. Gwen encouraged Sheridan to move on with Chris. Sheridan and Chris left the hospital. Fancy informed her mother that she and Noah are going to be completely honest with each other. Fancy worried after not being able to get a hold of Noah. Eve announced that nobody knows where Ethan is and that a security guard talked to EMTs taking a comatose patient away. A cop walked in and said the ambulance has been located.

Just as Noah and Theresa were about to take off in an ambulance with Ethan, a cop stopped them and asked questions. Theresa covered by saying the patient's lover and child are waiting for them. When the coast was clear, Noah hesitated. "I can't help you kidnap him," he said. Theresa begged Noah to go through with it. They drove off. When Noah called Fancy, Theresa pleaded with him to hang up. Fancy told him that Theresa kidnapped Ethan. Just then, sirens went off. Fancy asked Noah were the sirens were coming from.

At the B&B, Sheridan looked through a photo album, recalled the advice Gwen gave her, then helped Chris and James with a puzzle.
