Kay told a shirtless — naturally — Miguel that he didn't mean it when he said he loves her, but he insisted that he does. Kay tried to explain how she's moved on, looking away from him as she said this (no doubt to avoid the glare from his glistening body). Miguel argued that first love is the strongest; Kay wouldn't hear it, reminding him that after he'd left, she'd raised their daughter on her own. Miguel went on stating that they can find a place of their own ... or live with his mother. (How romantic!) This did not move Kay, either. Migs then brought out the big guns: proposing marriage to her (and he still didn't put on a shirt, by the way). This just left her confused.
Tabitha went on and on to Endora about how glad she is that Kay and Miguel are on their way to reuniting. "Tra la la, la la," she happily sang, obviously at a loss for words after rambling to Endora for so long...
Fancy packed up her many, many, many outfits and told Fox that she's leaving for Italy. Fox was happy for her, but was surprised that she's running away from her problems. She insisted that it's strictly a business trip. He admitted that Miguel being back in town has put a crimp in his and Kay's relationship. Fancy advised him to tell Kay he wants to marry her as soon as possible. Meanwhile, Noah told Maya that he hopes he and Fancy can make amends. Later, Noah made his bed (literally and figuratively, and wow — nice leather pillows) as he also packed for Italy. Sam then came upstairs and wondered why Noah had been with Maya — and why his son was really leaving town. "What happens between me and Fancy stays between me and Fancy," he told Dad, lying that he loves Maya.... Ivy visited Fancy and was surprised to hear of her daughter's plans. She encouraged Fancy to stick around and give Noah another chance.... Later, Noah and Maya left for Italy; Fancy soon followed, unaware that the others were going.... Fox told Kay he wants to marry her right away.
Luis, wearing a robe, was devastated to learn that Sheridan is married to Chris. She explained that she'd lied to him because she was afraid of him having a relapse. (Sher really needs to quit making seriously-ill men think she's in love with them.) He became even more upset when he realized that she's planning to stay with Chris. Luis then went off on Chris saying that the only reason Sheridan married him is because she thought Luis was dead. Chris went on to explain how he, Sheridan and his son became a happy family. Luis still wouldn't buy the story. "You lousy, son-of-a-bitch!" he yelled, punching Chris in the face. "NO!" gasped Sher. Chris, on the other hand, patronized Luis by noting that his rival seemed to be getting his strength back. Just then, James entered the room and ran to Sheridan; Luis's face clouded over as he observed this picture of a perfect family. He again begged Sher to divorce Chris (what is it with these Lopez-Fitzgerald men not understanding a simple "No?" and not wanting to put on clothes?), but she refused. Angry, angry Luis responded by smashing a photo of Chris and Sheridan. Sheridan took this moment to reveal that she's pregnant.

Kay's shirtless boys struggled over the construction of the new swing set and discussed love. Fox gave Miguel the third degree about why he was staying in town and got Miguel to admit that he "guessed" he was be over Charity. That just made Fox more suspicious of Miguel's feelings for Kay and rehashing the story of Kay's impregnation didn't help. Miguel explained that Charity clearly didn’t love him, "but I know a beautiful babe who does. Maria." Fox shot Miguel down for giving up on Charity. "Nothing could stop me from loving Kay," he concluded, giving Miguel pause. Fox got cocky about finishing first and went to clean up, which left Migs alone when Kay brought out drinks. She'd been inside with Tabby, insisting again that she would be marrying Fox, but her resolve was wishy-washy at best. It probably confused things more when Miguel confessed to being in love with her!
Fancy teased Theresa about wearing a seasonally inappropriate coat — and being naked underneath. She rolled her eyes at Theresa's story of attempted seduction, but Theresa insisted she'd almost gotten Ethan to give in. Fancy suggested she stop chasing him. (Yeah, right!) Then Theresa turned the convo to Noah, which got Fancy riled. Theresa said his actions were out of character, recalling how he'd looked up to Luis, who "would never disrespect women." Fancy admitted this was the first time she'd been jilted for another woman, but added that she wouldn't play games for a man. They bemoaned being without the men they loved and the lives they'd imagined with them. Theresa suggested Fancy take her sketch pad on the road for a change of pace. "Italy is lovely this time of year," Fancy noted, and it was settled.
Waiting for a late Lena, Noah bitched and moaned to Maya about the situation they were in and how it's affecting Fancy. Then Lena arrived to tell them to "pack for a long trip" and get their passports. Noah grabbed her and demanded more info, but she used some classic self defense moves to turn the tables and again warned him that he, Maya and Fancy would end up dead if he messed up. Noah and Maya went straight from there to the FBI and gave them an update. While they awaited Noah's new passport, he wrote a note explaining all to Fancy in case he didn't survive. Then Lena called them back to the wharf to tell them where they were going: Italy, just like Fancy!
A jealous Gwen asked how Theresa could overpower a "big strong man" like Ethan. She accused him of stalling to find an excuse, but he responded that there was nothing to say to appease her "when you get upset like this." She railed on him for letting Theresa get close, trying to reason with her, and not breaking through the window to get away. "You did everything but take her on the hood of a car," she shouted, not knowing he'd actually done that. Then, she got Ethan to admit that he had feelings for Theresa, but he also insisted he was committed to her. He hoped Theresa had finally been convinced she should give up. "Nothing can tear us apart. Not even Theresa," he promised, but he still doesn't know about Gwen's part in the tabloid story on his paternity.
After Luis guessed completely wrong and even suggested that they have a big wedding at the end of May, Sheridan finally fessed up. "Luis, I'm not your wife, because we weren't really married in Hawaii," she said. "It was all an act." He was completely disbelieving, especially when she talked about her real hubby — but the worst was learning that it was Chris.

While praying, Whitney was visited by the monk. He claimed that people were coming to expose the church's secrets. Paloma and Simone saw a bright light coming from the chapel. When the girls walked in, they were surprised to see Whitney was not there, and that the organ music had stopped. The monk guided Whitney through a "sacred place" under the convent that she must keep secret. He opened a safe (which had the mysterious symbol on the door) and showed her pictures of paintings that were stolen years ago. Meanwhile, the girls asked a nun where Whitney could be. They described the light and music and reported that Whitney was missing. When the nun asked the girls why they were there, they showed her the pictures of the paintings they are researching. The three women entered the chapel again, and lo and behold, Whitney was there praying, just as the nun assumed.
When James said he wanted to show something to his "mommy," the babysitter told Luis that the boy considers Chris's new love to be his mother. Luis was surprised Chris hadn't mentioned her. In the living room, Chris was thrilled when Sheridan told him they are having a baby. The newlyweds celebrated until Chris asked Sheridan what she's going to do about Luis. Luis came in and asked Sheridan when she was going to tell him such big news. Turns out, he was referring to her newfound cooking skills! Remember when she couldn't even make eggs for Luis? When Sheridan, James and Mrs. Henderson went to the kitchen, Luis asked Chris about this woman in his life. Sheridan returned and prepared to tell Luis she's married to Chris.
Gwen spied Theresa and Ethan making out in the car shop. She broke through the window, pushed Theresa off of her husband, and screamed at her for plotting to seduce Ethan. Theresa told Gwen she's lying to herself by thinking Ethan isn't really in love with her. Gwen attacked her rival until Ethan pulled her off. She then asked her hubby to pull her car around, and though he refused to leave the women alone, Gwen talked him into it. "You are going to stop this insane obsession with my husband," she yelled at Theresa. The two went back and forth about Ethan. "You are pathetic. You are the whore," Theresa said. Gwen pointed out that as rich as she is, Theresa chooses to work every day and plot to get Ethan instead of staying home with Little Ethan. Just as Gwen walked away, she slipped into a wet mess. When Ethan returned, Gwen asked him if Theresa is the women in his heart. Ethan told Gwen that she's the woman he loves and wants to be with. Theresa begged him to finally tell the truth, but he left with Gwen. Theresa recalled kissing Ethan on several occasions, as well as him admitting he loves her.

Simone and Paloma ran into problems researching the symbol online. The sites they wanted to open kept crashing, which Simone said was, "too weird to be a coincidence." She was worried they'd attract Alistair's people by doing research online, so after much deliberation, the dynamic duo decided to hit the library at the convent. They didn't find any info there, aside from some missing pages, but did find Whitney in the chapel. She'd been praying "God" would come back and reaffirm that he was real and she wasn't crazy. When the girls walked in, she was - or looked - unconscious. The girls were obviously worried, especially when Whit sent them away to return to her post. To Whit's relief, the wall opened for her once she was left alone.
Sheridan was about to drop the bomb on Luis and Chris when Doc Russell called her into the living room to tell her she was pregnant. Left alone, the guys were both frustrated and a curious Luis figured out Chris knew what Sheridan was going to tell him. "I'm a cop," he explained. "I can read people's body language." He then admitted Sheridan was acting differently and told Chris that Sheridan would forget any man she might have fallen for once he'd made love to her. Chris was ready to blow a gasket. Luckily, Gwen showed up to diffuse things, distracting Luis with a list of his sister's recent machinations. He was upset with Theresa, saying that if someone "did not respect" his marriage to Sheridan, there'd be "big trouble." That's when Chris excused himself. He walked in just as Sheridan realized she was carrying his baby and, overjoyed, she told him the big news.
Theresa continued to work her magic on a boxer-clad Ethan and even though he kept asking her to unlock the door, she got some more loving out of him. She begged him to imagine what their future could be like and offered him a lifetime of "me in your bed, giving you all of my love, anyway you want it." Finally, Ethan admitted, "I can't save you," and slipped back into his coveralls. She insisted he loved her more than Gwen, to which he responded, "Not when you act like this." Theresa crossed the line when she called Gwen a whore for sleeping with a man who didn't love her. "What about you and Alistair?" he shot back and proceeded to list off several of her botched schemes. When she again dared him to search for the key to the exit, he grabbed an ax and tried to chop his way through the door. That didn't work, so she dropped her coat and started her seduction anew. Gwen meanwhile received the voicemail about his new job and decided to surprise him at his new place of work. Instead, she got the surprise, spying what looked like her hubby kissing a naked Theresa.

Kay tried to convince Fox to stay at work instead of coming home to help with a sick Maria. In order to keep Fox away from Kay, Tabitha conjured up more work for him. While complimenting Kay on raising Maria, Miguel said his true love has always been in Harmony. Tabitha thought he was confessing his love to Kay, but Migs was referring to his daughter. When Miguel mentioned it was like magic when Charity would disappear before his eyes during his search, Kay became suspicious. Fox came home from work and went straight for Maria, who was in Miguel's arms. Kay asked the men to watch the baby while she had a chat with Tabs in the kitchen. Miguel thanked Fox for taking care of Maria while he was away, then made it clear that he's back to be her father. In turn, Fox asked Miguel if he was staying in Harmony to be around Kay. Kay confronted Tabitha about keeping Charity and Miguel apart during his search. The flustered gal theorized that if the witch hadn't interfered, perhaps Charity would have denied Miguel and he would've returned home before Kay got involved with Fox. Tabitha asked Kay which man she loves the most.
Theresa and Ethan (only wearing boxers) began to make love on top of a car at the garage, but he eventually pushed her off. "Don't fight it anymore," she said before they began kissing again. Ethan stopped before they had sex and asked her to unlock the shop's door so he could leave. Still, a weeping Theresa tried to make him realize how great they would be together. Everything she said clearly touched Ethan. She claimed his love could save her from becoming a powerful, selfish person.
Eve encouraged Sheridan to announce her decision. When Sher said she wanted to tell Chris and Luis at the same time, Eve decided to stay to make sure Luis came through it okay. After joining Luis in the bedroom, Sheridan fainted. Once Sheridan woke up, Eve took her blood while Chris and Luis waited in another room. A messenger picked up the sample and rushed it to the lab. Luis chatted with Chris about how great Sheridan is and said he should've never believed Beth. He then talked to Chris about losing Maureen. Luis suggested Chris help him find Marty. "Any friend of Sheridan's is a friend of mine," Luis said while shaking Chris's hand. Sheridan interrupted, ready to share her decision. Meanwhile, Eve got a phone call about Sheridan.
