Crowing over her seduction of Fox, a scheming Siren plotted to get her hooks (fins?) into Miguel. Meanwhile, Tabby explained to Kay that Fox only cheated on her because the mermaid tricked him with her song. Siren walked in and Kay lunged at her rival and began choking her. Tabby was impressed that a human could do such a good job of taking on a mermaid, but worried that Siren's murder would draw too much attention from the cops, so she had Endora end the fight with magic. When Tabitha reminded Kay that sex with Siren meant he could no longer be anyone else, Kay attacked again. Siren laughed her off when Kay announced she was about to make love to Fox.

Though he'd been shot, Chris wasn't badly hurt. He begged Luis to keep the incident quiet, arguing that a shooting at the Crane cottage would result in a media frenzy. Luis reluctantly agreed, but expressed disbelief that Chris doesn't know who shot him. Sheridan entered and was relieved her husband wasn't badly hurt, but shocked that no ambulance had been summoned. She insisted she could handle nosy press, but finally went along with Chris's request to keep a lid on the incident. As Sher helped Chris to bed, Luis noted to himself that something fishy is happening. When they were alone, Luis asked his ex what she knows about Chris's past. She insisted she completely trusts him.

Roberto proposed to Paloma and asked her to go with him to Mexico. She turned him down gently, explaining she has family obligations. He said he'd always love her, they kissed and parted. Miguel came along and Paloma filled in her brother. When she mentioned not wanting to leave the family, he urged her not to let that stop her from living her life. Paloma added that she also wanted more excitement because her time in Rome was so thrilling, even with the danger. She declared Harmony dull. (Is she kidding?!) Miguel said he regrets leaving Kay to search for Charity, and he doesn't want her to make the same kind of mistake.

A compassionate Jared and Theresa talked about what it's like to have unrequited love. He spoke of his romantic times in Paris with Arabella. Theresa encouraged him to reunite with Arabella, but he sadly told her that she died. Theresa comforted him with an embrace.

At the cottage, Chris recalled burning the papers that tied him to Alistair. However, he remined unaware that a document is on the living room floor. About to call Sheridan to see where she was, Chris was distracted by a noise outside. When he opened the door, he saw the omega sign light up. Chris yelled at Spike for showing up at his home. Spike showed Chris a file Alistair gave him that contained Boothe's life story. Chris ripped it up. Spike laughed and said the original copy was elsewhere. "I want you to start working for me now," Spike said. When Chris refused, Spike pulled out a gun, which the two men then fought over. A shot went off.

At the Blue Note, Theresa and Jared continued to flirt. Julian drowned his sorrows at the bar, where he chatted with Noah about his problems. Fancy arrived and greeted her dad, who asked her why she wasn't being friendly with Noah. She told him their relationship is over. Jules teased his daughter about targeting her next victim, but got serious when he said he was happy she returned from Rome in one piece. Fancy told her dad she was arrested by Luis. Theresa introduced Jared and Noah. When Julian and Jared left the girls alone, Theresa and Fancy chatted. Fancy asked Theresa to help keep Luis in Harmony. Julian walked up and told Theresa he wants to spend more time with Little Ethan. "He's not your son, Julian," she responded. Theresa backtracked by saying she meant Julian has never acted like L.E.'s dad and she doesn't want him to start now. He threatened to sue her for joint custody. Jared walked up just in time for a furious Theresa to leave. According to Jared, her attitude toward Julian confirmed Theresa's hate for the Cranes. (Jared is still unaware that she is one.) Back at Pilar's house, Theresa slipped into a more attractive dress. Jared asked "Tess" why she was so mad at Julian, but she didn't answer. Jared asked Theresa to tell him more about her life. She told him about her siblings and their current jobs, and that her parents used to work for the Cranes. Jared suggested Theresa find a young man to fall in love with in order to forget about the Cranes. Then they kissed.

At the police station, Luis surprised himself by thinking of Fancy. Sheridan approached the cop house hoping Luis wasn't there, but in need of help after her car broke down. When Sheridan knocked on the locked door, Luis assumed it was Fancy and told her to go away. He opened the door to a surprised Sheridan, who asked why he thought Fancy would be at the door. Luis explained that he had to kick Fancy out of the station. Sheridan told Luis why she was there and he offered to help her with her car, but she said no. She covered by saying she doesn't want him to have to leave the station. Luis insisted on giving her a ride home. Their time alone in the car grew tense when Sheridan's husband was mentioned. "How did it get like this?" Luis asked. "It's over," Sheridan said. When they pulled up to the cottage, Sheridan noticed someone laying in the front yard. It was Chris, who was passed out and bleeding from his mouth.

A shocked Kay yelled at Fox for having sex with Siren, then attacked the mermaid. Siren blurted out that Kay slept with Miguel. Kay asked Miguel why they were together. "What the hell is going on?" she yelled. Miguel filled her in on what happened since she suffered from partial amnesia. Fox explained that she remembered loving Miguel. A furious Kay asked Migs why he would allow her to sleep with him. Siren announced that it's because Miguel still loves Kay. Miguel claimed he went along with it because of Eve's advice not to shock Kay in her fragile state. Kay apologized to Fox, but then snapped at him for sleeping with Siren. Fox said he had no intentions of bedding Siren, who quickly went on and on about how much Fox came on to her and said he loved her. Kay stormed off and headed to the kitchen, where Tabitha quickly covered her bowl. Kay asked the witch if she caused the chaos. Tabby reminded Kay that she drugged Miguel with a lust potion. Kay apologized to Miguel, who then tended to a crying Maria. Tabitha told Kay she must decide which man she really loves. When alone with Siren, Fox said he didn't remember having sex with her and asked her to leave his room.

Theresa, Jared, Whitney and Chad strolled on the wharf after dinner. Whit and Chad headed to his studio. Jared offered to walk Theresa home, but she said she was going to visit her brother, so he escorted her to the police station. Whitney and Chad returned home, where Whit told Miles she will never leave him again. Whit thanked God for the positive turn in her life. She and Chad then made love on the couch. When Whit went to check on Miles, Chad's cell phone rang. When he put his ear to the phone, he said, "Can't let Whitney hear that. She'd freak out big time."

Miguel and Kay had passionate sex. Tabitha watched through her bowl and commented on their energetic session. When the image in her bowl turned to Fox and Siren having sex, the witch fretted about the mermaid keeping her word. Migs and Kay complimented each other on their extraordinary stamina. Siren asked Fox if she was better in bed than Kay. Still in a trance from her mermaid song, Fox couldn't care less about Kay. Siren was confident he will stay with her. But once the music stopped, he questioned Siren as to why they were in bed together. Once Siren started to sing again, Fox went back to making love to her. Tabby was surprised to see Endora awake. She told her mommy that she had a dream that Siren hurt Fox. Tabs filled Endora in on what was going on upstairs — a very G-rated version, or course. Endora suggested turning back time because she wants Kay to be with Fox. Meanwhile, Kay asked Miguel to set a wedding date and suggested they get married the following day, but he made excuses. The witchlet put her magic to work. Kay fell unconscious, then woke up and freaked out that she was naked in bed with Miguel instead of Fox. Migs tried to explain things to Kay, who was accusing him of taking advantage of her. Kay stormed out to find Fox. She busted in on Fox kissing Siren in bed.

In the jail cell, Luis pushed Fancy off of her while they were kissing in their underwear. They both apologized. Luis claimed it will never happen again. After the duo put their clothes back on, the cop told Fancy she was letting him go free. She questioned his reasoning to release her when he didn't before. He told her not to leave the state, but she countered by saying she couldn't guarantee her fashion job won't require her to go elsewhere. She continued to challenge him, asking Luis why he wanted to get rid of her. She clearly wanted to spend more time with the officer and thought of anything and everything she could to stay by his side. Luis told Fancy he was going to get something to eat and she was going, too. She wrongly assumed he was asking her on a date. Just then, Theresa and Jared walked in. Luis and Fancy explained why she was arrested. Steps away from the men, Fancy and Theresa got giddy about their blooming love lives. Fancy asked T if she thinks Luis will give up on getting Sheridan away from Chris. Surprisingly, Theresa said she feels Luis needs to move on. Theresa asked her friend if she told Sheridan that she was interested in Luis. Fancy said no admitted she's feeling guilty. Theresa advised Fancy to follow her heart and said she'd be good for Luis, who meanwhile, was giving Jared tips about Theresa. After Jared and Theresa left, Fancy suggested a restaurant to Luis, who insisted they eat at a deli. Once Fancy walked out the door, Luis shut it behind her, locking her out of the station. Through the door, Luis told her to go home. Back on the wharf, Jared went off about rich people and the Cranes.

In Fancy's jail cell, she and a shirtless Luis continued to play "Strip Practice Quiz." Fancy purposely answered a question wrong so she could take her top off. Luis ended up down to his boxers. Fancy was down to her bra and undies when the answer key failed her. Luis busted her for cheating, but the two laughed it off. Luis chased Fancy around the cell because she wouldn't give back the study guide. They landed on the bed, where he listed things about her that he dislikes .... and likes. Then they kissed!

The gang arrived at Tabitha's after the baseball game. Kay bragged to Tabs about the lust potion's effect on Miguel, then took him to her bedroom, where she suggested they take a shower together. Fox vented to Siren and Tabitha about Kay and Miguel being together. As soon as Migs got out of the shower, Kay pounced on him with her magic liquid ready to spice things up. After he sipped his wine, the two made love. Siren was ready to take advantage of the wounded guy. She summoned him with her Siren song. In a trance, Fox kissed the mermaid. "I love you, Siren. Only you," he said while in bed.

At the bed and breakfast, Gwen told Ethan she knows he's jealous of Theresa and Jared's blooming relationship. Once they dropped the sore subject, the duo began to make love.

At Pilar's, Theresa and Whitney teased Jared and Chad about losing the game. When Casey made another sexist comment, Theresa told him to leave. Chad, Whit and Jared celebrated the fact that Casey could get "Tess" riled up in less than 30 seconds. Theresa admitted to often overreacting. When the boys left to clean up for dinner, Whitney told Theresa J.C. just might be the guy to get her over Ethan. The guys quickly returned, but Whitney and Theresa were still getting ready. Jared assumed Theresa is poor and had to make her own dress. Whitney tried to talk her friend out of wearing her new dress, but Theresa insisted on donning her expensive one-of-a-kind outfit. Whit, Chad and Jared had to bite their tongue regarding Theresa's unattractive attire. Theresa was disappointed to be taken to the Lobster Shack for her prize dinner. When a girl snickered about T's dress, Jared told her he admired the single mom for making it and that she can laugh at herself. Ethan and Gwen walked into the restaurant, surprised to see Theresa dining there. A thrilled Gwen pointed out to her husband that Theresa was looking at Jared like she used to look at Ethan.

At the police station, Fancy couldn't believe Luis was actually placing her in a cell. He needs to follow protocol, he explained, then assured her she'd be out of there as soon as her lawyer shows arrives. When he said he needs to study for his detective test, Fancy pulled him in for a kiss and suggested he study her instead. When Luis slammed the slammer door, Fancy snapped out of her little fantasy. She asked the officer to keep her company. While he sat outside her cell to study, Fancy complained about the shabby amenities. She talked him into joining her behind bars and let her help him study. After finding the answer key, Fancy suggested they turn the tutoring session into a game — that involved stripping! When Luis walked away, Fancy thought she blew her chance, but the cop returned to say he locked the door. Luis was surprised that Fancy got her first answer correct. Luis took his shirt off when he got his answer wrong....

At the baseball field, Ethan frantically tried to wake up a knocked out Theresa. Tabitha arrived, and while wondering what was going on, she captured a fly that told her it was a game of boys versus girls. Gwen grew annoyed while Ethan's worry for Theresa increased. Ethan continued to push Jared away from Theresa. When she woke up, she said her face was simply scratched by her glove. Whitney called off the paramedics. Even though everyone figured the game was off, Theresa insisted they continued after exchanging heated words with Jared. Since the umpire ditched them, Theresa asked Tabitha to step in. The shirtless men returned to their positions. Tabs magically changed into proper gear. Gwen told her husband that it's obvious to everyone that he's unhappy that Theresa is moving on with Jared. Ethan tried to defend himself, but it was useless. Tabby got excited when Miguel and Fox fought about Kay. When Kay asked Tabs what was going on, the witch told her it was their testosterone over sports. Tabitha told Siren not to seduce Fox, or else Endora will be upset. Siren, however, was adamant about bedding Crane. Back on the field, Whitney commented on how ironic it is that Gwen was cheering for Theresa, who complained when Jared threw a weak pitch at her. After hitting her second pitch, Theresa ran to first and landed under Ethan. Kay smooched Miguel while at bat, but when she ran into Migs at home plate and hit her head, she asked for Fox. She ruined Fox's hope that she got her memory back when she said she was just going to tell Fox to leave Miguel alone. Siren tried to comfort Fox. The girls won when Theresa struck out Jared. Theresa received joy from rubbing the win in her new friend's face. Whitney and Chad were happy to see Theresa and Jared flirting.
