Tabitha lamented to Endora that if Charity is indeed back in Harmony, it could ruin them in the process. Tabitha told herself that Miguel wouldn't possibly catch a glimpse of his ex. Endora was bummed when Tabitha turned off the TV. Endora used her powers to magically prepare the appetizers. Tabitha hoped Endora wouldn't find out it was Thanksgiving, so as to stop the girl from trying to outdo last year's flying turkey fiasco. Tab dropped a plate of food in horror when Tabitha caught on to the fact that it was Turkey Day.

Paloma tried to get Noah to notice her.

Charity hid from Miguel, waiting for Fox to show up. Miguel looked at pictures of Kay and Fox and Marie, thinking about his own future with Kay.

Kay fretted about how difficult it was going to be to tell Fox their engagement is over. Fox, meanwhile, plotted to preserve his engagement by getting Kay to spy Miguel with Charity. Jessica rushed up and slapped Kay across the face, stopping Kay from spilling the broken engagement beans. Jess blasted Kay for letting Ivy come between Sam and Grace and held Kay responsible for her current situation ("I am a whore married to my pimp"). Paloma and Ned joined the scene and tried to pep-talk Jessica. They took her inside the house. Fox tried to comfort Kay. Miguel saw them embracing and asked what was going on. They filled him in on Jess's freak-out. Miguel was so calm, Fox deduced that Miguel hadn't seen Charity. Fox laid a big kiss on Kay before leaving to investigate the Charity situation. Fox met up with Charity and they tweaked their scheme to make sure Miguel laid eyes on her.

A fortune teller read cards for Theresa and observed that her heart was broken. The seer then reported to Theresa that she would be "very surprised, indeed" by what her future held. "My cards are showing you are going to have the best news you ever hoped for." Theresa was confused when the fortune teller clarified that according to the cards, she and Ethan would never be together. How was this good news? wondered Theresa. The woman explained that the cards were stopping her from making a huge mistake, as life with Ethan would be full of heartache. The teller said that another man was her destiny, and a far happier one.

In front of Jared, Ethan reassured Gwen that he's committed to their marriage. Gwen pointed out that Theresa never gives up, then advised Jared not to give up on Theresa. Jared opined that it was time for him to move on. Gwen got a call on her cell phone and excused herself. Jared implored Ethan to let Theresa go; he denied holding Theresa back. Gwen returned and Jared took off. Gwen was sad that Jared is leaving town; Ethan, not so much.

Paloma pressed Noah to open up to her about Jessica's outrageous behavior. Noah was sad that Jess was shutting out him and their dad. Paloma scored points with Noah by her devotion to her family. He said he hoped they would be friends, "good friends."

A crying Theresa filled in Whitney on her conversation with Ethan. Whit tried to convince her friend to make sure Ethan knows he's Little Ethan's father. The girls talked about Kay and Fox's wedding shower. Theresa said she's going so she can be there for Miguel. Whit told Theresa not to give up on love, but then delivered the news that she's breaking off her engagement to Chad because of her doubts about him. Whitney said she would let Theresa throw her a wedding shower only if Mrs. C lets her host one for her and Jared. Theresa said Jared is leaving town and wants nothing to do with her. Tess admitted she's falling in love with him.

From her hospital bed, Fancy called Esme to tell her about her relationship with Luis. Once she got the okay to leave, Fancy phoned Luis to pick her up, however, she got his voice mail. She wondered if she misunderstood him in the shaft when he said he loves her.

Luis was joined in the steam room by Ethan. The men shared their worries. Ethan was upset with Theresa, while Luis said he realized Sheridan doesn't love him anymore. The cop told Ethan that Theresa loves him very much. Ethan said he loves her, too, but loves Gwen, as well. He told Luis that J.T. Didn't back up Theresa's story about Gwen and Rebecca leaking his paternity to the tabloid. They guys were worried that Theresa will never be able to truly give up on being with Ethan. Winthrop told Luis he doesn't want Theresa to be with Jared because he doesn't think he's good for her. Fancy was in the hallway just in time to overhear Luis talk about never loving someone other than Sheridan. But she didn't stick around long enough to realize that that's how he used to feel, but now he loves Fancy and thinks they have a chance at happiness. Ethan advised Luis to tell her his feelings right away. Fancy cried in the hallway, thinking Luis will only love her aunt.

Tabitha spotted Charity in her house, but didn't want to believe it was her. She fretted about Charity and Miguel having sex; that would mean the end of Tab and Endora. On the couch, Kay and Miguel made love. Fox was furious when he saw them. He grabbed a knife and headed toward the duo, but Julian pulled him back and took him outside. Jules told his son that he stopped him from making "the biggest mistake of his life." Dad advised Fox to continue pretending he's near death and bring Charity into the picture. Fox told Charity it was time for her return be revealed. He hid her behind a bush while he searched for Kay and Migs. Inside, Miguel told Kay how beautiful she looked once she was dressed for the shower. Fox walked in to grab his fiancée. Kay told Fox they need to talk right away. Miguel waited outside, steps away from Charity.

Miguel pushed Kay to call off the wedding shower. But Kay argued that she didn't want to hurt her fiancé while he's "dying." In the meantime, a perfectly healthy looking Fox plotted with recently returned Charity. When she picked out a demure outfit, he gave her a sexy red dress to help her woo Miguel. He instructed Charity to keep out of sight until the bridal shower because she'd be the "big surprise." Downstairs, Kay and Miguel were noisily making out under a blanket on the sofa. Fox spied them and was not amused.

At Fancy's bedside, Eve advised her against warring with Sheridan over Luis. Fancy was confident that her aunt and Luis are over, but Eve wasn't so sure. After Luis, Chris and James went in to see the patient, Eve got a moment alone with Sheridan in the hallway and asked if she still loves Luis. Despite Sheridan's shocked ... shocked protests, Eve called her on the competition with Fancy. After much probing by Eve, Sheridan admitted that it hurts to see Luis with Fancy. She also claimed that her heart lies with Chris and James.

In Fancy's room, Chris shifted uncomfortably as Luis questioned her. She recalled a man trying to rape her before she fell down the mineshaft. She also remembered hearing two voices once she was in the cave. Though she also had a memory of the psychic experience with Luis, Fancy decided to keep mum for a while. Much to Chris's relief, she couldn't implicate Spike. When Luis asked to interview young James, Chris balked. Luis asked the boy a few questions. Sheridan walked in and lashed out at her ex about questioning the child. She barked that it was time to leave and departed with Chris and James. When Luis tried to talk about it in the corridor, Sheridan threatened to have him thrown off the force and stormed off.

Theresa told Ethan that he sired her son. Assuming she was lying, he blew up at her. He said he couldn't believe Theresa would be as cruel as Ivy by keeping such a secret. He ranted that this is a "sick joke" and recalled how Ivy hurt him by keeping the truth of his parentage from him. A weepy Theresa backed down and claimed that what she meant was Ethan is "like" a father to Little Ethan. He gently said that he understands and admitted that he wishes Little Ethan were really his child.
