Ethan interrupted Whitney and Theresa's girl chat. Whit left. Theresa told him she had something to tell him about her kids, but asked if she could change her clothes first. He stopped her and filled her in on her brothers' arrests and how Julian has convinced the judge to keep them there. Theresa decided to bribe the judge, so they headed out.

While sleeping in his office, Jared had a dream about Theresa choosing to be with Ethan, who he fought with. Chad woke Jared up, and Casey attacked him, thinking he was Ethan. He snapped out of it and apologized to Chad, who tried to convince his friend to fight for Tess. Chad ran into Whitney and Miles in the hallway. She said they are lucky they only love each other and aren't in a triangle.... Ethan, taking Li'l E and Jane to Crane daycare, bumped into Vincent, who mentioned Gwen leaving him. Winthrop told Little Ethan it isn't true, and privately threatened the tabloid reporter to never talk to him in from of the kids again.... Jared recalled good times with Theresa. "I love Tess. I gotta win her back. I just hope it's not too late," he said to himself before rushing to find her.... Chad pulled Ethan off of Vincent, who was adamant about getting dirt on Theresa and Winthrop's relationship. Chad suggested he'll give Vincent something else to write about. Once alone, Chad got a call from his lover. He agreed to have one last rendezvous. He went to the motel, took a shot of brandy and started to undress. In walked his lover, who took HIS jacket off. Yep, he's gay!

Pilar arrived to talk to her two jailed sons. She suggested it was Alistair's doing, but Luis said it couldn't be because he saw him die in Italy. Maybe Fancy seduced him because she was ashamed of being with him so soon after Noah, Pilar pointed out. Luis had another flashback of Fancy in a cheerleader uniform kissing him while on top of him. Theresa arrived and said she is going to prove Luis and Miguel's innocence. She called Judge Reilly and demanded he set their bail. After she wrote a check, the men were released. Migs went off to talk to Kay. Pilar told Luis that she knows he didn't attack Fancy, and he needs to believe that, too. He left to see Fancy.

Fancy plunged toward the person who entered her room wearing all black. Then she realized it was Sheridan, who was there to check up on her. "I'm concerned about what you've done to Luis," she said to a defensive Fancy. Sher suggested Fancy forced herself on Luis instead of the other way around. The women argued until Fancy made her mean aunt leave. "I'll go, but you better let go of Luis," she said. Luis arrived just after Sheridan exited. Luis asked his girlfriend if she doubts that he raped her.

Eve assured Kay she was doing the right thing by telling a comatose Fox she will be there for him when he wakes up, and that it could make a difference in when he comes out of his coma. Kay admitted to the doc that she loves both Miguel and Fox. "I don't want to lose you. Please pull through this," Kay pleaded to her husband, unaware that Miguel was standing in the doorway.

Theresa was waiting for Ethan, ready to tell him about Little Ethan being his son, when Jared walked in and said he still wants to be with her.

Ethan arrived at the police station to question Luis in his cell. Sheridan sat in the cell and jumped to Luis's defense at every chance she could while he shared the little he remembered from the night Fancy was attacked. He said if he is guilty of the crime, he deserves to be in jail. Because of his lack of memory, he doubted his innocence.

Paloma spotted a bruise on Jessica's shoulder and asked if Spike did something to her. Jess claimed it was an old bruise from a book that fell off a shelf. Paloma told Jess to leave her husband so she can find a prince. "Don't let him take away your self-respect," she begged. Jessica told her to back off and lied that Spike had been sweet to her while she's grieving her mother's death. Paloma got a call from Sam, who asked her to fill in with police duties.

At the hospital, Simone yelled at Miguel for sleeping with Charity. Migs got in Julian's face about the lie he paid Dr. Gasparro to tell. Simone pointed out to Miguel that Kay could have left Fox before she married him, but didn't. He asked her if she thinks he tried to kill Fox. "I don't know what I believe anymore," she replied. Julian joined Kay by Fox's bedside. He told her she needs to tell Fox that she will be there for him no matter what. She admitted she can't. Paloma interrupted and told Kay to go to the waiting room. There, Sam said Miguel's car's headlights matched the scraps involved in Fox's hit and run, therefore, he was being arrested for attempted murder. In Fox's room, Kay vented to Simone about her situation. Simone compared Jessica's denial about Spike to Kay's denial about Miguel.

Back at home, Fancy told her mother she doesn't want anyone to touch her. Ivy was happy Luis was behind bars, but very upset about his alleged attack on her daughter. Pilar walked in to hear Ivy go off about Luis. The old friends got into a war of words. "He raped my daughter," Ivy yelled. Fancy, who just showered, interrupted and told them not to fight. "I can't take it anymore," a crying Fancy shouted. Alone and trying to sleep, Fancy woke up from a nightmare with a person wearing black standing over her.

Theresa took the engagement ring from Jared off in order to start her life with Ethan. Whitney advised her friend to tell Ethan that he's her son's father. When Theresa said she feared losing Little Ethan's financially secure future, Whitney told her she needed to chose between love and money. "None of this matters if Ethan isn't with us," Theresa stated. "I'm going to tell Ethan that Little Ethan is his son."

Julian and Spike met up in an alley. Spike was mad that Jules was late with his payment for framing Miguel for Fox's hit and run, while Julian threatened to kill Spike if Fox dies because he was only supposed to make it look like Miguel attempted to kill his son — not actually injure him! Spike claimed Fox told him to make it look as believable as possible.

Luis and Miguel were surprised to see each other in jail. When Miguel asked his cop bro how evidence at the sight was linked directly to him. "I don't even know how my semen got into Fancy," Luis replied. Now that's not a sentence you hear everyday. The brothers contemplated who could be out to get them. Meanwhile, the masked man said he had the rest of the town's residence to destroy.

As Paloma hugged Jessica to comfort her; Spike told Jessica to cheer up, claming nobody likes a whiner, especially him. After Spike left, Paloma declared her hatred for him. Jessica pondered whether Spike really loved her, then added he was really sweet to her and gave her things; Paloma wasn't buying it, snarking that the only things Spike ever gave Jess were probably stolen! Then Paloma slipped that she was sleeping with Jessica's brother, Noah; Jess freaked but was reassured when Paloma explained how respectful Noah had been to her. Jess was amazed to know that men who were the complete opposite of Spike actually existed. Jess feigned happiness for Paloma who didn't want to admit she was in love with Noah for fear of jinxing their budding relationship. Then Jess broke down, admitting she was cruel to her mom the last time she saw her; Paloma continued to comfort her. Jess drank from her flask and informed an appalled Paloma that Spike had called her "damaged goods." Later, Noah showed up in attempt to convince Jess that her friends and family were there to help her break free from Spike and get her life on track, assuring her that Mom would agree, but Jessica just cried and said she wanted to be alone. Noah said he'd do everything in his power to make sure his little sis was okay and thanked Paloma for her help; they kissed as Jess watched from afar. She started daydreaming about a life where Spike was a loving husband who gave her an actual wedding. She snapped out of it, realizing she'd never have a love like that while Noah expressed his concern to Paloma that Luis wouldn't be happy about them together.

Meanwhile, at the police station, a ballistic Ivy attacked Louis, slapped him and called him a rapist; Fancy tried to calm her down and convince her that it wasn't rape, but it obviously didn't work. Pilar couldn't believe what she was hearing, especially after it was confirmed that the DNA test proved Luis was the attacker. Fancy exclaimed that she wasn't violated and she knew that Luis didn't touch her even though she couldn't recall her attacker's face. Ivy railed at her, trying to make her realize just how at fault Luis was, then demanded they lock him up and throw away the key. Fancy told Sam she wasn't pressing charges. Meanwhile, Sheridan assured Luis, who was unable to plead his case, that she'd get him the best lawyer she knew. Later, Luis tried to recount his whereabouts on the night of Fancy's "rape" but he didn't remember anything. Pilar suggested he might have been drugged. Determined to make Luis pay, Ivy called the mayor who was demanding Sam arrest him. Fancy apologized to Luis and tried to get it through Ivy's thick skull that she loved Luis and he would never hurt her.

Theresa and Ethan had breakfast with the kids; she decided to call in sick to work to spend the rest of the morning with her new family. Then she ran into Whitney, who was surprised that she looked so happy; Theresa claimed her dreams had come true and everything was perfect. Whitney asked about Jared, but Theresa said there was no hope for them, then wondered what would happen if Gwen came back (she always comes back). Theresa tried to convince Whit that this time was for real; Whit didn't want her to get her hopes up because something bad seems to happen every time she gets back together with Ethan. Theresa begged Whit to tell her she was doing the right thing; Whit said "go for it" even though she was shocked that Theresa's obsession, er, love for Ethan was having positive results. Whit told Theresa she should take off Jared's ring and was confused about if Ms. T still loved him or not.

Noah woke up with a hangover and didn't know where he was. Paloma walked in to serve him breakfast in bed. He asked her if they kissed. After teasing him about their hot night together, Paloma eventually admitted that he was a perfect gentleman, and they just kissed good-night and went to sleep. She explained that she didn't want Sam to see him drunk, so she brought him home with her. Noah was embarrassed after she mentioned seeing him in his skivvies. He decided to leave, and explained that he had to go before he gave into his feelings for her. He promised her that when the time comes, it will be special.

Valerie found Jared sleeping on the couch in his office. She encouraged him to fight for Theresa. He filled her in on catching Theresa in bed with Ethan. "It's time for me to move on," he said. Val told him to cut Theresa some slack because she has loved Ethan all her life and couldn't press charges against him.... Theresa asked Ethan if he would promise to be with her if she and Jared are over. He said he feels the need to make things right with Gwen. Theresa asked him to divorce Gwen so they can be a family. "I owe it to her to live up to my vows," he replied. Theresa continued pointing out that he loves her more than he loves Gwen, and that he shouldn't have married her to begin with. "Let her find the kind of love that we share," she said. Theresa convinced Ethan to get Jane and come home with her.

Fancy told the doctor to run the DNA test again because it was impossible that Luis is her rapist. Sam arrived and went over details of the night Fancy was attacked with Luis. He explained that he fell asleep on the couch in her princess room, then woke up in the kitchen pantry, but doesn't know how he got there. Luis confessed that he had a dream that he made love to Fancy while they were dressed as a football player and cheerleader. He and Fancy assured Sam it was only a dream. Sam told his friend to get a lawyer because he couldn't ignore evidence. "Luis did not rape me last night," Fancy insisted. Sheridan said she was hiring an attorney for Luis. Ivy slapped Luis because she believed he couldn't wait for Fancy to graduate from the academy before sleeping with her, so he raped her.

After Eve told Kay, Miguel and Julian that she didn't find evidence that Fox has a terminal disease, Dr. Gasparro stepped up and showed them a tumor in a jar that he removed from the patient after Dr. Russell left the operating room. He said the tumor is malignant, and unless there is a miracle, Fox will die. Miguel accused Dr. G of lying, but Eve defended his credentials. Julian excused himself to check on his son. Jules privately asked the male doc what he owed him for saving his son's marriage. The doc said he wants money for a health clinic in Africa.

Tabitha woke up from sleeping on the kitchen counter. Endora encouraged her to look at her magic bowl, which was spewing the words murder, guilt and rape into the air. Tabs informed her daughter that someone was working on the dark side. In order to find out who it is, the witch poured sand onto the table and asked who it was. She didn't get an answer.

At the hospital, Sheridan learned that Fancy and Luis have not made love. Luis tells Fancy he won't let the rapist hurt her again. Sheridan told Chris she's still not sure Fancy is telling the truth about being attacked. "Let's wait to see what the DNA tests prove," she said to her husband. On a different floor, Sam asked Miguel if he is confessing to hitting Fox. Migs said he will not confess to something he didn't do. Dr. Gasparro arrived, and Julian told Eve he demands the doc join her in Fox's surgery. Kay agreed that Dr. G should help, but Miguel insisted the guy was hired by Jules to lie about Fox's supposed terminal illness. "It is so obvious you want my son to die," Ivy snapped at Miguel. A nurse informed the gang that Fancy was in the ER. Ivy ran to see her daughter. There, she informed the gang about Fox's accident and that evidence points to Miguel having tried to kill him. She then snapped at Luis for allowing Fancy to be attacked again. Fancy pulled her mother aside and assured her Luis did everything he could to protect her. She informed her mom that she hasn't slept with Luis yet. Chris stood nearby, as if to protect Fancy from her angry mother. Sheridan tried to comfort Luis, who felt like Fancy's attack was his fault. Fancy told Ivy they are testing semen to see if they can identify her rapist. The doctor was surprised to see the results of the DNA test. She told Fancy and co. that the results gave Luis's name. Fancy said that couldn't be true.... Eve came out of Fox's surgery to say it went well. Miguel asked Dr. Russell if she found out if Fox is really dying. She announced that she found no evidence of a terminal illness.

Whitney eavesdropped on Theresa and Ethan's conversation. Theresa told Ethan she believes that he doesn't remember how he got to her bed and knows he would never force himself on her. Ethan said he wishes Gwen believed him. "I'm sorry she wants a divorce," Theresa sincerely uttered. Whitney interrupted and told Ethan that Jane was asking for him. Alone, Whit told Theresa to let go of Ethan. When Ethan walked in, Whit expressed her sympathy regarding Gwen leaving him. Once Whitney left, Theresa told Ethan they can finally be together and they shared a kiss. No. That was a Theresa fantasy. In reality, a tearful Ethan expressed his disappointment in himself for ruining his marriage. Theresa checked on a crying Jane, and quickly returned saying, "She doesn't want me." Ethan calmed Jane down and apologized to Theresa, who said she will help him raise Jane. They kissed.
