Ethan and Jared ran into each other and once again at Crane Industries and argued about which one of them Theresa will end up with. Ethan barked, "I thought I made myself clear when I hit you in the face."

Theresa received another video e-mail from the mysterious and creepy figure in all black saying Ethan will be a family with Gwen, Jane and Little Ethan, and if Theresa tries to come between them, her paternity secret will be revealed and she will lose her Crane power. Vincent arrived. "Who's out to destroy you, Mrs. Crane?" he asked after overhearing the girls. Theresa told him she needs him to find J.T.'s memory drive. When he asked for more details, Theresa stated, "You'll be told what you need to know. Nothing more." Jared walked in just in time to see Theresa giving the tabloid reporter money in order to find Cornell's disk. Jared escorted Vincent out. Whitney asked Theresa what she's going to do about Jared. The girls didn't know their way out of the predicament with Ethan vs. Jared and now the weird figure. Whit ran into Ethan in the hallway when she was leaving. He wanted to know if something was going on with Theresa. "Is she in some kind of trouble," he asked.... Jared asked Tess to confide in him and offered to help. She said Vincent can get her what she needs.

Paloma arrived at the hospital and told Miguel that Fox named him as the hit and run driver. Migs was shocked and said Julian and Fox are setting him up.... Fox gave Kay more details about the accident. When she left the room, Julian chatted with his son. Jules said he wanted to kill Spike for really running Fox down, then added that Kay will now never believe Miguel's innocence. He filled Fox in on Dr. Gasparro's trick he pulled by claiming he found a tumor while doing surgery on Fox. Paloma walked in just as Fox said, "If no one finds out what we've done." The cadet told the men she was there to get Fox's statement. "But from what I heard, it might not be necessary," she noted.... In the lobby, Kay slapped Miguel and yelled at him for lyiing about trying to murder her husband. Miguel tried to convince her that he was set up, but she didn't believe him.

At the police station, Sam informed Luis and Fancy that the suspect couldn't have been the attacker because he was in jail the nights of the assaults. With the finger pointing back at Luis, he asked Fancy if she believes he is innocent. After a long pause, she said yes. Luis asked the suspect who was about to be released who he was working with. The guy noted he thinks Luis did the crime. "You're the pervert here, not me," he said to the cop. Sam brought the creep to another room. Fancy cried to Luis about not being able to stop images of her attack from running through her head. He promised to find the real rapist and make him pay. Sam freaked out when he learned Luis and Fancy went under hypnosis to figure out the missing pieces of the night she was attacked. "You just made it easier for the DA to get a conviction, Luis," the chief stated.

While reading in bed, Sheridan and Chris caught the news on the tube about a suspect being arrested for Fancy's' rape. Chris talked to his wife about them needing to take extra efforts to keep their marriage strong. He asked her to take a romantic trip with him, but she claimed she needs to stay in town for her family. When she named Ethan and Gwen as her family and not Fancy, Chris quickly pointed that out. He asked if she wants to stay in town because of Luis. Sheridan told her husband she doesn't have feelings for Luis anymore. A news brief came on to say the suspect had been released from jail and Luis is now the prime suspect in Fancy's rapes. Sheridan immediately got out of bed to rush to Luis's side. "You'll go to Luis over my dead body," Chris declared.

Kay arrives at the hospital to see Fox, but is told she can't see him because he has flatlined and they are working on him. Miguel arrived and hugged Kay. Julian and Ivy yelled at Kay for being with her lover while her husband was on his deathbed. Kay told Miguel to leave. A doctor was called to Fox's room and the gang panicked. "If Fox dies, so will you, Spike," Jules said to himself. Once Fox was stabilized, Kay was encouraged by a doc to see her husband. By his bedside, Kay apologized for not appreciating him as much as she should have. "I need you to wake up so that I can tell you that I will never take you for granted. Just give me the chance to make it up to you," she cried. He moved his hand, and he slowly woke up. Julian, Ivy and Kay asked him what he remembered of his accident. He named Miguel as the driver who hit him.

Paloma was proud of capturing the criminal she believes is Fancy's rapist. Luis and Fancy arrived. At the same time, a masked man chuckled while viewing Theresa's paternity secret on a laptop. Back on the wharf, Luis took off the guy's mask and asked Fancy to ID him, but she said she never saw her attacker's face so she couldn't say for sure. Luis saw a picture of a woman on the guy's cell phone. "How many of these women have you attacked?" he asked the man, who refused to talk without a lawyer present. They uncovered a role of duct tape from the guy. Paloma called the station to inform them she is bringing the suspect in. When Paloma began reading the guy his rights, he told Luis he had a lot of nerve to suspect him considering he's being accused of rape. At the station, Luis checked in the suspect's possessions. Noah continued to compliment Paloma for her strength, but admitted he will not treat her differently now. She went off on him, assuming he still thought of her as a helpless, young girl. Noah said he cares about her, and she said the same before they kissed. Fancy told Luis it was weird to look at the guy who raped her, but she's happy it's over. They looked forward to getting back on track with their relationship. An officer pulled Luis away.

In Theresa's office, she explained to Whitney why she is going to hire Vincent. She planned to stay away from Ethan until her brothers are cleared of their charges. "I'm going to find out who is doing this to me and I'm going to stop them. Theresa received an e-mail and made Whitney look at it with her. It was a video of a faceless person dressed in all black saying they know that she is going to hire Vincent. They tried to figure out if the person was a man or woman after noticing one hand was female, the other was male. The person watched the girls through a vent. Theresa replied, claiming she will indeed find out who they are. The figure said, "You must be joking. There's nothing you or your Crane money and power can do to stop me. Like it or not, you're at my mercy now." Whitney called for tech support in hopes of getting help identifying the sender. Theresa's office phone rang and she didn't answer it. "Pick up the phone, Theresa," the figure said through the computer. She answered and the voice told her that Ethan will hate her when he finds out how long she's been lying about Little Ethan. He sent yet another e-mail. The image morphed into a rat. Whitney tried to talk Theresa out of continuing to reply to the person. A picture of Ethan, Gwen, Jane and Little E popped up, then the figure, with red nails, held the rat and said she will never be a family with Ethan. When the figure let go of the rat in the video, the rodent ran through Theresa's office and freaked Theresa and Whit out even more.

Pilar was distracted while cleaning her house. Miguel came home and filled his mom in the latest goings on with Kay, the Charity imposter and Fox. Pilar encouraged her son not to give up on his true love. Pilar called her friend at the hospital to get an update on Fox's condition and found out he is okay.

In the Blue Note storage room, a crying Simone told Sam to arrest Luis for Rae's murder. Eve and TC tried to calm their daughter down, but she was devastated by her girlfriend's death. "I have no one," she told them. Sam told Luis he doesn't believe that he killed Rae, but the evidence points at him. Luis said that if he can find the guy who attacked Fancy, he can prove his own innocence. Rae's dead body was taken away. TC and Eve took Simone home.

At the diner, Miguel asked Jessica who had been sitting with her, but she didn't expose a hiding Julian. Migs asked her to tell Kay what she knew about the Charity imposter, but she made him look stupid. Miguel asked Kay to trust him. Kay received a call from the hospital about Fox and rushed off. Julian met up with Spike and warned him to keep Jessica's mouth shut. Jess felt bad for her part in making a mess of Kay's love life and started to go after her sister to tell her the truth. With knife in hand, Spike stopped his wife.

Theresa and Whitney ran into each other in the club while searching for Ethan and Chad. Whit told her friend about Rae's death, and Theresa filled her in about the odd text message she received. Theresa accused Valerie of reading her confidential files. Val pleaded her innocence and Theresa apologized. Vincent arrived and greeted Theresa and Whit. Mrs. Crane asked him if he's heard anything about her lately. "Should I have?" he replied. Once alone, Theresa told Whitney she's going to hire Vincent to find J.T.'s flash drive.

Outside of the Blue Note, Paloma fantasized about Noah. She snapped out of it when Noah really arrived and gave her a stuffed bear for Valentine's Day. He complimented her and they nearly kissed, but a criminal interrupted. Paloma saw the masked man run by and eventually held a gun on him. Noah watched in amazement as she attacked the creep who put up a good fight. "You're my witness, he fell on his own," she said to Noah before cuffing the criminal. She called Luis and told him she caught Fancy's attacker. Luis, Sam and Fancy rushed to the scene.

At the Blue Note, Kay complimented Paloma on looking very grown-up. They talked about their boy problems. Kay told her she loves both Fox and Miguel, but until Migs can give her proof that he's never been with Charity, she can't believe him. They discussed Miguel's claim that he's being set up.... Outside of the club, Ethan runs into Jared, who is bringing Theresa flowers. Casey said he was going to win Theresa back, but Ethan was adamant that he would be with her. It turned into a brawl until Whitney stopped them.... Theresa assured Pilar that she will tell Ethan about being her son's father as soon as she is able to clear Miguel and Luis's names. They ask Rebecca what Gwen is up to, and what she wanted from Theresa by sending her that text message. Becs acted as though she knew what they were talking about so she could get information from them, but Pilar caught on. Once alone, Rebecca called her daughter and asked why she didn't keep her in the loop. Gwen assured her mom she didn't know what she was talking about and didn't send Theresa a text message. She told Becca she's done with her marriage and hung up. Rebecca was determined to find out who knows Theresa's secret so she can finally get revenge on her. Meanwhile, Theresa told Pilar she's going to find out who sent her the text and is trying to keep her from Ethan.

In the storage room, Simone breaks down over Rae's bloody, lifeless body. Luis leaves to get help. Fancy asks Simone if Rae told her anything about the rapist, who is lurking outside the window. Whitney, Eve and TC arrived to comfort Simone, who asked her mother to save Rae. Sam arrived and Luis filled him in on what he knew. Sam asked Luis for an alibi. Simone interrupted and said, "That's not true. When Rae left, I saw Fancy, but Luis wasn't with her." Luis admitted he was away from Fancy for a minute. Eve spotted a necklace in Rae's hand. Sam put it in an evidence bag, then noticed it had Luis's name on it. Luis realized his necklace wasn't on his neck, then got defensive. "You killed Rae," Simone shouted to Luis.

At the diner, Jessica points out Charity's impersonator to Miguel. He approached the blonde. When Jess screamed at the girl that she knew who she is, the imposter fled. Miguel chased after her and captured someone, but Jessica pulled him off when she realized it wasn't the right girl. Migs asked Jess to go to the Blue Note with him, but she said she didn't want to see her friends with their boyfriends, and Spike would be mad. He gave her money so could eat and asked her to tell Kay she saw the Charity imposter. He took off to talk to Kay. Once at the club, he told Kay and Paloma about Jessica seeing the imposter. "That's crazy," Kay replied. Miguel asked her to go look for the woman with him. They headed out. Back at the diner, Julian walked in and sat with Jessica. He talked with her about Grace's death and how she must hate Kay. He knew exactly how to hit her soft spot to gain an advantage. Kay and Miguel walked into the restaurant to see Jessica eating with Julian.

At Crane Industries, the masked criminal had his hands on Theresa's letter to Ethan, informing him that he's Little Ethan's daddy.

Miguel bumped into an intoxicated Jessica at a diner. She gave him advice about how to get Kay back, and gave him a kiss! Miguel told her to stop. "I'm really good; all my johns say so," she said. Migs told Jessica that she can fix her life by leaving Spike and going to rehab. She mentioned seeing Charity and Miguel taking off their masks.... After getting a call from Julian, Charity's imposter felt bad about tricking Miguel and Kay. She decided to go out to eat. "Without that mask, no one will connect me to Charity," she said before leaving.... Jessica spotted the imposter at the restaurant.

At the Blue Note, Rae followed the masked man into the storage room and told him she knows he is Fancy's attacker. She said Luis was on his way to arrest him. The villain pulled out a knife. "You pulled the wrong person to mess with," she said before throwing him against the wall. He turned around and gained power in the brawl, but Rae, again, managed to fight him off. The man stabbed Rae in the back. She tried to call for Simone to help her, but her voice was too weak. The murderer took the knife and walked out. Rae stopped breathing.

Also in the club, Theresa told her mother that Gwen text messaged her and knows Ethan is Little Ethan's father. She cried about having to wait to be with Ethan and not tell him the paternity news.... Whitney accused Sheridan's husband of being the secret admirer who sent her champagne, but he said it wasn't him. Whit asked Chad if he noticed tension between the Boothes. Chad got jumpy and defensive when she suggested Chris is cheating on Sheridan. As soon as Whitney excused herself to go to the restroom, Chad called his secret lover and yelled at him for sending the champagne. When his lover threatened to expose him, Chad agreed to meet him later. Just then, Whitney walked back up to the table to get her purse. "Who are you on the phone with? Who are you meeting later?" she asked. He claimed it was about work. She said she would go to the office with him.... Sheridan was distracted while dancing with Chris. "Sheridan, did you come here tonight to be with me, or to see Luis," he asked. She apologized, and claimed she was just worried about Fancy and Luis's relationship. "Sometimes I wonder if she is just using him," Sher said before telling her husband about the couple's investigation.... Fancy and Luis waited for Rae. She flinched when Luis tried to touch her. "I'm not sure we can ever be together," she said. Sheridan overheard her niece's statement and suddenly got in a better mood.... Kay filled Simone and a working Noah in on the latest details of her love triangle. Noah told his sis she needs to decide whether she trusts the evidence or trust Miguel. Simone pointed out that Miguel admitted it was him and Charity kissing on the hospital surveillance tape. Kay pointed out that Rae had been gone for a while. Simone went looking for her girlfriend and found Rae bleeding on the floor of the storage room. Luis and Fancy walked in. "She's dead. Rae's dead. She was murdered," Simone cried.
