Paloma pummeled her "stalker," who turned out to be a concerned Noah. "I know you were out here looking for that mugger and I just didn't want you to get hurt," admitted the white knight. The mugger then confronted them, but Paloma easily subdued him and arrested the perp. At the police station, both Paloma and Noah complained that because of their work schedules, they didn't get enough time to spend with each other. They were later delighted when she was assigned to oversee one of his deliveries.

Vincent asked Whitney if she was going to tattle to Valerie about his affair. "I'd hate to see your friendship with Valerie ruined over this," lamented Vin. Whitney agreed to keep quiet for the time being and left the room to check on Miles. Vincent then warned Chad to make sure his wife stays mum or else she's going to find out about their affair. After Vincent left, Whitney told Chad that she was going to blab the truth to Valerie after all. Chad talked her out of it, but he was stunned when Valerie showed up at Whitney's behest.

Julian called Tabitha to see if the ladies from the Paul Revere Preschool committee had arrived yet. The witch groused that she didn't want her daughter enrolled in a snobbish school where "they'll fry her brains with ABCs" but Julian threatened court action if Tabby didn't comply. When the committee ladies arrived, they were immediately frightened upon seeing the flames of hell bursting behind Tabitha. She coaxed the nervous Nellies in and introduced them to Endora. As the hostess served beverages, the gals were aghast when the pitchers floated in the air and dumped liquid on them.

Spike overheard Jessica say she was pregnant, but she was horrified when he wanted to sell their baby on the black market. Jessica pointed out that one of her johns could be the father. "That doesn't matter," he announced. "We are married, remember, sweetheart? Which means I own you. And I own whatever is inside your little tummy." Jess kicked Spike and ran into Tabitha's house while the sorceress was still entertaining her company, with Spike in hot pursuit. "You're a brave man to show yourself at my house after your last visit," Tabitha hissed to Spike. The ladies were horrified when he screamed at them that Tabitha is a witch and hexed strawberries began to attack them. "Your child will never be allowed to be part of our preschool!" one interviewer shrieked as they ran out of the house. Tabitha also ejected Spike; Endora wondered what it would be like go to school with other children.

While Ethan objected his little heart out in court, Sheridan was asked if Fancy ever had questionable peers. "Her judgment wasn't always the best," explained Auntie. "Some of her friends ended up going to prison." When Ethan had his chance to cross-examine, he badgered Sheridan to admit her real feelings for Luis. "Yes, it's true!" she cried. "I can't stand seeing Fancy with Luis! I'm still in love with him! I've always loved him! He's the only man I will ever love!" After a humiliated Sheridan stepped down, Fox was called to the stand. Ethan turned off the lights in the courtroom and a flashlight was shined into Fox's face, which demonstrated that he would have trouble identifying the driver behind headlights.

While the jury deliberated, Sheridan was shocked when Luis called her a bitch. "I'll never forgive you for what you did today," he vowed. The jury returned and handed down guilty verdicts for both Luis and Miguel.

Paloma asked Sam if she could attend the trial for her brothers. He said it's not allowed, and he needs her to work because he's short-staffed. Noah pleaded Paloma's case, but the sheriff told the female cop about a mugger on the wharf who killed someone the night before. She said she would take care of the case. Noah told his girlfriend he was worried about her and tried to talk her out of the job, but she assured him she'll be okay. She headed to the wharf alone and was slightly spooked. She attacked someone.

Theresa kept apologizing to Miguel for disobeying the blackmailer and putting her brothers in this situation. Grace Nancier called a nervous Fancy to the stand. Officer Crane said Luis was at the police station when she was first attacked during the peeping tom stakeout, so there was no way he was her attacker. During a break, Ethan advised Miguel to leave the courtroom. Kay followed, then Jules told Fox to go after her. Grace questioned Fancy about the night acid was spilled on her leg, and made Luis appear guilty. The attorney then brought up the night Fancy shot Luis, which made things worse for Luis's case. Once off the stand, Fancy cried and apologized to Luis. Theresa told Ethan to discredit Fancy when he cross-examines her so that everything she just said won't be taken into consideration. However, Ethan said he needed to prove Fancy loves Luis. Officer Crane returned to the stand and Ethan asked her about her feelings for Luis. She said she feels safe in his arms. Nancy received a text message telling her to call Sheridan to the stand, where the D.A. began asking her about Pretty.

Alone, Kay and Miguel chatted about her not having a chance to tell Fox she made a mistake by marrying him. When Fox arrived, Kay said she had something to tell him. Before doing so, Fox said he realized he needs to do what it takes to protect Kay and will say he's unsure it was Miguel driving the car that hit him. Miguel and Kay were pleasantly surprised. Julian did not want his son helping Miguel's case.

Whitney yelled at Chad to stop attacking Vincent, who he thought was trying to kill his wife with a knife. Whit explained he was simply helping her peel an apple. Whitney tried to calm her angry hubby down, and explained she and Vince are trying to move past the tension from her knowing he cheated on Valerie. Miles cried, so Whit left the room to check on him. "That's the second time today you tried to kill my wife," Chad said to Vincent, who mocked him by noting the third time is a charm. Whitney overheard Vincent mention that Chad knows the identity of his lover. She questioned the men, but Vincent interrupted by claiming he didn't feel well. Whit apologized for her husband's earlier attack on him.

Chad pushed Whitney out of the way of falling debris, but they both got knocked down. It was revealed to viewers that Vincent caused the "accident" in order to prevent Whit from telling Valerie that he has been cheating on her. Eve walked up just as Whitney and Chad awoke. The doc assured the duo that they were okay, but told them to go home to get rest. While hiding, Vincent was disappointed that the falling marble didn't kill Whitney. Chad spotted his lover walking away.

Tabitha was thrilled to be home-schooling Endora, and began teaching her Witchery 101. The Lenox ladies caught a vision of the goings on in the courtroom, and Tabby still couldn't figure out who was causing the chaos. When the doorbell rang, Tabs asked Endora to cast a spell to hide their witching supplies. Tabby was surprised to see Julian, who asked her why he just heard her talk to their daughter about witch school. Tabs said she was saying w-h-i-c-h school, not witch school! Jules was against his little girl being home-schooled, and informed Tabby that he set up an appointment for Endora to be considered for the prestigious Paul Revere pre-school. "Over my dead body," snapped Tabitha. Julian scoffed at the thought of Endora's mother being able to teach her anything significant. When she kicked him out, Jules threatened to proceed with custody hearings.

In court, Sam and Sheridan showed up to hear Ethan fill them in on the blackmailer's actions to speed up Luis and Miguel's trial. Ethan still hoped to prove the men's innocence. Grace Nancier walked in and told Winthrop he has no chance of winning his case because she is the new district attorney out to put the Lopez-Fitzgeralds behind bars. Judge Reilly entered the courtroom and started the trial. Ethan was surprised to see that a jury had already been chosen; he hadn't been told there was a jury selection earlier that day so Grace had her pick of the litter — all death penalty supporters. Sheridan snapped at Fancy, who was worried about losing Luis. Ethan wasn't even given the chance for an opening statement, and all of his objections were over-ruled. The DA called Sam to the stand, and pointed out that the sheriff once said he thought the defendants were "guilty as hell." Reilly continued to be harsh through the testimony, blatantly not being fair to Luis and Miguel's side. Ethan told the innocent men that he is relying on Fancy's testimony to save Luis and circumstantial evidence to save Miggy. Sher and Fancy argued. Sheridan told her niece to say whatever it takes to convince the jury that Luis is innocent. Ethan told Fox that he will rip him apart on the stand if he has to. Kay asked her husband to lie because he can't be sure it was Miguel driving the car that hit him. Nancier told Fancy she is her star witness.

Eve prescribed a painkiller for Whitney. Chad said he was going to pick it up, but was secretly intent on finding Vincent. Whit asked her mom's advice about whether or not she should expose Vincent's affair to Valerie. Eve got a call and had to run, but said she doesn't know if telling Val is the best thing for their friendship, but she deserves to learn the truth. "I'm going to tell her," Whit decided. Once the coast was clear, Vincent turned the corner with a knife and mumbled that he will kill Whitney. He walked into Whitney and Chad's home, which scared her. He claimed he was checking on her after hearing about her accident. Whit told him he's wasting his time if he's there to try to talk her out of telling Val about his two-timing ways. Chad, with prescription in hand, returned home to find a knife-wielding Vincent about to stab Whitney's back. He attacked Vince.

In the Bennett house bathroom, Jessica worried about what her pregnancy test was about to reveal. Sam kept interrupting her, having no idea what she was doing. "Don't worry I'm not in here cutting myself or doing drugs," she announced through the door. Jessica was happy to see that she was going to be a mother. She was excited to tell her dad the news. She ran downstairs and saw her dad going through a box of her baby clothes. Sam said he was happy Spike didn't cause any long-term damage to Jessica, like get her hooked on heroin or get her pregnant! Oops. She asked dad if he would love her baby if Spike was the father. He said he would, but he's happy that didn't happen and she can start a new life without a connection to Spike — after their divorce, that is. "What is it you wanted to tell me?" Sam asked. Before she could answer, he got a call and left to see Judge Reilly.

At the courthouse, Fancy wheeled in a cuffed Luis. Theresa and Ethan explained to Miguel, Kay, Fox, Fancy and Luis that the blackmailer is behind the judge speeding up their trial. Theresa cried about Luis and Migs saying they are willing to risk their lives for her happiness so she can be with Ethan. Judge Reilly welcomed the gang into his chambers for the hearing. Winthrop asked the judge to move the trial out of Harmony. Everyone whipped out their cell phones when they heard the blackmailer's cackle, unaware of where it was coming from. The judge got the point and said the trial will start immediately. "We can't let this blackmailer win," Ethan barked at Reilly, who claimed his ruling had nothing to do with anything illegal. Winthrop asked for more time to prepare for his defense. The judge threatened to take Ethan off the case, and said he can't find just cause to separate Luis and Miguel's trials. "This is without legal precedent," Ethan snapped. Reilly advised Winthrop to stop whining and start preparing a defense for his clients. "This is the beginning of the end," Kay sighed.

While at lunch with Chad, Whitney couldn't understand why Valerie hadn't returned her call. Whit was anxious to tell Val that Vincent was cheating on her. When she headed to the restroom, Chad received a call from Vincent, threatening to keep Whitney from spilling the beans — or else! "I'm not going to let you hurt Whitney," Chad said just as she walked back to the table. He covered by saying it was a work call. When the discussion of sex came up, Chad claimed it was different for men and women; that sometimes men did it for a release, and not love. Whit got riled up, and mentioned Vincent should be punished. Chad defended Vince, and stopped his wife from calling Valerie to expose the cheater. He pointed out that Valerie will have to chose between Whitney and Vincent, but Whit still wanted to tell her friend. Theresa called and asked Whitney to come to the courthouse. Whit rushed to support her best friend. Vincent arrived to tell Chad that Whitney will eventually find out they are lovers. Still in the restaurant, Whit realized she left her purse behind and returned to their table. Vincent left before Whitney got there, and when she asked who she saw walking away from the table, Chad said it was the waiter. Whit told her hubby she is going to tell all to Valerie after she sees Theresa. While looking for Reilly's chambers, construction materials began to fall on Whitney.

Jessica caught her dad on his way to the police cadet graduation and asked him if she could move back home. He was thrilled. Sam built a fire in the backyard and told Jessica to burn all the clothes Spike bought her. "I saved all of your clothes in case you decided to come home," Sam told her. Jess felt free and looked forward to her clean future without Spike. She didn't feel well and left to talk a walk after promising her dad she will return. Still, Sam seemed surprised when his daughter walked back through the door and said she is serious about moving back in with her family. When Sam walked away, Jessica pulled a pregnancy test out of her handbag.

Fancy recalled promising the chief to be "professional" and make sure Luis doesn't get into more trouble while hospitalized. Luis woke up, happy to see Fancy. She apologized for shooting him, but he said he knows she was doing her job and didn't know it was him she was aiming for. They both wished they could be together. "I wish I could show you how much I love you," she said.

Paloma woke up from a bad dream about the evil half-man/half-woman she and Noah saw at the carnival. Noah tried to comfort her. "I don't think we've seen the last of it," she cried. The mood turned happy when Noah mentioned how proud he is that she's graduating from the police academy today. She later showed up at Luis's hospital room and gave Fancy her badge. Noah walked into the room and congratulated his ex-girlfriend. In private, Noah assured Paloma that he's completely over Fancy. Fancy and Luis talked about the romantic trip they were supposed to take to celebrate her graduation. They agreed that they will make love once Fancy recovers emotionally from the attack. Paloma and Noah nearly interrupted a kissing Luis and Fancy to celebrate the graduation, but decided to let them be alone. Paloma said Fancy moving on as a positive sign for everyone.

While in bed with Ethan, Theresa got a call from the blackmailer, who informed her that he will tell Ethan he's her son's father, as well as put an end to Luis and Miguel. Theresa promised not to make the mistake of going against his demands again. Ethan grabbed the phone from Theresa and told the she-man to leave her alone. "I will have you soon," the blackmailer said to Ethan before hanging up. Judge Reilly called Ethan and informed him that Luis and Miguel's trial dates have been moved up. A guilt-ridden judge chatted with the animated blackmailer via his computer. Ethan barged into Reilly's office saying it wasn't right to push up the trial. Theresa told the judge she will reward him if he changes his mind and acts more fair toward her brothers. She threatened to blackmail him, but soon realized her blackmailer already got to Reilly and is the one forcing him ruin her brothers. Ethan told the judge to name his price. The angry man pointed out that if Theresa and her money/power can't fight the blackmailer, neither can he. "I will see you both in court this afternoon," he snapped. Theresa cried to Ethan about costing her brothers their lives.

Kay and Miguel woke up in each other's arms. They listened to a message from Ethan, who gave Miguel hope that he'll get him out of trouble. Miguel encouraged Kay to tell Fox that they are together. "I can't keep hiding the way that I feel about you," he said. She didn't want to hurt Fox, but agreed. They caught the news, which reported Miguel and Luis's trial was moved up. Miguel was shocked.
