The blackmailer begged Eve not to turn him in to the authorities, but she worried about the wrongly convicted Luis. When the masked menace departed, Eve made an emergency call to Dr. Wilson, explaining that she has a patient who needs intense therapy. The doctor was puzzled when Eve didn't know what the patient's name was, but allowed Eve to report details over said patient's tragic life and mental condition. Hearing that the person in question had committed multiple crimes, Dr. Wilson urged Eve to get the maniac off the streets before worrying about therapy. Finally, Eve convinced the therapist to see the mysterious patient. After hanging up, Eve launched into a monologue outlining all of the blackmailer's misdeeds.

Whitney opened the door to Chad and was quite frosty. He explained that he was returning a toy that Miles had left at the studio. After she got in some digs and tried to get rid of him, Chad started to leave, but then turned back, noting that he had something to say. Vincent snuck up and spied in a window as Chad professed his love and begged his wife to take him back. Whit turned him down flat. Chad warned that he'd fight for custody of Miles. Whit countered that no judge would award him custody because he sleeps with men. "A man," corrected Chad, focusing on the singular tense. Whit continued on about his "deviant lifestyle," so Chad walked out. Like her mom, Whit launched into a monologue about what had just transpired. Her solo conversation was interrupted by a knock on the door. Thinking it was Chad again, she opened the door to find Vincent. She ordered him to get lost, adding that the thought of Vincent and Chad doing the deed makes her sick. Her rival reminded her that she got pregnant by a man she once considered her brother. When he lauded Chad's sexual prowess and suggested they compare notes, Whitney told him off. He called her a bitch, asking if Whit thinks she's better than him. As it turns out, she most certainly does. He made cryptic comments about being part of Whitney's life forever. They were interrupted by Eve, who ordered the visitor to get out of her house. When Whitney went to check on the baby, Vincent informed Eve that he is there to stay. When she lectured him, Vincent brought up her sordid past. As he continued to taunt Eve, realization dawned on her: “Oh, my God, you’re my son!” she cried.

As Fox plead his case to Kay, she maintained that she can't get past his pretending that he was dying. Kay continued to reject him. "You'll change your mind when Miguel turns up dead," thought Fox. Kay said she wants a divorce.

At Tabitha's, smoke-dappled Edna and Norma made it clear that the boys in the basement want Tabby to return to her evil ways and allow Spike to kill Miguel. Gazing into her magic bowl, she watched a fedora-clad Spike creep up on Miguel, who was working under a car. Spotting a toolbox, Spike picked up a hammer. Tabitha admitted that she couldn't bare to see Miguel hurt, but her visitors encouraged her to do the wrong thing.... Back at the potential crime scene, Miguel began to slide from under the car, so Spike ran and hid, clutching the hammer. Meanwhile, Edna warned Tabitha to make sure do-gooding Endora doesn't interfere. Too late. Endora looked out her window to see Spike again sneaking up toward Miguel, so she made the hammer fly out of his hand and caused him to spin around like a top. After he stopped spinning, a rattled Spike told himself that he must have slipped on oil. "Some people can't take a hint" thought Endora, who zapped Spike onto a telephone pole bound and gagged. Her work done, Endora zapped herself some cookies. Miguel finished his work and didn't see Spike up on the pole. Tabitha's house began to shake, Tabitha and her guests got tossed about, as did Kay and Fox. When Kay left the rumbling room, Fox looked out the window and was displeased to see that Miguel was still alive.... Miguel walked in and the shaking stopped. He put his arms around Kay and they kissed. Outside, Fox looked for Spike, who fell off the pole and onto Fox. A babbling Spike rushed off. Afterward, Fox spied his wife kissing her lover.

Ethan demanded to know what Gwen has to say about Theresa as Rebecca smirked and Theresa looked stricken. "I will be delighted to tell you," she crowed, going on about how much she'd enjoy this and totally dragging things out. Jared returned to the mansion and lurked in the doorway to listen in. After gloating some more, Gwen dropped the bomb: She wants a divorce. "Huh?" was the response from everybody else. As Ethan and Theresa embraced, Gwen signed the papers and handed them to her ex. As she walked out, Theresa pulled Gwen aside and asked why she didn't tell Ethan about Little Ethan's paternity. Gwen explained that she didn't want to hurt Ethan. Jared eavesdropped from a new spot. When Rebecca asked Gwen what she was thinking, Gwen confessed that she wanted to wait until the moment was right — when Theresa is walking down the aisle. As Theresa and Ethan hugged, Jared walked in on them and revealed his presence, calmly stating that he knows they love each other and will grant Tess a divorce. Gwen and Rebecca smirked as Ethan and Theresa smooched.

While talking through cell bars so far apart that even Shaq could squeeze through to escape, Fancy broke the news to Luis that they haven't been able to catch the person responsible for the crimes he's locked up for. She also informed him that Theresa was poisoned. "It's the blackmailer, isn't it?" he asked. Luis pointed out that the blackmailer must have a vendetta against someone in Harmony. Fancy figured someone is covering up for him/her. "But who?" she wondered. Luis talked her into not giving on up looking for the real criminal. Fancy suggested helping Luis escape, but he refused.

A blissful Kay and Miguel returned to Tabitha's house to see Maria. Tab informed them their daughter is sleeping, so Miggy headed out to work on his car. Alone, Tabby talked to Kay about her love life and suggested she still didn't have control over her powers yet. However, Kay showed the veteran witch that she could light a fire and make a bucket of champagne appear with the point of her finger. Tabs informed Kay that it's up to the universe to decide whether she will be a good or bad witch. "I'm going to be a good witch and that is that," Kay said. Miguel walked back in and Kay was about to head back out with him to help with the car maintenance. The boys in the basement made a ruckus, and Miguel questioned Tabitha about having her noisy furnace on in the middle of summer. Fox arrived, wanting to talk to Kay. "I want you to know that you're the most despicable man I've ever met in my life," she informed her hubby. Tabby kept an eye on the fighting duo through her magic bowl. Fox apologized to Kay after she yelled at him for every cruel thing he did to her. Tabs also spotted as hidden Spike watched Miguel work on his car. Meanwhile, Edna and and Norma popped up and warned Tabitha to allow Spike to kill Miguel — "Or else!" they said. Spike waited in the bushes for Miguel to get under his car so he could knock the jack out of place and have the car crush Migs. Tabitha contemplated whether or not to help Kay's lover.

When Julian pushed Eve to tell him about their son, she recalled the masked man confessing to being Rae's murderer. A frazzled Eve decided to get fresh air, and Julian joined her for a walk. Seconds after they left Valerie's apartment, the blackmailer entered. On the wharf, Julian went on about his newfound son working at Crane Industries. Eve suggested he might not want to work there. Pilar interrupted, crying about Luis being executed for crimes he did not commit. "Pilar, there has to be someone who can stop this execution," a torn Eve uttered. Pilar said she has prayed and prayed about someone coming forward to save Luis. She took off to see her son. Eve felt horrible for her friend's situation. Julian got a text message about an urgent work matter, so he took off. Eve felt like a monster for not speaking up about Luis's innocence. The blackmailer popped up and told his mother that she should be worrying about her own son. She reached for her phone to turn him in, but he said he will die if she does.

At the mansion, Gwen and Rebecca interrupted Ethan and Theresa's chat. Gwen wanted to talk to them about fathers and sons. Before saying more, she asked if there were any leads on who poisoned Theresa, then asked Ethan to brew the women tea. "Is this some sick joke?" Ethan responded, pointing out Theresa almost died earlier from drinking tea. Once Ethan was out of the room, Gwennie told her rival she's going to ruin her life. Theresa assumed she was referring to getting Ethan back, but Gwen corrected her by letting her know she knows her secret. "Now it's time you paid for every evil thing you've done to me," Gwen said. Theresa suggested Gwen just tell her what she knows. Ethan, who returned to the room, agreed. The Hotchkiss women cleverly completed each other's sentences about how keeping a secret could age a women, and compared it to Ivy holding it in for several years that Ethan was really Sam's son. Theresa asked Ethan to get her something to eat. Gwen finally mouthed the words to Theresa she's been longing to say. She informed her that she knows Ethan is Little Ethan's father, thanks to J.T.'s informative flash drive. Theresa tried to talk her nemesis out of exposing the paternity scandal in order to save Ethan from suffering. Gwen made Theresa literally get on her knees and beg. When Ethan came back into the room, Gwen was ready to tell him everything.

Jared and Fancy continued to work hard to revive Theresa. Ethan arrived and picked up a clue that made him believe Theresa had been poisoned. (Attorney Ethan is the son of crack top cop Sam, after all, so he's quite a detective.) When the EMTs arrived, Ethan rushed out to tell them what he thought Theresa ingested and his possible antidote. (Ethan is also apparently filled with random medical knowledge.) Gwen ran in and yelled at Theresa to wake up. Then, she smacked her unconscious rival across the face. It worked; Theresa came to just as the EMTs handed Jared the antidote, which he gave to his wife to inhale. Uh, isn't that the job of a the trained emergency professionals? Gwen was happy her enemy was alive so she can then ruin Theresa's life. The demon elf disappeared. Right in front of Jared, Theresa told Ethan she loves him. When Ethan told her she had been poisoned, Theresa scanned the room and saw Rebecca and Gwen and named them as her attempted murderers. Fancy felt bad for Jared, who finally realized Theresa wasn't over Ethan — and never will be. Casey told Fancy to let Theresa know he had things to take care off, then took Theresa convinced the EMTs not to send her to the hospital; that she could have a doctor look after her at the mansion. Fancy showed a cop which cup Theresa's poisoned tea was in so they can catch whoever tried to kill her. Sheridan played innocent while Ethan escorted her out. Gwen slyly mentioned Little Ethan and the truth to Theresa. Fancy said her good-byes to Theresa so she could go see Luis. Tess then realized her husband was no longer there, and Fancy told her Jared had to go take care of some things. "Revenge is a dish best served cold," Gwen informed her mother, who was encouraging her to expose Theresa's secret.

Miguel led a blindfolded Kay into a room in the bed and breakfast that he decorated with rose petals. He proposed to Kay, and asked her to marry him right then and there, under the eyes of God. He pulled out a hat and coat rack that he posed as their Justice of the Peace. They exchanged untraditional vows, and since they didn't have rings, Kay simply took off her wedding ring from Fox. The duo then made love.

Fox drowned his sorrows of losing Kay at a local bar. Spike, in a disguise, chatted with Fox until Sam walked in looking for the criminal at large. Spike hid behind a newspaper while Fox lied and claimed he hadn't seen the fugitive. The chief left the pub without noticing Spike. Fox told the mustache-donning thug that he wants him to kill Miguel. Spike, however, said he won't be involved in murder with the cops already looking for him. Fox gave Spike no choice.

Julian was anxious to meet his son. Eve tried to talk the blackmailer out of the bathroom to meet his father. Not ready to face Jules, their son escaped through the bathroom window. Julian yelled out to him not to run. Valerie came home and was happy Eve finally met her son. Eve told Julian that their son is very confused and needs therapy. "He's luckier than most," said Julian. "He's a Crane." Valerie hopped on her laptop and announced that Luis's execution had been moved up. Eve blurted out that their son told him Luis didn't commit the crimes of which he's being convicted. Julian asked if she was saying their boy was involved in a murder. Eve covered and started talking about Pilar and Luis. "How much more suffering can that family take?" she asked. Val told Eve and Julian they are welcome to stay in her place, but she was heading back to work in case Theresa needed her. Julian asked Eve why their son would've dashed off before meeting him. He asked what the boy's name is and Eve couldn't even answer that. "He hasn't been in any trouble, has he? He's not a serial killer, is he?" Julian chuckled. The blackmailer listened from the other side of the door and mumbled that he'll have to kill both of his parents if Eve exposes his crimes.

Fancy called the police department telling them to keep her abreast of the blackmailer case, and to call Chief Bennett if they don't believe she can be trusted. Jared ran into her on the wharf and they decided to search for the blackmailer together.

At the Book Café, the demon elf watched as Theresa sipped the hot tea that Sheridan poisoned. When Theresa mentioned her throat felt funny, Sher said she hopes she's not getting sick. Sheridan told Theresa she will not give up on Luis and will fight Fancy for him. Theresa tried to convince her to let Luis be with Fancy if that's who he wants to be with. Jared and Fancy arrived. Theresa told her husband they need to talk. When he walked away to grab a coffee, she started coughing. Fancy and Sheridan bickered, but it didn't drown out Theresa's hacking cough. When Theresa tried to switch tables to get some privacy with Jared, she collapsed in his arms.

Gwen assured Ethan she had no ulterior motive in telling him Theresa's secret. She was simply letting him know what Theresa was keeping from him so he could see what type of person Mrs. Casey truly is. Ethan mentioned that someone tried to choke Theresa to death on the wharf. Rebecca and Gwen asked if he had any idea who it was, and he brought up the blackmailer. Gwen recalled wondering why her hands had rope burns on them when she was at the wharf after Theresa was attacked, then encouraged Ethan to sit down before she revealed Theresa's secret. "There is a little boy out there," she said. Suddenly, Ethan's phone rang. It was Fancy telling him to get to the Café because Theresa was dying. Gwen and Rebecca were hot on his trail to the coffee shop. There, Sheridan vaguely recalled putting poison in Theresa's drink. Jared performed CPR on his wife and was mad at Fancy for calling Ethan. "Why would you call him?" he barked. Fancy helped Jared try to save Theresa.

At Valerie's place, the blackmailer tried to choke Eve to death until she showed him the baby bootie she knitted for him. He melted at the thought of his mom doing something so sweet. She once again tried to convince him to turn himself in and get help. "Insane asylums," he said. She noted they aren't called that anymore and could really do some good for him. The masked man informed the doc of his obsession with Ethan. "I love him to death," he gushed. She was shocked. "You don't think Ethan will love me because I'm too much of a freak," he recoiled. Eve mentioned Ethan is in love with Theresa and the blackmailer snapped. "Ethan will love me," he said angrily, locking himself in the bathroom. "Oh, my God, he's completely unstable. What am I going to do?" she said to herself. Uh, yeah, some might say he's slightly insane. Her decision? Eve called Julian and told him she's with their son at Valerie's house. "Julian, wait! There is something you need to know," she yelled. Too late; he had already hung up. Jules was anxious to meet his son. Once Julian arrived, he went on and on to Eve about what he thinks their son will be like. Eve went to get the blackmailer, and Julian privately thanked God for answering his prayers. Alone in the bathroom, their son looked in the mirror and cried. Eve hoped she was doing the right thing by introducing Julian to the blackmailer as their son.

At the Book Café, the demon elf made sure Sheridan is possessed so she could kill Theresa. Sheridan put rat poison in Theresa's hot tea. Theresa realizedshe-male Sher was acting strange, but never expected her to lash out and call her names. The elf watched from across the room, happy that Sheridan was being evil. "You're clearly not yourself," reacted a stunned Theresa. Sheridan went off about Luis loving her, not Fancy, and how Theresa ruined Gwen and Ethan's relationship. "I will not step aside for Fancy," Sheridan snapped. Theresa excused herself. "Why don't you drown yourself in the toilet while you're at it," Sheridan suggested. While Theresa was away, the elf deprogrammed Sheridan. When Theresa returned and said she was leaving because Sheridan is obviously mad at her, Sher didn't understand what she was talking about. The elf was on pins and needles waiting for Theresa to down her tea. She finally took a sip.

Julian asked Tabitha to use her powers to give him information about his son with Eve. She looked in her bowl and saw Eve's and the blackmailer's reunion. Tab lied to Julian and said she didn't see anything. When Jules asked the witch about her magic bowl, she explained that it shows her the goings on around Harmony. "Does it get DIRECTV?" he asked. Though it popped up in her water with a warning of "heavenly programming," she fibbed about not seeing the network in her water and said she needs to subscribe to it. Tabby asked Julian to fetch apple slices for Endora. Tabs realized she lied to Jules and must be becoming good. She told Endora the "thing" she saw with Eve will upset Julian. Endora and Tabitha were happy Julian was spending time with them. He asked her to look in her bowl again for his son, but she said she was too tired. Jules suggested she was lying. "Is there something about my son with Eve that you don't want me to know?" he asked. She covered and said she needed to get Endora to bed.

The blackmailer lashed out at Eve about how he was raised. "I am not a monster. I am a human being, but no one cares," he said. Eve listed all the crimes the she-male has committed, and tried to convince him to turn herself in. Eve picked up the phone, but the blackmailer grabbed it. "No mother, you can't turn me in," he said. The blackmailer said he killed Rae so that Simone would see what it's like to lose someone because she took Eve from him. Eve tried to explain that she was told he died after birth. "I always wanted you," she said. The she-male thought about killing himself several times. The masked man/woman cried, and Eve told him how much she loved him from the second she felt him in her stomach. "No matter what, you are my child," Eve said. The blackmailer said all he/she ever wanted was a mom to take care of him and love him and share happy stories about family. "I'm so sorry for your suffering and all your pain," replied Eve. The blackmailer asked if she loved him more than her daughters. The doc said she will be there for him, but she needs to teach him right from wrong. The masked fiend turned on Eve for again suggesting he confess his crimes to the cops. "You don't give a damn about me," he said while pushing her against the wall. "You must die."

Ethan and Gwen chatted about their past, and he asked her not to interfere in his relationship with Theresa. "I need to know that I can go back to Theresa and tell her that she has nothing to worry about," said Ethan. Gwen reminded him how much Theresa did to her. "Wait till you learn what she's been keeping from you," she said, "it's disgusting."
