While practicing Lamaze exercises with Vincent, Eve couldn't stop jonesing for booze. Vincent taunted Eve for her drug past and she mentioned that she only had one friend back then named Crystal. Eve was surprised when Vincent took out a rope and started to tied her up. He explained that he, as Valerie, had a date with Julian and didn't want Eve to interrupt them. "You've got to stop having sex with your father," Eve whined but Vincent taped her mouth, then stashed her away in the pantry. Julian arrived and commended Valerie for being such a help to Eve. Val then started making out with Julian as a distraught Eve listened on. Julian begged off from having sex because he's still in love with Eve. Valerie then drugged Julian's drink and started seducing him when he became woozy.

Ethan informed Pilar that Juanita and her cohorts were in custody. Pilar explained to Ethan and Miguel how she killed Juanita's husband years ago after he raped Pilar. She then called the police who killed Juanita's family during a shootout at which time she swore revenge on Pilar and her loved ones. Mrs. Lopez-Fitzgerald said she hid out in Harmony until Juanita tracked her down. Pilar blamed herself for Theresa's death and Miguel consoled his mother.

Gwen frantically thought about how to free Juanita before Pilar could expose Gwen. She later encountered Ethan, Miguel and Pilar and assumed her culpability had already been exposed. However, Pilar announced she had only shared her history with Juanita. "How did Juanita know how to find you after all this time?" asked Ethan as Pilar threw Gwen a knowing look. Before Pilar could out Gwen, the Mexican authorities called Miguel with the news that Juanita had escaped. Pilar urged Ethan and Miguel to find Juanita and they ran off. Gwen then confessed that she was the one who set Juanita free. "You're disgraceful and pathetic," Pilar seethed. "You're the worst kind of monster there is!" Pilar threatened to blab to Ethan but Gwen hoped that Juanita would intervene.

Luis was surprised to find Sheridan was waiting in his room and hid his disappointment that she wasn't Fancy. However, he was happy to see Marty when the kid came running into his dad's arms. Luis told Sheridan that Theresa and his Aunt Maria were killed by Juanita. Sheridan snitched to Luis that Fancy had attacked her and Marty witnessed it. Sheridan suggested that she get a sitter for Marty so she could go with him to see Pilar and Luis reluctantly agreed. However Sheridan secretly conspired to get close to her ex with Fancy out of the way. When they left, someone knocked on the door and the sitter was knocked out. Marty looked up and asked "Who are you?"

In Eve's kitchen, "Valerie" crawled on top of Julian, begging him to have sex with her. In the closet, a gagged Eve prayed for them to stop, horrified that Julian was having sex with his son. "Oh, daddy!" yelled "Valerie." Oh, gross! About midway through the sex, though, Julian accidentally yanked off Val's wig. Realizing it was Vincent on top of him and not Valerie, Julian let out a scream. "I thought you were dead," was all a befuddled Julian could think to say before Vincent ran out of the room. Later, he found Eve in the closet and untied her. "What in the hell is going on around here?" he wondered. Eve warned Julian that they were in danger. Outside, Vincent feared that his secret would come out and his baby would be taken from him. He planned to kill his parents.

At Tabitha's, Tabby suggested she and Kay look in the magic bowl to check on Miguel, but Kay refused. They wondered where the Demon Elf was. Tabitha was sick of withholding magic and wanted to use a spell to get rid of him. Elfie, who was hiding from them, chuckled. His eyes then glowed green as he read through a manual on magic. Ooh, scary! He later made himself thimble-sized and hid out in Tabitha's cabinet — and then made a bunch of monkeys appear in the kitchen. Hey, do they know Precious? Tabitha realized that the Elf was still there.

At the docks, Paloma brooded to herself about how she loves Noah but can't trust him. After, Noah stopped by Kay and Tabitha's and asked for their help. He was surprised when Kay mentioned knowing about what he'd said while on the scaffolding. "How do you know about that?" he asked. Uh oh. Kay lied that she saw him on the news. Noah accepted this and then wondered why Fancy was acting like she was possessed and kept kissing him. He noted how many weird things kept happening in Tabitha's house. Tabby denied it. Noah didn't care and just wanted Tabitha and Kay to help him convince Paloma that him kissing Fancy was "one of those weird Harmony things." Kay then called Paloma, but she refused to make amends with Noah. Still, Paloma agreed to come over.

Sheridan arrived in Mexico and tried to comfort Luis over Theresa's death. Luis hoped the cops would catch Juanita. Sheridan was concerned about how Ethan was doing.

In Mexico, Pilar reamed out Gwen for helping Juanita. She filled in Gwen on Juanita's many evil acts. After, Sheridan gave Gwen a hug. Gwen became nervous as the Lopez-Fitzgeralds and Ethan wondered how Juanita had escaped. Pilar admitted that she knew who'd helped Juanita and stared right at Gwen. Ethan, of course, didn't understand why Pilar was doing so. Gwen interrupted Pilar and stated that the police are corrupt. Ethan and Miguel believed her. Luis and Miguel then asked Pilar to finish telling them why she and Theresa were in Mexico. Luis vowed to get revenge on whoever was responsible for tipping of Juanita and causing Theresa's death. Meanwhile, an escaped Juanita approached Marty at the hotel. Luis then got a call from Marty, who said that his babysitter was gone and he was being watched by a "friend of Grandma's." Pilar, Sheridan and Luis panicked when they realized that Juanita had gotten to her grandson. The gang made a beeline for the hotel.... Juanita suggested to Marty that they play a game: "Hangman."

Miguel called Kay and informed her of Theresa's death. Kay told Noah about Theresa ... just as Paloma arrived. Paloma was horrified to hear about her sister. Noah tried to comfort her.

In Mexico, Sheridan panicked when she realized that Juanita had gotten to Marty. Luis assured her that they'd find him, but Sheridan wasn't so sure. Ethan tried to keep her calm. Meanwhile, Pilar warned Gwen that everyone would hate her once Pilar told them how Gwen had let Juanita escape. "You will wish you were dead," Pilar stated. Gwen insisted that she never wanted Theresa to get hurt. "She was killed," Pilar reminded her.... Luis called the cops and implored them to find Juanita, but they were of little use. Suddenly, Marty returned, safe and sound, and declared Juanita a "blast" to hang out with. The little boy then revealed that Juanita had taken him to the wharf to see where the boat had been blown up. Pilar concluded that this was a message from her enemy. Marty wondered where Theresa was, but Pilar lied that she didn't know. Juanita lurked outside the door and again vowed to kill them all.... Gwen threatened to contact Juanita again and tell her where Pilar lives if Pilar speaks out about her. Sheridan overheard them talking and wondered what was going on.... Ethan, Miguel and Luis went to search for Juanita by the docks, but Miguel was distracted by something that scared him.

After learning Vincent is alive (and is Valerie), a drugged Julian passed out in Eve's kitchen. Vincent returned and informed his parents that he's going to kill them both. Eve begged him not to, but he wasn't moved and held a gun to her. Eve suggested she convince Julian that Vincent is still dead. Vincent agreed to give her a reprieve. After Julian regained consciousness, Eve said that Vincent is dead; Julian was confused by her sudden change of story. Julian concluded that he'd been drugged and hallucinated Vincent. Eve "confessed" to adding drugs to her drinks. Meanwhile, Vincent stood behind an unknowing Julian and held up his gun. After Julian finally left, Vincent continued to harass his mother. "My life is a catastrophe," she complained.

In Tabitha's, the Demon Elf conjured up several monkeys, who wrecked the kitchen. One, who looked very much like Ross's monkey from FRIENDS, managed to blow up the microwave. Another dumped the trash on the floor. Elfie cackled as he viewed the mayhem. Tabby gave in and used magic, which got rid of the animals and Elfie. Kay was grateful, but insisted that Tabitha not do any more magic. Later, Kay went to take a walk and the power in Tabby's home suddenly went out. A deep voice called out to the witch and she saw something crawl across the floor. It was just Elfie. Tabitha realized his powers have gotten stronger. He explained that he had a mission from the Dark Side — and threatened to take Endora away. Tabby replied that he can do anything he wants to her but not to Endora. "Foolish old woman, I have reverb!" he announced as he indeed made his voice sound high-tech. Cool!

By the docks, Noah embraced Paloma, who was grieving over Theresa's death. He asked her if there is a chance for them and promised her a happy life. Paloma turned him down, as she was still unable to forgive him for kissing Fancy. Kay arrived and found a devastated Noah, who explained that Paloma had left him for good. Kay urged him not to give up hope.
