At the Crane mansion, Fancy and Luis made out in her room. She was eager to start on the wedding plans and dreamed about their wedding night. Later, they hit the sheets and Luis promised that their life together would be perfect. Famous last words!

Eve stopped by Alistair's room in the hospital and held up a knife, threatening to kill him. Al put down his magazine and didn't look fazed. Eve explained that she was doing this for her newborn grandson's sake. Alistair just laughed at her. A crazed Eve ran at him with the knife. Al jumped out of bed and taunted her. She managed to cut his hand. He grabbed her by the throat and took the knife from her. Eve managed to grab a syringe and stabbed him with it; she then held a gun at him. She shot at him, but missed.

Theresa, dressed as Gertrude, again complained to Pilar about how sick she was of pretending to be dead while Gwen moved in on Ethan. Little Ethan interrupted them, freaking out over the fact that Gwen planned to send him to boarding school that night. Meanwhile, Ethan was furious with Gwen when he learned she'd made the arrangements for Little E. Gwen believed she was doing the right thing. Later, Gertrude urged Gwen not to send the little boy away, but Gwen had her mind set. Little E and Pilar pleaded with her not to send him away. Ethan actually sided with Gwen this time. After, Pilar cornered Gwen; Gertrude announced that she had something to tell Ethan. The nanny insisted that Theresa wouldn't want Little E to be sent away. She then handed him a note she claimed Theresa wrote before she went to Mexico instructing Ethan not to send her kids to boarding school. Gwen didn't believe that the letter was real, but Ethan being well, Ethan, fell for it. Pilar also produced a letter from Theresa and showed that the handwriting matched up. Gwen was frustrated to be haunted by Theresa's "ghost."

Vincent stopped by Sheridan's cabin and held a gun to her. Sheridan wondered how he was alive, but all Vincent wanted to discuss was his plan to kill her. He was furious with her for letting him "fall" off the cliff. She explained that she had no choice in saving Spike since Spike knew where Marty was. Vincent didn't care and got ready to shoot her. He didn't, though, and instead broke down in sobs on her couch. Guess he was still hormonal. A compassionate Sheridan went to comfort him, but Vincent whipped out the gun again. She was shocked when he revealed that he now had a son. She warned that if he shot her, he'd never see his child again. Vincent went on a rampage about how it wasn't fair that Sheridan got to grow up living the good life, while he was also a Crane and hadn't. Vincent believed that he was the family joke because he isn't a blond. He then put on a short blonde wig so he'd fit in. Vincent revealed his plan to kill Sheridan and be Marty's mother — and take over Sheridan's life. "I look prettier than you," he bragged. Sheridan replied that he looked ridiculous and called him a "revolting wacko." Vincent was insulted, but Sher kept egging him on. "Shoot me right in the eyes!" she yelled. He demanded that she turn around, but didn't shoot her. Instead, he knocked her unconscious.

At the Crane mansion, Theresa was frustrated about having to be "dead" and Gwen going after Ethan. Pilar believed that true love would win out in the end. Meanwhile, in her compound, Juanita and her minion continued to torture the government agent for information on Pilar. Ooh, nice artwork on Juanita's wall. Later Pilar called to check in with the agent and Juanita tried to trace the call. The agent didn't want to help Juanita, but gave in.

Tabitha fixed herself a Martimmy as she worried about the impending disaster coming to Harmony. Speaking of which, her Book Of Disasters began to spark and shoot flames. Kay came downstairs to the kitchen and gaped in horror at the flaming tome. Tabby filled her in on the impending doom in Harmony. Later, the witches learned that the evil was connected to Alistair's death.

Vincent knocked out Sheridan and then put on her clothes and a blonde wig. After, he dragged her to the docks and stuffed her body into a barrel. Sheridan soon awakened and screamed for Vincent to let her out. Of course he didn't listen and instead rolled the barrel to the edge of a cliff — where she plummeted over a waterfall.

In the hospital, Eve continued to hold Alistair at gunpoint, explaining that she was protecting Vincent's baby. However, she kept talking at him rather than actually pulling the trigger. Later, Julian arrived and urged Eve not to murder his father. Instead, he grabbed the gun himself and pointed it at Al. The men continued to talk and talk at each other. Meanwhile, the Book Of Disasters opened to a page and showed Tabitha and Kay what was going on with Alistair. They rushed to the hospital to stop Julian, but it was too late. He actually shot Alistair right in the chest. Suddenly, the town was hit by a powerful earthquake.

An earthquake hit Harmony. In the Crane mansion, Ethan and Gwen held each other while in bed. Downstairs in the living room, Theresa and Pilar ducked under a desk, while Little Ethan wisely got in the doorway. Little E tried to cross the room to be with Theresa, but a shaky bookcase fell on top of him. Theresa dived to save him and was trapped, too. Once the quake ended, Pilar tried in vain to lift the case off of them. Upstairs, Gwen rolled her eyes when Ethan went to check on Pilar, Little E and "Gertrude." He found Pilar desperately trying to rescue the nanny and the little boy. Ethan used his brute strength (and of course removed his shirt) to lift the case. After successfully doing so, he let out a loud grunt. Thankfully, Gert and Little E were alive and well. Theresa told him who she really was and Little E kicked Gwen in the shin. Ethan then threw the bookcase down on top of Gwen. Oops, this was just Theresa's fantasy. In real life, she was still trapped under the case. Ethan did remove the bookcase, but Theresa and Little E were both unconscious. Gwen was secretly pleased to see Gertrude in such bad shape. Little E soon awakened, to Pilar's relief, but Gertrude was still out cold. Ethan sensed something familiar about Gertrude. "Don't let Mommy die!" Little E yelled.

Meanwhile, Juanita made her way to Harmony. During her journey, she flashed back to the first time she vowed revenge on Pilar and her family. Seriously, does this woman ever think of anything else?

At the hospital, Kay and Tabitha arrived to stop Julian from killing Alistair, but were interrupted by the earthquake. In Al's room, Eve and Julian covered up Al's body and ducked into the doorway to wait out the quake. After they left, Sam and Ivy find Alistair's body and the gun. After, Tabitha continued to be concerned about the great disaster heading toward Harmony. Kay called her an alarmist, but was upset when Tabitha said the doom was connected to her wedding. Kay suggested she and Miguel have a destination wedding, but Tabby didn't think that would change it. She noted that people were hearing the statues in the park talk to them, which was a sign of things to come. The ladies were perturbed when a dead body suddenly sat up on a gurney and demanded something to eat. "Don't go to the cafeteria," Tabitha advised. "The food there isn't fit to eat — even if you're already dead." After, Kay insisted that she and Tabitha find a way to stop the evil from hurting everyone. Later, Sam questioned Eve and Julian about the murder, but they were evasive. Ivy wondered if they shot Al in self-defense, but Sam arrested Eve. Julian confessed to the murder and demanded that Sam arrest him instead.
