At the Crane mansion, "Gertrude" was in a bad mood as Gwen and Ethan toasted to their plan to renew their vows. Gwen, however, was completely hammered. Theresa vowed to stop them from remarrying. She was thrilled when Gwen had Gert measure Ethan for a tux — and he took off his shirt. Gwen was surprised when she walked in and found them together, flirting. She assured herself that Ethan would never be interested in the unattractive nanny. Gertrude particularly enjoyed herself measuring Ethan's "inseam."

Pilar planned to get herself and her family out of town before Juanita found them.... Juanita found a photo of Luis wearing his Harmony police uniform, and hoped she could enlarge the photo to read the town's name. She took out a magnifying glass and managed to read it. She and her goon then took off for Harmony. Juanita was giddy with happiness at the thought that Pilar and her family would finally be dead — because it wasn't like she already had several opportunities to kill them and didn't, or anything.

At the hospital, Sam was devastated as he came upon Ivy's unconscious body, after Viki stabbed her with a syringe. Sam realized Ivy was alive and implored Eve to save her. Eve managed to revive her, but Ivy couldn't recall who attacked her. Sam mentioned Vincent being alive and vowed to make him pay.... Julian and Eve wondered what Vincent was up to. Vincent lurked around the hospital. When he spied Esme, he thought, "I wonder which one of us has slept with more men. Probably she has. I've been so busy ruining lives and killing people." Esme worried about how Viki was holding up with all of the violence, but Viki assured her aunt that she was okay. Later, Vincent cornered Viki in a hospital closet and accused her of killing Alistair and injuring Julian. Viki owned up to it. Vincent proposed that they team up for a murdering spree. "I'm a psycho and you're a sociopath. If that isn't a match made in Murderville, I don't know what is," he explained.... Julian wished he and Eve could find their way back to each other, and that Vincent would get help.

Meanwhile, Luis and Fancy and Kay and Miguel discussed Alistair's death, Ivy's stabbing and Sheridan getting pushed over the falls. Fancy mentioned Vincent being alive. Kay recalled Tabitha's prediction about evil coming to Harmony. Later, Pilar suggested to them that they all take a trip together, but Luis and Miguel didn't want to leave town. Kay supported Pilar's idea, but no one else wanted to leave their families behind. Desperate, Pilar through a hissy fit, complaining that her sons never want to do what she does. She invited Kay and Fancy over for some "girl time," hoping she could convince them that they needed to leave. Pilar finally revealed to them that Juanita was after them.
