At Crimson Lights, Nikki and Paul discussed how much they miss Katherine. Paul informed her about Kay's look-alike showing up at the Chancellor Estate. After, Nikki was upset when Paul revealed that he's working on Gloria's case to see if there was reasonable doubt. Nikki then apologized for snapping at him.

At the jail, Gloria asked to make a call but was told that she's used up her phone privileges. Glo lamented that she was stuck in jail while Kay was now free. Gloria kept pestering the guard for the time and hoped that Jack would really come to help her out. She then correctly realized that he had no intention of springing her from the joint. Glo offered to do all the chores for one of the other women if that prisoner made a call for her. The prisoner agreed and called Jeff. Jeff replied that he's busy and can't come to see Gloria.

At the bookstore, Kay and Murphy looked through copies of Kay's memoirs to find something that proved she really is Katherine. Everyone watched them with curiosity as they did so — including Jeffrey, who was lurking about the shop. After, Jill came by and grumbled about the memoir. She was surprised to see Jeff there and wondered if he was following her. Later, Murphy slipped up and called Kay "Marge" again, and mourned his late friend. Kay asked if she could stay "Marge" for a while longer until her life got straightened out. Murphy agreed that this was a good idea. Later, Kay read the memoir and was shocked by all the things she's lived through — and couldn't remember. "It's like I'm reading about a fictional character," she marveled, but as she read, she began to have some flashbacks about the events. She also wondered if she and Marge had been friends... and why her "friend" Gloria wasn't mentioned at all. Jill went to the coffeehouse and ran into Nikki and Paul. The ladies exchanged barbs about how badly Jill was portrayed in Kay's memoir, but both were concerned about "Marge" being back. Kay decided that she needed to speak with Nikki since the book said that Nikki was her best friend.

Jeff went to see Gloria after all and told her about seeing Kay at the bookstore. He cracked up when Glo confessed that she'd thrown her bail hearing so she could spend more time with the Kay look-alike in jail. Jeff wanted in on whatever scheme Gloria and the "imposter" were cooking up, but Glo suspected that the woman really is Kay. They realized that if Kay's alive then her will is invalid and Gloria wouldn't get to keep the Jabot stock. Jeffrey agreed to keep an eye on Kay for her.

Ashley stopped by the Newman Enterprises offices to visit Victor. He was pleased to see her, and presented her with a catered lunch. She would've been happy with a sandwich, said Ashley. After, she left to meet Olivia. Victor then called Jill and asked her to meet him at the ranch. Ashley ran into Paul and Nikki at Crimson Lights. Nikki was surprised to hear that Abby was living at the ranch with Ashley and Victor. Ashley reminded her that Abby is Victor's daughter. After, Nikki admitted to Paul that it's a little weird for her to see Victor with this instant family after everything that had happened with him the past year. She was concerned that Ashley didn't know what she was getting herself into. Meanwhile, Ashley gushed to Olivia about how happy she is with Victor.

Jill met up with Victor and they discussed Kay and the memoir. Jill was upset that Kay made her out to be such a monster. Victor didn't think Katherine wanted to hurt her, but Jill didn't agree. After, they toasted to their plan to bring down Jack.

Sharon came by the Abbott mansion to see Jack and asked if he'd thought about getting a therapist to help him with his "sex addiction." He said he hadn't. She then informed him that she knows someone who can help him and suggested he give the therapist a call. He didn't want to, but Sharon pushed the idea and offered to call on his behalf. She did, and the therapist agreed to come over right away. Jack couldn't believe that a therapist would make house calls, but Sharon explained that the woman believed her patients were more comfortable talking in their own homes. When Sharon stepped away, a desperate Jack went online to look up the symptoms of a true sex addict. Soon, the therapist came by and questioned Jack about his behavior, but he couldn't fake being a patient. "I'm sorry, I can't do this," he stated. When he stepped away, Sharon confided in the therapist about her and Jack's marital problems. Jack interrupted and told the therapist that he never did cheat on Sharon. He then confessed to Sharon that he's not really a sex addict — and that the truth was even worse. He explained that he and Adam were at the hotel together because they were working on forging Victor's diary. Sharon was stunned, to say the least. Jack moved closer to her, stating that they would get through this, but Sharon shoved him away. "I will not listen to you anymore!" she yelled. "You lie to my face over and over again. I am married to a man who wouldn't know the truth if it hit him in the face!" Jack begged for another chance. "You never change, Jack," Sharon said. "I'm going to file for divorce." Ouch! Sharon stormed out. Jack looked as if someone had punched him in the stomach.
