After flashbacking to their first anniversary, Sharon met with Nick so they could talk to their son. When Noah showed up, his parents explained that they were not going to prevent him from seeing Eden. "If you're going to see Eden or any of your friends, just tell us when you're going, where you'll be, what the plan is," Sharon spelled out. Noah happily agreed as Phyllis came home. When no one was looking, Sharon swiped a knickknack, then left. Noah asked if Eden could come over and Nick said, "Sure." Noah offered to babysit Summer so Nick and Phyllis could go out to dinner and they accepted. However, Nick thought about his and Sharon's anniversary.

At the dive bar, Jack advised Billy to "man up and tell Cane that you're that baby's father." After Jack left, Billy called a cab and headed over tothe hospital. Lily was the first to encounter him and suggested he sober up before telling Cane the truth. Cane showed up and Billy wasn't happy that his brother already named the baby. Billy wanted to see "the kid" but Cane prevented him which led to an argument. Jill came out to investigate the ruckus but Billy got ejected form the premises by a beefy intern. Cane groused to Jill, "That sloppy drunk is the guy you chose to replace me as the C.E.O. of Jabot."

Colleen and Abby gathered at Jabot for the reading of Brad's will. Ashley and Jack were present for support. The lawyer arrived and explained that Brad's mother Rebecca would be provided for and that his estate will be divided between Colleen and Abby. He also brought a letter composed by Brad for his daughters, which Jack read out loud. In it, Brad expressed his pride and love for each daughter, then finished with, "I'm grateful you girls have each other. Cherish that bond. Trust each other. Be there for each other. And most of all, love each other as I love you. Forever, Dad." Ashley was less than thrilled that Colleen was put in charge of Abby's trust. A letter from Brad revealed his uneasiness over her relationship with Victor. Jack urged his sister not to take Brad's board seat at Newman Enterprises and Ash said she already made a decision but didn't share it.

Billy returned to the bar, where he encountered a depressed Sharon. He suggested they drown their sorrows together and she agreed. Sharon brooded over Nick forgetting it's their anniversary and got drunker and drunker with Billy. The bartender offered to call a couple of cabs but Billy asked if they should just summon one. "That works for me," smiles Sharon and she kissed Billy.

Jill told Victor that Billy shouldn't be Jabot's CEO. "He's staying," ordered Vic. When Jill threatened to tattle to Ashley about his plans, he warned that she would lose controlling interest of Jabot.

Eden spent time with Noah and they played a board game, which he thought was "lame" but he didn't want to push his parents on his first night off house arrest. Eden assured that she was just "glad to see you." The teens started making out but Noah stopped when things got too hot and heavy. Meanwhile, Phyllis and Nick seemed to have trouble connecting during their date.

Chloe Watch continued as everyone waited for the antibiotics to kick in and kick out the septicemia. The alarm on Chloe's monitor suddenly went off and panic set in with Cane, Esther and Jill. The doctor announced that the patient was having a bad reaction to the antibiotic so she had to be switched to a new one. The waiting game continued.

Ashley informed Victor that she will take over Brad's vacant board seat. Meanwhile, Colleen told Jack she was invited to the Newman board meeting the next day but she didn't think she should go since they will be replacing her dad's seat. "I wouldn't do that," Jack noted.
