Chance and Chloe went to Crimson Lights with Katherine. Kay introduced Chance to Kevin. Chance explained that he received an honorable discharge from the military. Chloe wondered why he returned to Genoa City; Chance explained that he wanted to spend time with Kay, Nina and his family. Phillip soon arrived and Chloe invited him to sit with them. Phil wanted to have a talk with his son, however, Chance wasn't exactly welcoming. Kay spoke with Phil alone and advised him to give Chance some space. Chloe agreed to entertain Chance while Kay visited Lily in the hospital. After, Chance bluntly told Phillip that since Phil was never a part of his life, he never missed him. Phillip was hurt and Chloe encouraged Chance to open up to his dad. Chance didn't want to discuss him. Instead, she offered to give him the "inside scoop" on G.C., but Chance just wanted to know more about her. She filled him in on her history with Billy, emphasizing that they're not together at the moment — but that she hoped they would be. Chance didn't understand why someone as great as Chloe was willing to wait around for Billy. She was shocked when Chance replied that he's never had a girlfriend — and that he's a virgin. "Is it a religious thing? Are you gay?" she asked. Chance said it was neither and that he's simply waiting for the right person. Chloe was intrigued to meet "a really hot guy-virgin." "I really like kissing and I'm sure I'm gonna like sex, too," he said. Chloe mused that perhaps he hadn't been kissed right — then leaned over and planted one right on him. Chance was left speechless.

At the hospital, Neil and Olivia worried about a missing Lily. Liv understood Lily's hesitancy about getting surgery but hoped that the cancer hadn't spread. Kay arrived to offer her support and they filled her in on the Lily situation. Kay was confident that Lily would make the right choice.... At Jimmy's Lily and Cane embraced. She explained to him how she's supposed to be getting surgery but fears that her reproductive organs will be removed. Cane urged her to get the surgery to save her life. He understood why she wanted to harvest her eggs, but wondered if the late Dru would want Lily to risk her life to do so. Lily revealed that she found out about the cancer in the first place because she'd wrongly thought she was pregnant — but that it had turned out to be a false positive. She lamented that all of their plans for a life together were gone. Cane promised to support her, but still urged her to go to the hospital. "I couldn't stand living in this world if you weren't here," he stated.

Billy called Mac and asked her to meet him at his trailer. When she arrived, he surprised her by presenting her with her corsage from their prom, as well as her scrapbook and prom queen tiara. Playing on his stereo was the old recording on them singing karaoke. He placed the tiara on her head and told him that the greatest memory of his life was dancing with her the night of the prom. He turned up the radio; they shared a slow dance and kissed. They then sat down on the couch and went through the scrapbook. She wouldn't let him see a particular photo, but he pulled it out of her hands. It was a diary entrance about a particular freckle on Billy's body — and went on with her admitting that she was falling in love with him. Billy made up his own diary entry for what he would've written as a teen. Mac found her favorite freckle on him and kissed it. Later, Billy and Mac turned off their phones and undressed each other ... and finally began to have sex after waiting for six years.

Lily arrived at the hospital with Cane and agreed to go through with the surgery. Liv and Neil were relieved, but Neil told Cane it wasn't his place to be there. Lily asked for Cane as she went into surgery and was disappointed that he wasn't there. Liv promised to stay with her.... Phillip and Cane met at Jimmy's. Cane told him that there's nothing for him in Australia and there's nothing for him in Genoa City. Kay stopped by the bar and thanked Cane for helping Lily. She called Cane a "good man" and apologized for the way she's treated him. She asked him to please stay in town.... At the hospital, Olivia sadly informed Neil that the cancer spread and they had to remove all of Lily's reproductive organs.

Deacon told Amber that she only has a short while to decide if she's willing to sleep with him to save Daniel.... At the jail, Daniel hoped he could find out who set him up to go to prison. He told Jana that the only thing getting him through it was his love for Amber and that he wanted to ask her to marry him when he got out.... Without giving him the actual details of her situation, Amber asked Kevin for advice about Daniel. Kevin warned her that whatever she's planning to do to get Daniel out of jail could backfire.... After, Amber visited Daniel. He was confident that he wouldn't be in jail for long, but Amber wasn't so sure. He asked her to not do anything that will get herself into trouble, then told Amber that he's ready for a commitment with her. They declared their love for each other. Amber reminded him that everything she does, she does for Daniel.... Jana and Kevin hoped Amber wouldn't do something crazy, but didn't have much faith in their friend..... Later, Amber stopped by Deacon's hotel suite. He instructed her to put on a sexy, purple nightgown. She reluctantly agreed. Deacon called the jail pretending to be Michael and asked to speak with Daniel; he then put the phone down, but didn't hang up. He commanded Amber to turn around so he could look at her in her lingerie and stroked her face. Deacon kissed her and asked if she missed that, then pulled her onto the bed..... At the jail, Daniel got a call; when he picked up, he heard Deacon and Amber hitting the sheets, with Amber begging Deacon not to let Daniel find out.
