Nick and Phyllis gazed into each other's eyes when Jack got a call from work and turned away for a moment. Jack asked Nick to stick around and keep Phyllis company (ha!). After Jack left, Phyllis told Nick they have to end it, and then admitted she loves him. And he said he loves her. WOW!

Sharon went to the Genoa City Hotel to do some sleuthing about Nick and Phyllis. She showed the clerk a photo of Nick and Phyllis and asked if they booked a room there. The clerk wouldn't say, so Sharon left — but not before pocketing a pen from the hotel. She brought it home, put it in Nick's coat, then made it fall out and asked Nick how it got there. He said he had a lunch meeting there. But Sharon didn't buy it and finally put it all together and realized Nick and Phyllis were having an affair.

Katherine promised Jill that nothing with stop GloAgain from becoming a success...while Gloria was doing just that by tampering with the product ingredients. When she slipped out of the lab, she ran right into Ashley. Gloria said she stopped by to give Jack her revised report, and then she went to the GCAC and shared with Katherine and Jill that Ashley gave her a sample of the new skin cream. Katherine wondered if Gloria was up to something, as Ms. Abbott left to join Kevin for lunch. Gloria whispered to Kevin that plans have changed and he doesn't need to worry about a thing. Back at Jabot, Ashley gave Jack two giftbags to give Jill and Kay. He brought them to the GCAC where Gloria gave him her reported, but he tossed it when she left (and she saw him do it).

Paul learned Lily and Daniel were in Vegas and reported back to Phyllis, who begged him not to tell Neil. Paul agreed. At the chapel, the "minister" wanted to call Lily's father, but she said he was out of the country. Then he married them. Later, Paul showed up at Daniel and Lily's honeymoon "suite."

EOE (end of episode), the skin cream was delivered to the women of Genoa City, but who got the tainted one?

Jack asked Phyllis why Daniel was so hostile with her last night. Phyllis didn't come clean. Knock, knock, it's Neil and Paul. They asked to see Daniel's passport, so Phyllis produced it.

Paul tried to track down Lily and Daniel, who fled to Las Vegas to elope. Phyllis got a call from Daniel's probation officer, because he didn't show up for his monthly meeting. Then they learned that Daniel's car was at the airport. Meanwhile, in Sin City, Daniel surprised Lily with a vintage wedding dress, and then they went to the chapel where the "minister" asked if they wanted the tattoo package. Yikes.

An increasingly suspicious Sharon needled Nick about his relationship with Phyllis. Then she left for Newman, where she had a security card let her into Phyllis' office. She recalled the conversation she had with Nick the day after Lauren and Michael's wedding. But then Nick walked in. When he asked what she was doing there, Sharon retorted, "I could ask you the same thing." Nick said he stopped by to see if Phyllis heard from Daniel. Sharon said she stopped by to get some notes from Phyllis. After Nick left, Sharon found a hotel receipt for the night she was in Denver with Drucilla.

Gloria bonded with Jill as they waited for Ashley to join them for lunch at the GCAC. Later, Gloria sneaked into the lab and tampered with the GloAgain shipment. Hey, Gloria, what would John think?

Phyllis was about to tell Jack the truth about her affair, but was saved by the bell when Nick showed up.

Jack tore apart Gloria's first assignment with Jabot, but Ashley complimented her on how well she handled herself at the press conference. Gloria suggested that she act a liaison between Jabot and the buyers. Later, Gloria got her hands on an industrial solvent....

Neil called Dru on her strange behavior. Daniel accepted Lily's marriage proposal. Nick phoned Daniel to say he's sorry. Phyllis asked Jack for help with Daniel, but then changed her mind. Daniel was miffed when he and Lily came by Jack's house and saw Phyllis there. Jack offered to let them stay as long as Lily called her parents and told them they're OK. Daniel told Jack his mother is a liar, without getting into specifics. Meanwhile, Lily was online researching wedding laws in the kitchen and got an instant message from Neil. They proceeded to carry on an entire conversation, until Lily signed off. Neil wouldn't agree to talk with both Lily and Daniel. Dru was furious with Neil for blowing it.

Sharon discovered there was no problem with the Newman Web site, so Nick and Phyllis were lying. Later, Sharon noticed all the cell phone calls Nick had made to a certain number. Meanwhile, Nick went to Phyllis' and they talked about Lily and Daniel. When things started to turn hot, Phyllis and Nick agreed that he should go. Phyllis' cell phone rang — SHARON CALLED THE NUMBER! Then Jack arrived to tell Phyllis that Daniel and Lily took off to elope.

Sharon questioned Nick about a motel charge; he explained that it was from when he and Phyllis got stuck in the snowstorm. She also showed him a picture of him and Phyllis from Michael and Lauren's wedding, and then mentioned a monkey she found in his drawer. When she asked where he got that, Nick said he couldn't remember. UH-OH!

Jack offered to let Daniel stay at the Abbott house; Phyllis thanked him for the incredible offer.

Jack interrupted Gloria, Victor and Michael having lunch at the GCAC. Gloria asked to be at the upcming Jabot press conference; Jack caved and said OK. The reporter from Extra interviewed Jill about GloAgain, and then Ashley as Gloria and Jack looked on. When it was Jack's turn, he balked when the reporter brought up John. Gloria asked for the reporter to put her on tape, and she talked about how John realized his dreams and made Jabot what it is today. She blew everyone away, even Jack. Gloria called Victor afterward and reported that the press conference was a smashing success.

Brad told Victoria he believed her when she said she'd never cheat on him again. Then they kissed and made up.

Dru railed at Neil for his stubbornly sticking to his guns. They enlisted Paul's help to track down their daughter, who was with Daniel. Lily asked Daniel to marry her.

Victor warned Michael to never underestimate his mother. "What's in it for Victor Newman?" Michael asked. Victor assured he has Gloria's best interests at heart.

Phyllis reached Daniel by phone and begged him to not leave town with Lily. She reported back to Nick and said Daniel was not happy about the affair but she didn't think he'd blow the whistle on them. Nick tried to kiss her, just as Sharon walked in. Phyllis covered, but then Sharon spotted "one of those monkey things" on her desk. Once again, Phyllis covered, but Sharon realized something was rotten in Genoa City.

Colleen asked Brad who J.T. slept with, but he refused to tell her. Later, at Crimson Lights, Brad confronted J.T. and warned him not to tell Colleen that he slept with Victoria.

Jack worried that Victor was going to use Gloria as a pawn. In the boardroom, Gloria promised Michael that she was going to nail Jack and Ashley to the wall. Later, she ran into them in the lab; Jack cleared the air about what happened in the meeting the other day. EOE (end of episode), Gloria sneaked into the lab and took photos using her cell phone of Ashley's formula file.

Colleen helped Lily get her passport. Dru showed up at the GCAC looking for her daughter. Colleen spotted her and ran interference. Lily fled to Daniel's place; he said she was the only person in this world he could trust. She said they had to leave the country. Daniel wasn't thrilled with the idea.

Victoria told Sharon to mind her own business, since she spilled the beans to Brad about J.T. She went to the office and confronted Brad about knowing all along that she slept with J.T.

Mac fantasized about J.T., and wondered who the other woman is. Ding, dong — it's J.T. at the door, seeing how Colleen was doing. J.T. refused to tell her who he slept with. He noticed she was upset, but she said it was because she and Daniel broke up.

Phyllis and Dru discussed a solution for the Lily/Daniel mess: Lily can move into her and Daniel's place. "How do we get Neil to go for this?" Dru asked, just as Neil walked in. Neil was appalled that Dru supported the idea, and then furious when Phyllis revealed that Lily left with her passport. Neil wanted to send Lily to juvenile detention.
