Ashley and Jack read in the newspapers that Nikki was a victim of a carjacking. "However, we have our own problems," fumed Ashley, who saw Jabot on the front page once again, thanks to Jack's big mouth. Katherine and Jill weren't amused, either. Enter Colleen. "Thank you for your public service announcement," sniped Katherine, alluding to her embarrassing display at the bridal shower and remark about STDs. Former stepmom Ashley tried to get through to the brat, telling her to apologize to Victoria and show up at the wedding.

Nikki came to after surgery. The pressure on her spine was alleviated. "Your mother would like nothing more than for the family to pull together," Victor announced to Nick, Victoria, Sharon and Brad in the waiting room. Nikki was concerned about taking pain medicine since she's a recovering alcoholic and had issues with painkillers, but the doctor assured her that he's treated sober addicts before. Nick and Victoria arrived and Victoria filled Nikki in on what Colleen did; Nik was mortified, and made Victoria promise that she wouldn't change her wedding plans. In the waiting room, Victor and Sharon had a heart-to-heart about what's important in life. Meanwhile, you could cut the tension between Nick and Sharon with a scalpel. He flipped when he learned Sharon told Noah about the separation without him.

Dru chided Lily for getting bad grades, then they got into it again about Daniel. Lily fired off an e-mail to Daniel about Dru and Malcolm but accidentally sent it to Neil! When Daniel tried to hack into Neil's computer, Neil walked in, caught him and saw the e-mail. Enter Lily.

EOE (end of episode), Colleen asked J.T. to be her date for Victoria and Brad's wedding, Victor apologized to Nikki for how he behaved, and Neil confronted Lily about the e-mail.

Nikki was rushed to the hospital after being shot by a carjacker.

Colleen gave a nasty toast at Victoria's wedding party, announcing that she's been sleeping around and that Victoria should take an STD test. Brad ordered Colleen to apologize to Victoria, so the brat did. But... "I cannot live with that woman. I've decided I'm moving in with J.T.," she informed him. "You are not moving in with J.T.," Brad insisted back at the house. Brrrring! It's Victoria, telling Brad that Nikki was shot. He ran off to the hospital, while Colleen ran off to J.T.'s. He ripped into her too for suggesting that Victoria should get an STD test. "For the record, I used protection," he assured. "You need to grow up and realize that not everything is about you."

Jack blasted Andrew Gibson on a recording that made it onto the Web. "You couldn't have come off as a bigger jerk," Ashley scolded. "There's a bug in the boardroom," Michael warned. Jack suspected Gibson's attorney was responsible. Later, Jack got harassed by a reporter at the GCAC, but he blabbed anyway as her tape recorder picked up everything.

Sharon went home and reported what happened at the party to Nick. She noted that Phyllis was there, and that Colleen made a scene. Sharon asked if he still fantasizes about Phyllis, but he told her to knock it off. "I don't want her, I want you, but if you don't believe me..." he threatened. "I want a separation," Sharon declared. Then Victor called with the news that Nikki was shot. Nick went to the hospital, where he and Victoria pleaded with Victor to have the cut on his head checked out (Vic got it from head-butting the culprit!).

EOE (end of episode), Nikki was wheeled into surgery. We're praying for you, Nik!

Victor informed a surprised Sharon that Nikki formed an alliance with Nick and Victoria. He dodged the question when Sharon asked if Nick's affair with Phyllis — and Victoria's relationship with Brad — influenced his decision. Sharon tried to put in a good word for Brad. Later, Brad went to Victor and offered to leave the company if Victor would reinstate Victoria as CEO, but Victor didn't buy it for a second.

Paul defended his actions (investigating the Gibson family for Jack) to Ashley. At Crimson Lights, Kevin creamed Gloria for her latest stunt (leaking Jack's comments about the case to the press). Jack visited John in jail and tried to convince him that settling the Gibson case was a good idea. Then he went to see Paul and said, "We need any amo we can get our hands on." At Crimson Lights, Ashley and Will had coffee and displayed more chemistry.

Colleen informed Lily that J.T. gave her a key to his place, but they will be sleeping in separate bedrooms. Lily thought it was "gross" that Victoria slept with J.T. Colleen had a gross look on her face as Victoria opened the gifts at her bridal shower, while Sharon couldn't get visions of Nick and Phyllis out of her head. When Brad arrived, Sharon cornered him about what's going on at Newman. Then Colleen decided to give a toast. A very MEAN toast, where she blasted Victoria for "sleeping around."

Phyllis arrived at Victoria's bridal shower. She was looking for Nikki, but she was off dealing with an issue over the cake. Nikki finally returned and asked Phyllis, "What the hell are you doing here? You have to leave." Enter Sharon! She called Phyllis a "skank." Ha!

Nikki left the party to stop by Victor's office. They got into it again re: Victoria's choice to marry Brad. Nikki left and was the victim of a carjacking! When Victor showed up to "save" the day, Nikki was shot. (Again.)

At Lauren's boutique, J.T. searched for "a gift that will prove [he's] not a jerk." He chose something that Lauren deemed "not romantic," but he insisted that it's perfect. Meanwhile, Colleen told Sharon that she believes that Brad still has feelings for Ashley. Soon Brad joined them. After Colleen stepped away, Sharon filled in Brad on what his daughter had said to her regarding his upcoming wedding to Victoria. Brad was confident that they'd work everything out, but Coll returned and said that he and Abby are her only family. Later, J.T. went to see Colleen and promised to not cheat on her ever again. She reminded him how he'd slept with another woman during their last stint as boyfriend and girlfriend. J.T. insisted that he's changed and invited her to live with him.

Victor interrupted his family as they plotted against him. Nikki admitted that they'd been discussing what a "monster" Victor has become. He couldn't believe that his wife would turn against him. Nikki laid out all of the reasons why she disapproves of his decisions, which mainly had to do with how he's taken over NVP. "It's not too late to change this. This is outrageous, it's ridiculous," she said. He warned her not to betray him. Later, Nicholas and Sharon argued when she defended her father-in-law.

Brad admitted to Victoria that he's surprised Nikki was joining them in their plan. He then shared that he'd spoken with Colleen and had hopes that things would improve. Vicky was less optimistic.

Phyllis hung out with Michael and asked about Jack's role in the Gibson case. She was thrilled when he revealed that Lauren's pregnant. "You work so quick!" she exclaimed. He confessed that he's "panicked" about being a father. After, she and Michael went to visit Lauren. Lauren encouraged Phyllis to attend Victoria's wedding shower, but Phyllis said that she's nervous about being there after leaving NVP. When Lauren mentioned that Sharon wouldn't be attending, Phyllis changed her mind and said she'd go.

Jack, Ashley, Katherine and Jill held a meeting about the Gibson case. Jack shared the information that Paul had given them on how the Gibsons were planning to sue a restaurant for food poisoning. Kay was aghast that Jack took this route. Jack explained that he just wanted to avoid a long court battle. Kat told him that in the future he should speak with her before making any decisions. Meanwhile, Kevin hooked up Gloria on the computer so she could eavesdrop. She was pleased that everyone was turning against Jack. Glo told Kevin that she had yet another plan to undermine Jack's leadership. He wasn't so sure he wanted to go along with this, but she promised him that she knows what she's doing.

Brad was puzzled when Sharon suddenly embraced him, but she wouldn't divulge what was bothering her. He promised to do anything he could to help her. Sharon insisted that she's fine, and asked about Victoria. Brad filled Sharon in on how Victor has turned against his kids.

Lily and Daniel worried about Colleen. Meanwhile, Victoria paid Colleen a visit. Vicky stated that they need to work through their problems. Colleen branded her a liar; Victoria defended her decision to not tell Colleen about her affair with J.T. Colleen wondered if Vicky really loves Brad; Victoria replied that she does. Colleen then asked if Victoria had been sincere about being her friend or was just trying to get in good with her when she gave Colleen the bracelet. Again, Vicky said that she cares for Colleen. Later, Colleen asked Sharon to talk Brad out of marrying Victoria.

Lauren and Michael ran into Jill and Katherine at the GCAC. Michael gave them an update on the Gibson case, stating that he believed it would be behind them soon. Meanwhile, Jack and Ashley looked over the article which accused Jack of trying to buy Andrew Gibson's silence. After, Lauren berated Michael for the tactics he'd used in getting information on the Gibsons, and urged him to pass the case to someone else. Jill and Kay questioned Jack's leadership. Ashley and Jack argued over how he was handling the case. Later, Gloria had Kevin see how people were reacting to the scandal on the Internet. Kevin was angry when he found out that Glo had planted the story about Jack. Ashley blamed Michael for Jabot's latest problems. Kay asked Jack that a meeting on the executive board be held immediately. Glo wanted Kevin to help her get access to the meeting.

At Newman, Daniel was uncomfortable when he had to give Neil his mail. Neil asked Daniel to come with him; Daniel gave him a lecture on how he has goals and Neil can't stop him from doing his job. Turns out, Neil just wanted to get his son-in-law some better work clothes. He was especially critical of Daniel's sneakers and told the teen that if he didn't pick out a better pair of shoes, he'd put him in a particular (and uncool) style of footwear.

Nicholas and Nikki talked about their plan to oust Victor. He warned his mom that once they begin, she can't back out. Nikki insisted that she wouldn't. Later, Sharon was angry that Nick hadn't told her about Victor. Brad confronted Victor about Vic's plans. Victor told him that he's keeping a close eye on him. Victoria, Nikki and Nick hashed out their scheme. Victor interrupted them just in time to hear Nikki mention that they have to be ready to make their move. "What move is that?" he growled. Uh-oh.
