Paul and J.T. investigated Paul in Cleveland, as Brad recalled dragging the dead body of the real Brad Carlton. Some strange woman who kept flirting with Paul was helping them comb through files on Brad.

Daniel blabbed to Phyllis that he delivered the test results to Nick. Phyllis ran off to find him, but he had left already. She found the envelope just as Sharon walked in. But it was empty. When Phyllis left, Sharon left a message for Nick to call her. Phyllis also left a message. Brad saw Sharon and criticized Nick for taking off. Nick e-mailed Phyllis saying he needed "a few days." Sharon got the same msg. Phyllis snapped at Jack when he asked for an update on the DNA test results. Then she called the lab and tried to get them to tell her the results. They refused.

Victor defended Nick to Sharon, noting that he also likes to get away and be by himself when he's in a hopeless situation. Speaking of which...Hope appeared to Victor in a vision!

Lily told Colleen that she and Daniel are sleeping in shifts so they don't let her out of their sight. After Colleen painted Lily's toenails (!), someone pranked the loft, breathing heavily. They got another call later, where the person on the other end of the line said, "You can't run from the truth."

Jack thanked Sharon for getting Phyllis to the hospital in time. Victor noticed Jack wasn't having a good day and shared that he isn't having a good day, either. Victor suggested they go boxing, or have a beer.

Phyllis informed Sharon that everything is OK with the baby. Nikki interrupted and asked Sharon what's going on. Sharon revealed that Phyllis is pregnant. Nikki empathized, noting that she has to live with the fact that Victor has a daughter with Ashley. "How do you trust a man after that?" Sharon asked. "It all depends on how much you want your marriage," Nikki replied. At the ranch, Nick also told Victor, and asked how he dealt with the Abby situation. Nick admitted he wants the baby to be his. Back at Jabot, Jack asked Phyllis how she's doing. Phyllis jumped down his throat, even though he was being sincere. Then she went to see Nick again, and they grew closer. "No matter who the father of this baby turns out to be, I love you," he declared. Just then, Nikki walked in — and gave Nick a piece of her mind. She left to tend to Victor, then Noah stormed in to report he got a fight with a kid at the park because his friend was teasing him about the divorce. Sharon overheard Nick teaching Noah how to stick up for himself, and was very moved. Later, she told Nick that if the child is his, she will welcome it. Daniel walked in to deliver the paternity test results to Nick. Nick hid them from Sharon.

J.T. packed for Cleveland, to investigate Brad. J.T. asked Lily to stop by so he could ask her to stay with Colleen while he was gone. When J.T. left, Colleen shared with Lily that J.T. told her he loves her. Colleen left, but then returned with a note she found on Lily's car: "He's lying, you don't know the truth."

Hope appeared to Victor in a vision. "Don't be afraid," she told him. Victor called Nikki and asked her to come home. When Nikki got home, Victor didn't remember calling her.

Carmen tried to make more inroads with Neil, then stroked Jack's ego in the break room. Neil walked by and wondered what was going on between the two. Carmen took Jack to her hotel suite (real smooth, Carm).

End of episode, Lily asked Daniel if they can move into the loft for a few days; Neil couldn't reach Carmen (because she was having sex with Jack); Victor told Nikki he's on the verge of having an "awakening"; and Nick read the results of the paternity test.

Sharon turned to Brad (again) about the baby situation with Nick and Phyllis. Phyllis got good news — the baby was fine. At Newman, Nick informed Jack that Phyllis was in a car accident with Sharon and was at the hospital. Jack hightailed it over to Memorial. "When Nick told me, all I wanted to do is be with you," he said. Phyllis revealed she's pregnant. Jack was thunderstruck, especially when she said the baby could be his. She added that Nick is taking a paternity test. "Why would you ask him to take a paternity test and not me?" Jack asked. Good question. Phyllis tried to do damage control, but Jack realized she wanted the baby to be Nick's. Just then, Daniel came in. Phyllis asked Daniel if she and Jack could have a few more minutes. Phyllis tried to explain herself, but Jack simply left. Phyllis told Daniel the truth. When Daniel left, she called Nick to let him know that she told Jack.

Sharon overheard Nick on the phone with the hospital checking on...Victor. Sharon assumed he was checking on Phyllis. Sharon felt bad and wanted to comfort him but pulled away. She broke down (again) about the possibility of him being the father of Phyllis' baby. Enter Victoria, who was told Phyllis is pregnant and that either Nick or Jack could be the father. Nick also admitted that he loves Phyllis!

Neil dressed down for work; Brad questioned his casual attire. Neil spotted Carmen and chased after her (skirt?). When Brad walked by, Carmen gave him the folder both she and Neil had worked on; Brad thanked them. Carmen tried to score points with Devon at Crimson Lights, while Neil let Lily know that Drucilla might have to extend her business trip. Lily pouted. Carmen had a proposition for Neil: She asked if he'd like to join her at a jazz concert. Then she played dumb about when Dru is coming home. Later, Neil gave Victoria the green light to extend Dru's trip.

EOE (end of episode), Daniel told Phyllis he's going to stand by her, and Jack showed up at Nick's office to ask about the paternity test. When Nick apologized for everything, steam shot out of Jack's ears. "Amazing isn't it?" Jack remarked. "After all this time, a child could actually bring Phyllis and me back together." Translation: It's war!

Sharon filled Nick in on the accident, as Phyllis feared for the health of her baby. Phyllis called Nick to give him the heads-up that Sharon knows she's pregnant. "Go ahead, Nick. Go see the woman who's carrying your baby," Sharon angrily ordered. "So you know," Nick responded (duh). Sharon railed at him for keeping more secrets. Nick revealed that the baby might not be his — it could be Jack's — and that he was waiting for the results of the DNA test, but she was still furious at him for not telling her the entire truth sooner. Phyllis admitted to Michael that she wants the baby to be Nick's. Sharon snapped at Lauren for not telling her the truth herself, while Michael copped a holier-than-thou attitude with Nick, who finally went in to see Phyllis. Sharon slipped off to call Brad and tell him what was going on, but he couldn't talk because Victoria walked in.

Brad went ballistic as he thumbed through Paul's folder on him, but Paul left out some key info. Brad shared with Victoria that he was a victim of identity theft. Victoria said the whole idea of cameras watching their every move at the house gave her the willies.

Colleen freaked at a threatening note left for her. Jana tried to run interference between Kevin and Colleen. Jana made Colleen a smoothie on the house so they wouldn't lose her as a customer. Colleen ran home to show J.T. the note. Colleen wondered if the note had something to do with her father's identity. J.T. pooh-poohed the theory.

While Neil and Carmen watched a movie, Dru called to say she's on her way home. Later, Carmen fantasized about kissing Neil (Jack who?), as she looked up Dru's itinerary. Carmen suggested to Victoria that they should send Dru to Prague since Dru was already abroad.

EOE (end of episode), Sharon saw Nick comforting Phyllis; J.T. told Colleen he loves her; and Brad spotted J.T. on the Newman surveillance DVD.

Colleen hoped that Kevin wouldn't be spending much time at Crimson Lights, now that he's working at Jabot. Sorry, Coll — he still intended to be at both places. Colleen began to snark on him, but he ignored her and went to work. Jana wondered what the deal is with them. "You don't know the half of it," he sighed. Later, Daniel went to say hello to his one-time pal, Kevin. Kev shared his interest in Jana; Daniel said he was happy for him. Kevin wanted to know why he puts up with Colleen; Daniel explained that Coll is Lily's best friend so he has to. Colleen confided in Lily that things don't feel "normal" anymore since she doesn't even know her dad's real name. She wondered why Brad wanted to hide his past, but wasn't sure she could even trust her dad's answer. Jana suggested she manage the coffeehouse since Kevin is so busy.

As Victor and Nicholas worked together, Victor had strange reactions to his medication. Nick was concerned about his father's health, especially when Vic admitted he's having problems with his vision. Nick noted that his dad's been acting different ever since he head-butted Nikki's carjacker.

Brad questioned Paul about being investigated. When Paul refused to discuss it, Brad's hunch that Victor had hired him to investigate Brad was confirmed. Brad believed Vic wanted him to be checked out since he'd wed Victoria. Paul advised him to not worry about it and to "quit while [he's] ahead." Brad didn't listen and went to see Newman. Vic admitted to having ordered the investigation before Brad and Victoria wed. Carlton said he's paranoid since his computer had been hacked into. Vic shared that J.T. gave him a copy of the report on Brad. Paul agreed to give Brad a copy of said "report," which he claimed was "very dull reading." Colleen got a threatening note saying, "Watch your back."

Sharon and Phyllis crashed their car after getting lost and trying to read a map. A pregnant Phyllis began to panic. She then finally confessed to Sharon that she's pregnant. (Dun-dun-DUN!) Sharon tried to keep her emotions in check as she took Phyllis to a nearby hospital. She then became very demanding as she insisted that Phyllis get treated right away. However, tears came to her eyes as she recalled Nick telling her that he isn't sure he wants to have another baby with Sharon. Sharon later called Nick to tell him. While Nick was on the phone, Victor had visions of a woman.
