Nick informed Sharon that he and Phyllis are moving into the tack house. "I guess it'll be cool," moaned Noah. Later, he stole pictures of Nick and Sharon from the house and brought them down to Nick and Phyllis' new digs.

Victor warned Brad that he shouldn't make any acquisitions without board approval. "I'm back," the mean mogul announced. Victor left and chewed out more employees, thinking they were talking about him again. Brad feared the bad guys would come back to hurt his family, but Paul assured him their were no witnesses at the church and the bodies were disposed of. Unfortunately, Victor was eavesdropping at the door, walked in and ordered them all out.

Billy told Jill he wanted to make his father proud; Gloria overheard and it warmed her heart because Billy reminds her of John. However, Gloria had bigger fish to try: She learned that Will inherited a fortune. Gloria gave Jill the heads-up that Will is wooing Ashley and bringing her to the opening of NVP, while apparently keeping his options open with Jill. When Will came up to Jill at the GCAC, Jill made a hasty exit.

Daniel informed Devon that Lily is moving back in with him. Lily also broke the news to Neil. He was not happy, but there was nothing he (or Devon) could do about it. To cheer Devon up, Neil took him to the space Carmen showed him for the jazz club. Speak of the devil...Carmen called. Meanwhile, Drucilla met (handsome) businessman Edward James. Dru was perturbed when Carmen barged in and interrupted them. They set a business dinner date, for 7:00 at the GCAC. Later, Dru went in for the kill and asked Mr. James to go with her to the grand opening of the gala!

Katherine's asking price for Jabot? $250 million. Victor got a kick out of the high price, claiming it proves she doesn't want to sell. Meanwhile, Billy tried to sweet-talk "Granny" by telling her shouldn't sell. Colleen got a note and gift from a secret admirer — don't worry, it was just J.T. It was a going-back-to-college gesture. This is funny: Colleen called Billy "Uncle Billy!"

EOE (end of episode), Neil told Carmen that despite being attracted to her, he's made a commitment to his marriage. Nick and Phyllis came home to find all the (wrong) family photos. Victor blasted Brad for hiding something from him, and vowed to find out what it is.

Nick walked in on Sharon and Jack making out. Nick accused Jack of playing games with Sharon, and then shared with Phyllis what he saw. Phyllis was unfazed.

Drucilla agreed to give Daniel a second chance, then she called Sharon because she needed a shopping fix. After their shopping spree, Sharon confided in Dru that Jack kissed her. Dru got a kick out of it since he's Phyllis' ex, but she also told Sharon to be careful, since Jack is a ladies man. Daniel noticed Phyllis' belly was getting big; she revealed that he's getting a little sister.

Neil noticed Carmen got a new haircut. The pushy PR princess took him to an empty building, announcing that it's going to be his new jazz club. They returned to Newman, where Lily asked to speak to Neil alone. She asked him point blank if he's sleeping with Carmen. He insisted he wasn't. "I am a married man. I have a family. End of story," he growled. He left and ripped into Dru for leading Lily to believe he's having an affair. Later, Dru told Carmen to stuff it ("where the sun don't shine"). Carmen assured Lily that she's not putting the moves on Neil. Lily wanted to give her parents space, so she asked Daniel if she could move back in. She also said she loved him. Aw.

Gloria, with Kevin by her side, gloated to Ashley that she's been named Vice President of Creative Affairs. Ashley stormed into Jill's office and blasted her for the "bad business decision." Meanwhile, Gloria wondered if she made the wrong decision after reading in the newspaper that someone who was in a coma for years woke up. "Jack was wrong," she proclaimed, and then called him to tell him so. Jack wondered if he made the right decision. Ashley ran into Will at the GCAC. Ashley asked him to help her get rid of Gloria — then asked him out on a date.

EOE (end of episode), Jack told Phyllis: "You and Nick have your relationship, Sharon and I have ours." Meanwhile, Nick dropped a bomb on Sharon: "Phyllis and I are moving into the tack house."

Lauren picked up after Gloria, who headed off to work at Jabot even though she just buried her husband. Kevin came home in a bad mood, calling the Abbotts toxic and announcing he wanted to quit his job (he was comparing and despairing because Billy will have everything handed to him, while Kev has to work).

Victor caught co-workers gossiping in the break room; he chewed them out, assuming they were talking about him. Jack overheard and played along, then tried to sweet-talk Victor some more by suggesting NVP buy Jabot. Nikki thought it was a TERRIBLE idea, especially since Victor would have to lend Jack the money. Victor called Katherine to feel her out, but Mrs. C didn't bite. Nikki was happy; Jack wasn't.

Jana flirted with Billy at Crimson Lights. Meanwhile, back at the Chancellor mansion, Katherine found out that Billy has been living in Miami for months. "Jill, he quit his volunteer work," Katherine reported. Jill called Billy and ordered him home. First, Gloria stopped over to ask for a raise and a promotion. Jill and Katherine thought it was the funniest thing they've heard in months. But they promoted her anyway — to Vice President of Creative Affairs. Billy came home, explained his time in Miami (he held down a bartending gig), and announced he's ready to focus on his career. He wasn't happy when he realized he'd be working in the mailroom. Billy went crying to Jack. Jack urged Billy to look at the big picture. "We're a partnership, little brother. Me on the outside, you on the inside," Jack grinned. So Billy ran back to Katherine and Jill and said he will accept the mailroom job.

Nick assured Phyllis that he has no reservations about his divorce from Sharon (who was at the ranch trying to explain the divorce to Noah). Sharon finally arrived at Newman and was joined by Phyllis in the elevator. Sharon fumed while Phyllis didn't even notice she was there. Alone with the lawyers, Sharon didn't have any problem with the details of their settlement, but she didn't want to move from the ranch after all. Nick said the house is hers. He stormed off before she could demand full custody of Noah. Jack showed up and comforted Sharon (of course). "Your obligation is to get everything you can," Jack advised. When the divorce meeting resumed, Sharon asked for an agreement that clearly states Nick will be present in Noah's life, and then they finally signed the divorce papers.

EOE (end of episode), Victor blew up at Nikki for questioning his judgment about NVP and Jabot. Meanwhile, Jack gave Sharon a ride home from the divorce meeting and kissed her!
