Who Are the Fathers of Liz’s Sons on General Hospital?

Family trees can get rather complicated on soaps, but one of the most confusing ones is the Webber family tree which often has some fans wondering who are the fathers of Elizabeth’s kids on General Hospital? Liz has three sons, but with all the swapped paternity tests, lies, and general drama, it can be difficult for newer viewers to work it all out (and sometimes even longtime viewers might still need a refresher!. Who is Cameron’s father?

Liz’s oldest son is Cameron Steven Webber, and his biological father is Zander Smith, who died in a police shootout before his son was even born. When Liz was married to Lucky Spencer, he became the father figure in Cameron’s life during that time. Things got confusing for young Cam when Liz had an affair with Nikolas, and later blamed his mother for Lucky leaving town. Plus there was the period of time when he thought that Drew was Jason, so it’s understandable he wasn’t eager to welcome Franco into the family.

Who is Jake’s father? 

Her middle child is Jacob Martin “Jake” Webber, and although Jason Morgan is his biological father, he agreed to let Lucky raise the boy to protect him from his business with the mob. Of course, that didn’t stop Jake from being kidnapped! After being presumed dead, Jake returned home to his mother, and actually weathered the whole “Jason is really Drew Cain” switcheroo pretty well.

Who is Aiden’s father?

For a change, Aiden Spencer is actually Lucky’s biological son. Although when he was born, everyone thought Nikolas Cassadine was his father because Helena Cassadine had tampered with the paternity tests. Aiden actually got kidnapped by Franco as a baby, but the kid became very close to the guy when he became part of their family.

So while all of Liz’s sons have different fathers, once she became Mrs. Franco Baldwin, they all began calling Franco dad. At least until his tragic death. They also came to accept Dr. Hamilton Finn as another father figure while he was with Liz. Keep watching GH to see what happens next!
