SOAP COUPLE’S DOCUMENTARY PREMIERES

Former soap scribe Sally Sussman Morina and her husband, Y&R supervising producer, Tony Morina, are debuting their documentary, Midnight Return, at the Santa Barbara Film Festival on February 12 and 13. The film is a follow-up to the story of Billy Hayes, whose escape from a Turkish prison after his arrest for drug smuggling was told in the Oscar-winning film, Midnight Express. This latest account chronicles Hayes’s return to Turkey 30 years after his hellish imprisonment.
