Adrian Anchondo (Marco Rios, r.) went public with his romance with Days of Our Lives star Colton Little (Andrew Donovan) last year.

Sparks first flew between the duo when Anchondo landed his GH role early in 2025 and, through mutual friends, reached out to Little for advice on adjusting to life in daytime.

Spinelli only has eyes for Maxie, while in real life, Bradford Anderson is a devoted husband to Kiera, his wife since 2010, with whom he shares two daughters, Juna and Finola.

The pair's relationship began at New York University, where they both studied acting, and their wedding took place near her hometown of Sacramento, CA.

Last year, Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) marked 35 years of marriage to Paula Smith, with whom he shares three daughters and a son (Joshua, who played Adam Wright on GH from 2022-24).

Benard and Smith had been a couple for five years before they exchanged their vows. On Instagram, Benard praised his wife — who is also his manager — as someone who "has never wavered always there for me and our children. Has never made me feel small."

Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) will celebrate one year of wedded bliss with his beloved, chef and content creator Michelle Lundstrom, in May.

Nazneen Contractor (Justine Turner) and Carlo Rota (Jenz Sidwell) have been happily married since 2010.

The duo, whose characters are on the opposite side of the law in the Port Charles universe, first crossed paths in 2001 on the set of the action-adventure series Relic Hunter and share two children, a son and a daughter.

Genie Francis (Laura Webber Collins) knows a thing or two about storybook romance; after all, as Laura, she was one half of daytime's most legendary supercouple, Luke and Laura. But nothing beats the real thing — and that's exactly what she has with her husband, actor/director Jonathan Frakes.

Francis and Frakes met in 1983 on the set of Bare Essence, but it wasn't until they were both cast in the 1985 miniseries North and South that their romance began to flourish. They made it to the altar in 1988 and have since raised two children, daughter Elizabeth and son Jameson.

Laura Wright, who plays Carly Spencer, has been in a long-term relationship with Wes Ramsey (ex-Peter August) since 2017.

Dante Falconeri, the stalwart cop played by Dominic Zamprogna, has been living single since the tragic death of his fiancée, Sam McCall, in 2024. But off camera, Zamprogna is happily hitched to wife Linda, who he wed in 2009, the same year he signed on with GH.

Their wedding followed an 8-year courtship that began on the set of Edgemont, the Canadian TV series on which Zamprogna starred and his future spouse worked as a makeup artist. They share three daughters, Anbilliene, Eliana and Adeline.
